Hkeem at Currie really listens and helped me get in a new car with no money down. Thanks.

I went to Currie Motors Chevrolet, Inc. to buy a new car and I gotta say, Hkeem was a real champ. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car. And get this, I didn't have to put any money down! Can you believe it?

The whole process was smooth as butter. Hkeem made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. He even took the time to explain all the fancy features in the car. I felt like a VIP, let me tell ya.

The dealership itself was pretty nice too. It had a cozy vibe and the staff were friendly. They made me feel welcome and not like some random customer.

I'm loving my new car and I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Currie Motors Chevrolet, Inc. If you're in the market for a new ride, I definitely recommend checking them out. Hkeem will take care of you, no doubt about it.

I bought a *** blazer about 14 months ago from Currie Motors in Forest Park. I went with my ex-husband, who I divorced a year and a half ago, to trade in the truck and get a *** Rogue. They gave me a check for *** something, but they put it in my ex-husband's bank account. I was shocked because he wasn't even on my loan. I bought the truck all by myself. When I went to Currie Motors, they saw my paperwork from when I bought it, but they only communicated with me to sign papers. They talked to my ex-husband the whole time, which seemed suspicious because he's friends with the managers at the dealership. When I found out my ex-husband got my money, I called to complain. They checked my paperwork and saw he wasn't on my loan, but they wouldn't give me a new check. It was their mistake, but they didn't go after him for the money they gave him with my name on it. Please be careful with this place. If someone wants to scam you, this place will help them. I'm a hard-working single woman with kids. I've made every payment on my own for this truck. I work really hard for my money, and my credit score is over 700. I don't understand why this place would take advantage of a single mother. Shame on them. I hope karma comes back to them and this business fails.

Currie Motors Chevrolet, Inc. really ripped me off when I bought an SUV from them. They claimed they had a scarce supply of SUVs and forced me to pay an additional $8000.00. I managed to get the SUV straight from the dealer's showroom on the day of purchase.

Currie Motors Chevrolet I got my car from a different dealer, but I went to Currie Motors Chevrolet for my first scheduled service in May

I got my car from a different dealer, but I went to Currie Motors Chevrolet for my first scheduled service in May . They said they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Now, for my second service, the other dealer told me I need a lug nut key. I never got one when I bought the car, and they supposedly rotated the tires during the first service. So either they had it and lost it, or they didn't have it and lied about doing the tire rotation. Their parts department says it's a pain to replace the key.

Currie Motors Chevrolet They don't do what they say on the phone about pricing

They don't do what they say on the phone about pricing. I'll keep insisting until they fix it. They said I could get between *** and *** for my truck, but when I arrived, it was a mess and they won't honor any price in between. They lied about their information. I sent them all the necessary documents and asked four times if they were sure about the price for the truck. The lady on the phone said yes, and I want them to check that call. Their business tactics are terrible. I just want what they offered me on the phone, or I'll keep pushing this problem.

I went to the dealership where I bought the truck from and told them about a rattling sound when I accelerate. They test drove it with me and a professional mechanic. He heard the noise and they thought it was the heat shield. They tightened the bolts and said the noise was gone. I left the lot, but the rattling noise continued. I brought it back and they told me that the mechanic who did the test drive with me said there was no rattling noise. Not only did he lie to my face, but he also told his service manager that nothing was wrong. They then told me they didn't hear anything and couldn't do anything about it. They didn't even consider using the lemon law for me or offering a truck with the same features as this one.

Currie Motors Chevrolet In August , we brought our car to Currie Motors Chevrolet, Inc

In August , we brought our car to Currie Motors Chevrolet, Inc. because of a coolant leak. They charged us a whopping $4000 for the repairs, and we reluctantly paid. However, just a week later in February 2022, the same issue resurfaced - the coolant was still leaking. We were extremely frustrated and demanded a refund.

Then, in February 2022, we brought our car back to Currie Motors for the stabilitrak and traction messages. This time, they charged us $2300, but to our dismay, they didn't fix anything related to our actual problems. The very next day, after they claimed to have fixed something that I didn't even know was broken, that particular issue reappeared. I had no problems with it before I took it in. My main concerns were the stabilitrak and traction, not the *** they supposedly fixed. We have lost all faith in their ability to work on our car and fear that they might even cause further damage if we were to bring it back to them.

At this point, we simply want a full refund so that we can have our car properly fixed elsewhere. It's mind-boggling that we have already paid Currie Motors over $6000, yet we still have the exact same issues persisting.

Currie Motors Chevrolet On 10/28, my *** Trax 2020 got wrecked

On 10/28, my *** Trax 2020 got wrecked. I bought it brand new and only had it for 7 months when some fool crashed into it while it was parked. My insurance had to cough up the dough to GM Financial 'cause the idiot who hit my car didn't have enough insurance. I didn't get another ride until 11/17. I swung by Currie Motors a couple days before I hit up *** Cherolet. Currie Motors was supposed to cancel the Warranty on the totaled car and send the payment to GM Financial so I could settle the debt. But guess what? They haven't done it yet! GM Financial called me yesterday and said Currie Motors still hasn't canceled the Warranty, so I'm still on the hook for the payment. Now I got a late payment on my credit report 'cause this company can't get their act together. My credit score took a nosedive of 26 points! I've been calling these guys and leaving messages, but they haven't bothered to call me back.

