2021 Kia Sedona SX
I am having trouble getting a mirror for my 2021 Kia Sedona SX. The part number is 87620-A9711. The body and fender shop I am dealing with said this part is not to be found in the United States. If you are selling a car in this country, you should supply parts to repair it. What am I supposed to do - Do without a car that is 1 year old. Please help me find this part, so I can repair my car and drive it.

Service plan
I was advised by a sales lady in Middleburg that if I buy my Kia Rio in will be under free service plan until it reaches 60000km, however today I took it for service at Kia centurion where I was forced to pay R3236. 00 which I had not budgeted for because my car is now on 45000km and I was under the impression that I don't have to pay for this service as per the agreement when I bought the car, please assist.
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate it if you could refund me this amount
I bought a Kia Rio 2020 model at Middleburg and I was told that my car will be under service plan for 60km for free however on the 9.11.22 I took my car to Kia centurion and I was told to pay R3236. 00 so I'm shocked because I was under the impression that it's all covered for 60km
Navigation/infotainment system updates
When I purchased my Seltos GT-Line in December 2019, I was very happy with the above. However, since the updates, I found the earlier version of the infotainment more intuitive, but I've now adapted to the puple stuff often complained about. However, the feature in the nav I really miss was the 'suspend route' button, which was replaced in the updates by just 'cancel route'.
How is that an improvement..? So often you don't need the turn by turn directions until getting close, so setting the route on, then suspending it was great. (Google and Apple maps don't have this feature, and I loved it). When you wanted to resume the route, that button had changed to 'resume route' (or similar), and when you touched that, there it was, starting from where you had got up to. Now, if you cancel it, when you want it again it is 3 extra steps to open the menu. 1. select the last used, which defaults to the top at least, then 2. hit that, then 3. hit start navigation. Surely all that extra time attention taken off the road is bad enough, but bl**dy annoying as well..?
Why don't the software engineers that work on these things follow the worthy rule, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it..? Any chance of getting the suspend/resume route button back..?

Desired outcome: Return of the Suspend/Resume route option button in navigation. Also the mapping is still out of date in certain areas.
Kia engine issues
I have a 2013 Kia Sportage with 80,000 miles on it. I had an email back in 2018 that said that there was a recall for engine issues. I immediately called and they said that based on my VIN number, it did not affect my car. Well, my engine died while I was coming back from Tampa, FL to Jacksonville, FL in Ocala. I had it towed to a mechanic who said that he has had to work on several Kia's with the same problem and there was a recall. When I called Kia Resolution Center, they said that my car does NOT have any safety issues with the engine. If I knew about the Product Update for an extended warranty before the engine blew, I would have obviously called to get it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. If Kia makes faulty engines, and I previously called to make sure that mine would not blow at 9 years old and 80,000 miles after maintaining my car with regular oil changes, it is obviously an issue. Kia apparently does not want to back up your product or give a loyal customer what is fair. Also, the power train warranty should have covered up to 100,000 miles from bumper to bumper.
Desired outcome: I expect to hear back from someone asap, so that you can explain to me why I should ever buy another Kia or recommend one. Thank you ~ Judi [protected]@gmail.com
2013 Kia Optima vin#5XXGM4A75DG137137
I own a 2013 KIA Optima.
There is a prominent "clicking" noise in the steering when I turn the wheel back and forth. The steering wheel feels loose and unsafe to drive at times. When driving 65 + m.p.h. there is also a "vibrating shake" that is continuous until I slow back down. Are there other Optima owners having the same problem with their vehicle?
Is there a recall on these issues?
KIA is usually very good about sending recall notices but I have not received one for this as of yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Desired outcome: I would like the steering to be tightened, the clicking noise to be resolved and for the vehicle to not shake or vibrate when driving 65+ m.p.h.
Kia Carens Delivery
I am Vinu John. I had booked Carens Luxury Plus 1.4 T manual 7 seater on 24 Jun 22 at Crystal Kia- Kothari Autobiz LLP, Pune (Booking No: B202208868). Tentative delivery period was given as 13-14 weeks. But even after 20 weeks, no delivery is done and after sales support is poor if not pathetic. Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Customer Manager are equally non-responsive. From Oct 22, they keep promising they will connect me to DGM but as usual no further response from kia showroom. Very poor and unprofessional job by Crystal Kia, Pune. Setting poor image for KIA.
Desired outcome: I would request fast delivery and apology from Kia Showroom for mis-guiding the customer. Taking money in advance for booking with no feedback/response.

I took my 2013 Kia Forte in to be repaired 9/19/22 and two weeks later the same problem occurred I took it back so they could correct the problem they said I need to pay an additional $200 before they can look at it again because it may not be the problem they corrected I feel like I’m being ripped off I been a Kia car owner for over 18 years and this is the worst treatment I’ve experienced I’m talking about downtown Kia Los Angeles on Figueroa. I have been losing oil and complaining to dealer and they dont seem to want to help me figure out what is causing it.

