I bought a truck from Motorvation, LLC and they said it was all good to go, but turns out it ain't safe to drive. I took it to a frame shop and a mechanic, and they both said it's a no-go. I got proof to back it up, so check it out.

I bought a car from Motorvation, LLC and paid $3,000 as a down payment. Unfortunately, I encountered some problems with the fuel system and had to get it repaired, which cost me even more money. As a result, I ended up being late on my first payment and the car was sold back to the dealership. They initially gave me hope that I would get the truck back, but now it's being sold again. I believe I should be reimbursed for the money I invested, including my down payment and deposit, as well as for the belongings I left in the car. This whole situation has left me feeling completely abandoned.

On April 29, 2022, I went to Motorvation, LLC to buy a truck. I gave them $7,000 for a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. I drove the truck from ***, *** to ***, but when I got home, the check engine light turned on. I took the truck to the Chevrolet dealership in ***, , and their service department found out that the truck needs a new engine because Motorvation didn't maintain it properly. I've tried many times to contact the manager at Motorvation (***), but I always get told that he'll call me back later or that he's busy and to try again tomorrow. It's been 3 months now, and I still can't drive my truck. I've already made 3 payments on it, and they told me it would cost $12,000 for a new engine. I haven't received any response or help from Motorvation to solve this problem. They sold me a salvaged truck with a washed-out title, and now I have a brand new truck that I can't drive. I need assistance to resolve this issue and be able to drive my truck again.

I bought a truck from Motorvation, thinking it was in good working condition. However, when I purchased it, the engine light was on. I was hesitant to buy it, but I asked the salesman if they could fix it before I made the purchase. He told me that the engine light wouldn't go off because of the bulletproof feature, which apparently causes all the engine lights to come on. Despite this, I decided to buy the truck.

During my first week of driving, the turbo stopped working, so I had to get it fixed. The following week, the truck suddenly shut off and wouldn't start again. I took it to the dealership for a diagnosis, and they found that the high-pressure oil pump was broken, a pipe was damaged, and something was tightened too tightly, causing issues with the head.

When I contacted Motorvation about these problems, they refused to pay for the repairs. Frustrated, I stopped making payments because I didn't want to spend money fixing something that was already broken when I bought it. I reached out to them again, explaining that if they didn't address this issue, I couldn't keep a truck that I had owned for less than two months. Unfortunately, they still didn't comply with my request.

I've been dealing with Motorvation, LLC for the past 3 months and it's been a real hassle. I bought a car from them, but on the same day, I noticed that it wouldn't go in reverse. I immediately texted them about the issue, and they told me to get a diagnostic test. I had to pay for the test myself, and it confirmed that the car was a lemon.

They promised to fix it within a reasonable time, but they didn't. They kept prolonging the situation and didn't communicate with me until I called the bank. I had to reach out to them myself. It turns out that the car was indeed a lemon. I called the bank and sent them the diagnostic test (which I had to pay for). The bank canceled the loan, and I tried to contact Motorvation for over 10 business days, but they didn't answer.

I texted them again and informed them that the bank had reassigned the loan back to them. I also requested a refund for my deposit and the first truck payment. However, they are not responding to me. It's clear that they don't want to refund my deposit. Because of this whole ordeal, I lost both time and money. I even lost my trailer because I needed the truck to pick it up. The people in finance, especially ***, were really rude. They told me, "good luck with getting my money back."

I bought a car from this dealer 'cause of what they said 'bout it. The *** SL 500 was listed as a mechanic special 'cause the *** suspension was busted. The boss and the salesperson said everythin' else in the car was workin'. They said it was a drivin' wormin' car 'cept for the suspension. I couldn't check the car in person 'cause I live in the ***. I was makin' my decision based on what the boss and sales agent told me. I made it clear to 'em to list out everythin' they believed 'bout the car. The sales agent said he used the car to go to and from the dealer with no issues 'cept for the suspension. They said everythin' else was workin'. When the car arrived, it was missin' parts from the inside. None of the electronics worked. The doors wouldn't lock or unlock. They said the car was serviced with an oil change and was workin' fine. But the car had lots of broken parts like the main convertible hydraulic pump, the *** pump that controls all the lockin' and unlockin' stuff, and the whole trunk trim was gone. There were coolant leaks and oil leaks everywhere. I got a car that needs a ton of work. I contacted the dealer and they said they sold me the car as is. My main complaint is that they lied 'bout the car's description and it had more problems than they told me, even though I trusted 'em.

On October 15th, we started talkin' to *** with Motorvation *** 'bout a 2019 Kia *** that was advertised on CarGurus for $18,169 includin' delivery to ***, . My hubby talked to 'em a few times tryin' to figure out the final cost. Since we were payin' with cash, we wanted to know the total price. They agreed to sell it to us for $17,400 out the door. We had $17,000 to spend and asked if they could do that. We didn't hear back from 'em and on 10/20, we reached out again sayin' we guess they ain't gonna work with us. My hubby was told they sold it to someone else and if it didn't work out, they'd let us know, but they never did. We found it online again while lookin' for a car. We contacted 'em again and they said they were givin' the guy until Wednesday October 26th to pick up the car. They asked if we would put a down payment on it to hold it if the sale fell through. We said yes and gave 'em our credit card info for a $5,000 down payment. Then they sent us a contract to sign for the out the door price. We were shocked when the out the door price they gave us went from $17,400 to OVER $20,000. We contacted 'em again and said, "What the heck? This is way higher than what we agreed on." They then told us they sold the car for the full askin' price after we gave 'em the down payment. We asked for a refund of our $5,000 down payment and they just disappeared, not respondin' at all 'bout our refund. Today is November 6th, and we still ain't heard nothin' 'bout our refund. Our credit card company has also contacted 'em with no results. This is straight-up theft! Stay away from this business. They lie, cheat, and steal. Run far and run fast.
