This complaint is regarding my experience with KIA Pakistan motors, since I don't get any response from the official complaint site, neither an email or call, I had no choice but to write to the KIA HQ in Seoul. KIA Pakistan is the third auto manufacturer in Pakistan (there are other chinese but we consider jap and koreans to be more credible). Before you read through all my complaint, just note that KIA UAN number (0092-21-111-111-542) keeps ringing and ringing no one picks up, and there customer feedback and complaint page, no one responds and answers or bothers to even check https://www.kia.com/pk/service/customer-feedback-complaints.html here is link for you as well. My story is given under:

I had very high hopes with KIA Pakistan, for the reason that the Pakistani Public has been cheated and conned by the Big 3, they have looted us with poor sub standard quality cars as well as poor after sales and services. KIA came as a breath of fresh air for those customers who are willing to take the risk with a new car manufacturers (keeping in mind there failure in market last time round), people who are bold enough to pay their hard earned money on a product that is a market risk. I being one of those bold people parted with my 5 million for KIA Sportage (I have previously owned Fortuner 2018 (Sigma 4), and sold it in 8 months because of poor and stiff ride quality, and before that a Revo in 2 months of ownership as well. I was assuming that KIA would definitely keep a step ahead in service and quality, from car delivery and onward. Alas! So unfortunate, that there is no way I can reach out to KIA. There UAN number is unreachable (no one picks up), there is no way to track car delivery date online, there online complaint registration has no answer, no one responds on email or calls back. IT is unfortunately a very disappointing start of the relationship with KIA. After following up 5 times in last 3 weeks with the Lahore dealership I was asked by dealership to change my colour of Sportage from white because 50% vehicles booked are white and the plant is not giving any date of delivery for the vehicle. I mean how bloody non professional can KIA be? I mean there is no way the customer can reach KIA directly, they have made sure of it, the dealership is asking to change my color option from white to red or black...I had no choice but to send an email for color change to get my vehicle as I am without wheels at the moment. I am very confident even here with this complaint KIA is not going to bother, because they have joined the band wagon of giving too hoots about Pakistani customers. Sad and Unfortunate I hope that after sales does a better job than booking and delivery.

Their after sales service is also really bad. The 4 Years warranty they offer is a scam to loot you with heavy 3 times more maintenence cost vs market. If you do not continue maintenance from them, the warranty gets void. I have a Kia Sportage and the AC coil got leaked in just 1 and a half years of usage. None of my Honda or Corolla cars ever had issues before 5 years, but with Kia we see complaints from the very 1st year. If, God forbid, your side mirrors get stolen, you may have to wait for at least 3 months for the mirrors to get imported by Kia. If you buy them from Market, again the warranty gets void... So, in short, Kia is no way any better than Honda or Toyotta, in fact much worse.. More like a Saithiya company with no proper point of contact to solve customer genuine complaints...!

I booked a Car in SEPTEMBER and the Delivery Month Was DECEMBER
I've Submitted my Total amount a couple of Months Before..
But Dealer is asking me again and again that there is some issue and Your car will be delivered in January or maybe Later..
Sir I'm very disappointed by all this Delay..
Please manage my just 1 unit and I'll be so thankful for this little and kind Favor . I work here in the 7 News Head office and I have complained many times by calling on UAN Number. But there is no Response .

I booked a Car in APRIL and the Delivery Month Was SEPTEMBER..

meri gadiii vi nahi aye ! booked it in april 2021 and tentaive month was Sep 2021 and today got a call ! Sir app ney sab sey pehley tu ghabrana nahi hey Or doosra ap ney kisi ko batana nahi hey cox gaddii january 2022 tek vi a gayee tey barey khush kismat hongey app :) Metlab really still the are not sure that when car will be delivered

I'm gonna send them a legal notice.. we're very unfortunate that they don't give a [censored] even all of this. But now they Have to pay . i cant wait more and will sue them to court

It's the same story everywhere with ordinary people. I ordered picanto from 9th Avenue Islamabad dealer in March. Delivery was supposed to be in early June. Still haven't received it. On top of that the manager (female) was very rude (talk of women rights, here men have less rights of being spoken to gently). Would not recemmw d anyone to buy from Kia. Better to buy other cars available earlier with better service network in Pakistan.

I agree with the author. My order of KIA Carnival is overdue. The dealership is clueless and KIA Lucky Motors is unreachable! No one answers the phone or the requests posted on their website. Not sure if KIA Luck Motors has even a single employee in customer care; if that department exists to being with.

Ma pehly bh complaint kr chuka hun kia sportage fwd mri gadi ha ...kia motors sahiwal se 2 dafa servise krwa chuka hum ...gadi left side pe khenchti ha r beep k aawaz bh aati ha 80 se 100 ki speed ma ...lkn kia motors sahiwal walon n koi response ni diya blkay tal matol kr k bhej diya ...ma kia motors ko like krta hn lkn jb es trha ka behaveiour ho ga to kasy ma next kia he lun ga ya apny ksi dost ko mashwara dun ga.