I have been having to add oil to my car every week for the last year and a half. My husband took the car to the dealer to get it checked out last year. First they filled the car with oil and told him to drive so many miles then bring it back for them to check. He did so. At that visit they said it was a little low and for him to ride a few more miles and bring it back. He did that. The third time he took it the dealer said that they were not responsible in finding out what was wrong and contact corporate. So we just gave up and have been checking the oil every week. It is getting cumbersome and we should not have to do this so we are writing for help.
Desired outcome: We would like someone to tell us what is causing the oil to disappear and give us options for repair. Some type of resolution. If it is factory, a new engine.
Kia forte 2017
I took my car in for a recall of the soft brake pedal or brake fluid warning light illumination
1st problem is they kept my car over night without a phone call they said they called it must have been the wrong number
2nd problem I called on 2 occasions and the the calls went to voice mail in the service department that is terrible way to do business but, anyway I apparently nobody listened to them or they would have got my correct phone
3rd problem I had to get a friend to drive me to the dealership (phil smith kia deerfield beach florida) a man named nestor waited on me he is the one that wrote my number wrong i'm told
If that was all the went wrong I could live with that but, on to the 4th problem
4th problem the gear shift handle was broken I swear it was not broken when I came in I was told it was broken and their evidence was it had been glued I didn't do it said it must have been that way when they sold me the car 2.5 years ago and was told the part would not be covered it cost $75 at which time I asked to speak to a manager he confirmed it was not covered and was rude about it as well basically accused me of lying at that time I grabbed tha broken part and stormed saying a few expletives as I left
I am writing you cause I don't feel this is the kind of look you want for your customer service
Please see that email gets sent to the appropriate people I want a new or used gear shift handle something to replace the broken one which I didn't do

Problem on Kia Sportage 2023

I'm a customer of Kia, in my garage I have a one kia Sedona and a one Kia Sportage 2023.
I bought the Sportage 2023 on the 26 March 2022 just 7 months ago!
This car today has around 17.500 miles and from around 10.000 miles started to have a problem with the front rotor disk.
I went to the Dealer where I bought this Sportage many times to try to solve the problem...
The dealer in the first step cut the rotors disk... after this, in short the car continued to have the same problem every time I used the brake, go in hard vibrations and is very dangerous up to 50 mph.
In the last appointment the Dealer made another control and sent to Kia motors the pictures about the situation... (the rotors front disk are burned).
The Dealer told me that without the AUTHORIZATION from Kia Motors they can't change the front rotor disk.
Now I live a one hour trip to the d
Dealer and everytime I go to the Dealer I lose TIME, WORK, MONEY, GAS etc without solving anything!
I'm very tired about this situation... also I paid a lot of money to buy my Sportage 2023, and it is not correct from you! This comportament is horrible!
You are a KIA MOTORS, a big company and you know perfectly that the new Sportage 2023 has a defect in the front rotors disk and in the braking system.
Everyday I use this car and for my Wife, my sons and myself it is very dangerous.

i purchased this vehicle from paatrick caddy in schaumburg il on 3/25/2022. thimiledge at that time was 57237. i changed the oil at 62400 miles. a check engine light came on last week at 65243 miles. i checked the oil and found it to be 2 quarts low. i called rock river kia in rockford ill and talked to service dept. the service expert admitted that kia did have a problem with oil consumption with this car . when asked what could be done , he explained that most warrantee companies do not cover oil consumption. and that i would most likely spend north of $800 to find out that they had that problem anyway. i am 76 years old and bought quite a few cars and none were as much of a dissapointment as this one. im letting you know of my dissatisfaction before i share this with my friends and family... regards j.mills

Incorrect order
I got cheated by Jenkins KIA Ocala, Florida for over $5000 in the sale of 2023 Sportage EX on 10/22/2022 and also delivered the wrong vehicle
1) the vehicle we drove was with tinted, but the vehicle came with not tinted
2) remote start is not working... when I try it's telling me that the vehicle was sold in MA state, and I don't have the option for this vehicle
3) the vehicle MSRP $29835 and you charged me for $31542
4) My trade-in 2020 Equinox market valued around $25000 and I got only $16000
5) There are several services charges $999+349.95 added that I did not accept
6) The financial guy forced me (threatening my death) to add $1862 plus tax for the maintenance serveries you will perform for future oil changes in 5 years
7) I paid $7000 as down payment but the sale document showing only $5590.55
8) I tried to explain to the salesperson next day after the sale completed, he is showing a peace paper I signed for the sale with all correction
9) The salespersons I dealt with are very smart and the financial guy is even smarter getting all the papers signed first and the financial document last, in the order to make sign as last as possible
10) They told me it's real Leather seat and we received Syntex material my wife is allergic, and she is not able to drive

2015 KIA Sorento
several months ago, i was driving my 2015 KIA Sorento when the engine locked up in the middle of the intersection. I have been without a vehicle ever since. The dealership wanted to charge me $10k for the replacement, eventhough there is adequate information to support that my vehicle should be covered by the recall. I am a single mom who has been without their vehicle for months. I have finally found a used engine and I am asking KIA to do the right thing and at least split the cost with me.

