Purchased in 2013..after 60 000 KM fuel economy has regressed. Kia dealership did 100km fuel test and found all ok.
Please understand your fuel test is based on 100km/hour.
I am travelling quite often to Durban and mostly auto cruise on 120km and the fuel economy is in free fall. The vehicle uses up a whole half a tank of deisel for 280km trip.
Please understand my complaint is at 120km/hour not 100km/hour. Kia South africa dismisses my complaint based on result of fuel test at 100km/hour and no further diags is done.
If this is still Kia's contention that there is no fault with the fuel economy, then i can only conclude that this is collusion with fuel Companies which should be brought to the attention of the public domain.
I simply cannot believe that such a vast difference exists between 100km and 120km/hour.
Please advise urgently.

My name is Jeffery Guok. I had an accident in March 2019, for repairs I sent in my Kia Cerato KX to KIA Glenmarie branch in Malaysia. I was told all repairs now is centralised in Kia Rawang branch and I was assured it will get fixed in 2 months time.
In mid April 2019 I called Mr. Azuan to check how was the repairs coming along. I was told firstly the parts had just arrived and they will need around 2 weeks to fix.
In mid May 2019 I called Mr Azuan again, he told me the wrong part has been delivered and needs another month for the correct part to arrive.
This is unacceptable, the repair job is going to take 3 months and more. After many days of questioning and unanswered calls, in mid June 2019, Mr. Azuan has assured me Kia has agreed to give me a loaner car for the time being.
However delays upon delays, empty promises upon empty promises, as of this posting, I have yet to get my car or anything at all.
Since getting my car in 2015, I have consistently been servicing it at Kia service center, as I find that the services provided was good.
However after experiencing this treatment, I am adamant that future visit to Kia service center is to be avoid. And I will be informing all members of Kia car club to avoid your service centers.

Hello my name is Cristian Fraga. I recently bought a Kia Rio and I have had the worst customer experience. It was last year around May, but I had an emergency operation and couldn't get it until August. Then I went to the agency in November to ask about the services and they told me I had to get the 1st service that month even though it had only 800 km. I left the car and told them that I was perceiving a weird smell when I was driving up a hill but they told me everything was OK.
Two weeks ago I was taking it to get the 2nd service and my car just stopped working in the middle of one of the main avenues in Mexico City. I called the agency and it took them 2 hours to pick me up even though I was in a situation of danger. When I got there they told me that my clutch was worn out. I asked them how was it possible if it only had 9 months of use and 5000 km but they implied that it was because my driving skills and the clutch did not have a warranty. I have a 10 year old Honda Fit and this did not happen to me. I feel insulted and no one I have reached want to help me. Could you please?

I had been behind and trying to catch up. I visited with several people in April, they said what is the least you can pay extra to keep your account from going past due. I paid $75. I called back in May after making a regular payment and was told in April I could push back a Payment so we will be current. Nope. A representative said you can't do that I said well that's not going to work for me. You guys said I could. Spoke to a supervisor. He said in June after you make a payment on the 15th you can push back a payment. Kia Motors calls me then tells me they cannot help me and to call back. If that is not ridiculous enough a representative was rude and didn't address my question. I asked for a supervisor and she told me I didn't need to speak with one. Nobody has the right to tell me who I can't speak with. This supervisor tells me no and that basically it didn't matter what I was told and can't defer a payment until another 4 months. I'm so frustrated and not in any hopes that one person who answers the phone cares at all.

