A used car
Hi my name is Mrs Julie Walmsley and I bought a citroen ds3 on 18th Feb this year. The engine fault light started coming on on the 14th March. I sent pictures to the salesman of the dashboard. It was taken in twice for this issue but they said they couldn't find a fault and turned off the service light. On the weekend of the 10th of June the car told us to stop it was overheating. The fans didn't come on and the temperature gauge went over the highest mark.
We had to get a recovery truck to collect us for£150.
The car went in again and the issue was fixed.
I feel that there could be more damage done and keep expecting the worse.
It causes me great anxiety to even drive it now. I would like the company to come to a resolution and take the car back.
The settlement figure is £10,392.
I paid £8995 + £500 for the extra cover.
I also have gap insurance that will have a settlement figure also.
Please can you assist with this issue.
Yours hopefully
Julie Walmsley
Desired outcome: Please refund and take back the vehicle.
Customer service!
I bought a car from stoneacre Rotherham in April. I got promised it come with a spare key which it hasent. It is now December and I am still waiting and chasing for the spare key.
I have spoke to several managers which haven't been forthcoming and have just said they would get back in touch and haven't. I haven't had any communication with the company unless it's me chasing them up and then I don't get a call back. All i get is it shouldn't take this long and they will get back to me. Noone has been in touch. One worker actually told me to sell the car and buy another which was absolutely disgraceful and shocking customer service!
I need this spare key as me and my partner have this car solely and if anything happens we have no vehicle to get to our jobs or pick children up.
I have made 2 complaints via email and got nowhere. The store haven't helped me what so ever just have fobbed me off or ignore me.
There has been other issues but this one needs addressing and sorting as I need that spare key.
I am an nhs worker and my partner works for council we have important jobs and need the spare key which was promised it come with the car. If we had known we wouldn't have purchased it!
Desired outcome: I am deeply disappointed and discusted about how this company has treated Me and how it's gone about things. I'm owed a spare key and some serious compensation.

Misinformation
I had planned to buy myself a car on my birthday and in the morning I phoned a few dealers to see if they had the model that I was after. I phoned the Stoneacre Fiat branch in Hyde and told them that I was looking for a 3door black Fiat 07 Grande Punto. They told me that they had a few cars that fitted my exact criteria and that they would fall in the price...