I bought a 2021 Corvette from Currie Motors Chevrolet, Inc. I put a deposit with a guy named ***. I bought two other cars from him before, a 2017 2SS Camaro for around *** and a *** HD 2020. Then I got the 2021 C8. The first two transactions were okay, but the third one... I put a deposit for *** to reserve my spot in line for this car. A year and a half later, I got a C8 that was the wrong color, wrong specs, and wrong price compared to what I ordered and confirmed with the salesperson ***. They also promised a specific date for the car's arrival, which never happened. Before my car came, they switched me to a new salesperson, maybe that's where the confusion happened. Until now, I still haven't received the title for my car, even though I paid it off completely. They haven't refunded my ***$ either. They treat me like I'm the problem here.

On April 21, I brought my 2011 Chevy Aveo to Currie Motors Chevy dealer service department because it was leaking antifreeze and overheating. I left the car with Sonia from the service department for diagnosis. About a day later, Sonia called me and said that the repair would involve replacing the coolant tank, cap, and radiator hoses, and it would cost around $1,000. Sonia assured me that the car wouldn't overheat or leak antifreeze after this repair, so I agreed to pay the amount she mentioned. I picked up the car from the dealer, thinking it was "fixed," but unfortunately, it overheated and spilled antifreeze again a few days later. I called Sonia and she told me to bring the car back in. I left the car at the dealer once again. They claimed to have fixed it again and I picked it up. However, the initial issue with the car still persisted. I had to bring the car in for the third time, and now they're telling me that it might be an internal engine problem and I have to pay extra for any further work to be done. I spoke to the service director, Chris ***, and asked for a refund due to the misdiagnosis and the ongoing issue. However, he refused.

Currie Motors Chevrolet I bought a 2019 *** Trax from this dealership on September 8th

I bought a 2019 *** Trax from this dealership on September 8th. The day after, they told me to bring the vehicle in for a used car inspection. I went the next morning and told them that the breaks were squeaking and asked if the inspection would cover it. They said they would take care of it and that the breaks were new. After the inspection, they said the new breaks would squeak because they need to be "worn in." If it didn't stop after a while, they told me to bring the car back. I brought it in four more times for the squeaking, and each time they said the same thing. Since then, I moved to another state and took the car to another *** dealership for a second opinion. They inspected the car and recommended replacing the brakes, which would cost around $200. I contacted Currie Chevrolet about this, and they said it's not their responsibility to reimburse for the service, even though they inspected the car multiple times.

Currie Motors Chevrolet I tried to buy a car from this dealership

I tried to buy a car from this dealership. The sales manager told me when to send my trade to *** because I live in Georgia and they were gonna bring my new car back to Georgia. I arranged the shipping as Currie Motors asked. But when the shipping company arrived, they didn't give my new car to the driver because the deal wasn't funded. I told the manager I didn't wanna continue because they wouldn't release the new car, but they said it was fine to ship mine. It was a big hassle, but they eventually agreed to cancel the deal. However, they took so long that they had to cancel the contract completely. I paid $3000 on my credit card for a down payment. They haven't refunded the full amount. They kept $500 for a used car inspection, even though I told them to cancel the deal as soon as my car got to them and they didn't give me the new car. I already lost a lot of money on shipping and I want the rest of my down payment back.

I went in person to get my refund for canceling an extended policy, but the lady said the person who can help isn't here today and someone will call me. I never got a call. I called this place many times in the past 3 months to get my refund. First time, I talked to the finance guy and he took my info and said the money should be coming. Second time, I left a voicemail on a finance employee's phone to check on the refund after 10 business days. Third time, I called the finance department again because I didn't get a call back about my voicemail. The finance guy said refunds take time, like 6-8 weeks. I waited 6 weeks and got nothing. I called finance again and they told me to contact *** because she handles these things. I called her, but she wasn't there. I'm tired of chasing people for my refund, so I need help.

I'm writing this complaint after buying a car from Currie Motors in ***, . I bought the car on 2/2/2022 and the price on the window was ***, but when I checked my paperwork, the dealership charged me ***! When I talked to the salesman ***, he said that because of the car shortage, prices are going up. He didn't tell me when I bought the car that it would cost ***.00, and he didn't mention it during the financing process either. I told him I didn't want a car that expensive, but he just kept saying he understood. I tried to cancel the deal the next day, but *** said it was too late. Today, I went back to review the paperwork, and he told me there was an addendum in the window that showed the full price of the car, but he never showed it to me or told me about it. I told him he never showed or told me about it, and all he could do was apologize and admit it was his mistake. So now I'm stuck with an overpriced car, and there's nothing I can do about it! I feel like I've been ripped off, and the dealer didn't do anything to help me. They just tried to put me in an even more expensive car because the one I bought isn't worth what they charged me. I also traded in my car, and the dealer paid off my car for ***, but they didn't give me the remaining amount towards the new car on my paperwork, so it feels like they stole that money from me. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! I feel like they didn't disclose important information. If I had known the starting price of the car was ***.00, I would have left the dealership. I had a 2018 *** with low miles, and I didn't need a new car, I just wanted one. But now I regret ever going to that dealership, and I'll never do business with them again. Signed, feeling ripped off and lied to!