The company in Russia, Saint-Petersburg, Kia Maximum on Nepokorennyh avenue 47 is fraud, they cheat many documents and exact money from buyers. I advise to stop any cooperation with them. kia soul 2012 pillar appliques are warped
This car was purchased in Fort Worth, Texas in 2012. It was used extensively until May of 2017 when I moved to south Florida. During the period of time in Texas it was driven extensively in all different types of weather conditions, including the hot humid conditions found in south Texas during the summer.
Within a month of moving to south Florida I noticed that both pillar appliques were starting to warp towards the top where the appliques insert into the car roof. Finally two years later, the warping had reached a point in which it was becoming noticeable. Please see the attached photos.
When I took the vehicle in to have the appliques replaced I was informed that I would have to pay for the entire cost of the service. I questioned the service representative and was told that it was not Kia's problem. Instead, I was told that the hot humid weather in south Florida had caused the warping and that damage caused by weather conditions were not covered by my warranty.
I find this to be a unsubstantial excuse. It is my opinion that the appliques warped because they were defective to start with and that sooner or later, regardless of "weather "conditions, they were going to warp. I am asking KIA to pay the entire cost of the replacement, which was quoted to me at $468 dollars. See the attached quote.
If KIA cannot design a car to operate in normal weather conditions, and that includes hot humid weather, then they have placed defective cars on the market and should be held responsible for any ensuring damages to the car.

I brought my car to service and when i about to pay i saw there is one item charge to my fees " to do ozone sterilizer ", which is nt necessary . But the staff did not advise, and simply add on this item without notice . when i ask them to take out this item, they said it has already done . On June 1, 2019 I went to Parkside Kia in Knoxville, Tn to trade my 2017 Kia Sorento for a used car with lower payments, they showed us a 2020 Charcoal Gray Soul LX, we took it for test drive and really liked it, we asked if it had Sirius XM radio and were told not at this time but they have Sirius come in and add it to the vehicle, they were going to call first thing Monday morning 6/3/2019. We gave them one week to work on it, meanwhile we discovered there were no cupholders orvents for heat and air in the back seat, cupholders not a big deal, air should be essential. I had to take my car for service and to change the radiator, I took I to the Kia service center in Abu Dhabi and after keeping the car for 3 weeks they returned my car full of dust and sand from inside out and with scotch tape on the bumper ( please not there was no issue before with the bumper) and after taking the car they said I can come back after 3 days they will clean and put some of the parts which they didn't have any and still charged for but they thought it's a good idea giving me a car which is not safe to drive .
I took the car and on the way home from the service center the engine under cover felt down, when I went back to the service center and spoke to the very rude manager in mussafah Kia service center he refused to listen to my complains or offer any thing as service recovery.
I need a solution to this since it's unacceptable to charge 4000 AED and return the car in this condition.

extended warranty
I was encouraged to purchase extended warranty when I bought my 2015 Kia Sedona . I paid $3650 for this warranty. Prior to the warranty coming into force my Kia was declared written off due to an accident. I requested a cancellation of the warranty and a refund as it had not been used. Upon completion of the warranty period if there were no claims I was entitled to a refund of $1000. The company stated I was not eligible as I would not own the vehicle in 2025 when the warranty period ended. The only comment was we understand your frustration and although we have your $3650 and provided no service to you no refund will be offered. My next step is to approach the Calgary Media. One lesson learned "Do not buy extended warranty"

Dear Sir,
Referring to the a/m subject, please be informed that I'm driving KIA for more than four years and was really satisfied & enjoying.
Unfortunately, I recently had a very bad experience as follow :
The door seal weather-strip (rubber) for both right and left rear doors is melted and extremely sticky, has and still causing a lot of damages to me and to anyone whoever rides on the back or just open the door.
I came to know that this problem is widely known for my car model.
During 2017 - 2018, I called from time to time the KIA Egypt call center to check the spare parts availability and it was never available.
This year on 7th of April.2019, I was finally told that each spare part cost 850 EGP excluding 14% taxes, and that I should visit the maintenance center to pay for and make an order.
I did go on "4th of May.2019" to KIA service center- Roxy Heliopolis in Cairo-EGYPT, I`ve been informed that the car was out of the warranty by DEC. 2018 while I had this complain much earlier !
And the most disturbing comment that my car is the first case to apply for this complain about the door rubber seal ! Also, that it's a misuse! How could it be a misuse from me and why it`s not the 4 doors then.. !
Later on I called to acquire the exact dates when I started to ask for the spare parts and I was shocked to know they don't have these requests history on their records.
I know it's a small issue, but, the attitude and disrespect that really matters.
So It will be greatly appreciated to assist me here.
Based on the above, I`m looking forward to receive your feedback and prompt action, please.