I placed a $2,500 holding deposit on a Kia Carnival that was supposed to arrive at the dealership by September 11, 2022. It is now October 27, 2022 and the dealership has said they don’t know when it will arrive. It’s said to be at the port in Long Beach, California, just waiting for a transport truck to deliver it to Tucson, Arizona, a short, 8-hour drive. I see trucks all over the freeway transporting vehicles. I just want to know why Kia is so behind on inventory delivery that they cannot have a product they already sold available.
Desired outcome: I’d like my vehicle to be delivered to the dealership so I can finalize the purchase and have the vehicle I was promised.
2018 kia soul... Oil consumption
Bought my soul brand new had 6 miles on it! I've returned to car dealer for regular maintenance. At 40,000 I had an oil leak... they had my car 3 half weeks, repaired 3 different leaks. It has used oil ever since. I've had at least 6 oil consumption tests done only to b told "it's normal to use 1 qrt oil for every 1000 miles" say what you want but I've had some real hoopty cars like 200$ never added a drop of oil only did oil changes... as I was approaching 100,000 miles an warranty end I was reassured by the dealer that no worries this started prior to over mileage... here I am over mileage an my car is not to b driven flashing g engine light...codes 301 302 are cylinder 1 misfire an random misfire... hmmmm I'm told I need a converter kit an a tune up... I added 9 qrts of oil in a 5000 mile between oil changes... tune up an converter will not fix this. Kia motors says... out of warranty an no recall... sry... car dealer now says tow it in an well see what we can do... I have to tow 75 miles an they give no rental car... so screwed all the way around... no car to get to work or anywhere... how do they think this is ok? I'm beyond mad...

Poor customer service and preparedness, I need my car!
Kia of Auburn Wa. has had my car for over 5 weeks. They said they had to wait for the part to arrive to fix my car. They have no loaner cars, so I have been borrowing friends and family's cars, who have canceled plans for me to do so, to try to get to my 2 jobs. They do not communicate unless I call them and even then, at times no return phone call until I call again. Now they are telling me after over 5 weeks of waiting that they do not have the right tool to fix my car!? So, they are waiting for the tool now. How can you not know this when you see the part that needs fixing and order the part and not see what tools you will need to complete the job? I am very upset. I need a car to commute to my jobs. I need my car. It's warranty work so I cannot have my car back until it's fixed otherwise the warranty is void, I've been told. I feel this is poor quality on their end and honestly at this rate I would never recommend anyone to Kia for work or otherwise. I have never made a complaint before like this I try to be understanding and workable, but this has to be fixed.

2017 KIA SPORTAGE
First off, let me tell you this is the first KIA I have bought and thinking it will be the last. It has 45, 000 miles and looks like new EXCEPT for the clearcoat/paint is coming off BOTH OF MY MIRRORS. It looks horrible. I called the dealer where I purchased it NEW and he advised me that it was not under warranty and there was nothing he could do. My thing is this is still a new car, why would the paint ONLY be coming off the mirrors, if it was not a fault in the paint or how it was done. The supposedly excellent warranty is one of the main reasons that we bought a KIA. But I also had problem with my AC going out last summer and had to wait MONTHS to get it fixed, but did finally get it fixed, to now notice this problem with my mirrors. I do not have pics at this time but will be more than happy to provide later.
Desired outcome: I want my mirrors replaced or re-painted/ clear coated.

I have been a customer of KIA for the last ten years. I bought two brand new Souls and up until now I have been so satisfied with my cars. I bought both from Donnelly Kia. Had all my service done there and totally trusted them. On October 17 I had an appointment for a wheel alignment and an induction done. I also asked for an oil change and was told by phone and when I dropped off my car it would be about 1 hour. I decided to wait. I got there at 1pm. and about 2 15 the girl on reception came and told me they were working on my car but they felt my rotors needed attention. I informed her that was impossible because on the 15th I had my winter tires put on and the rotors done at the same time.. She was surprised and left to tell them I guess. I spoke to the service manager and told him and his reply was how would they know that because they did not need to take off the wheels. At 4 15 I went to see where my car was and the man at the desk thought I had already left. He went to the garage and found out they had gone for a run with it. I left at 4 30 and went about 10 kg and pulled off to answer my phone and when I pulled back on the road my engine light came on. I sat for about 15 minutes
and then drove slowly up the shoulder of the road and it went off. I would not take it out again and got my son in law to take it out and he said he could not find a problem except the oil was over filled by about 1 and a halt litre too much. I looked at my bill and he put 6 litres of oil in it and always before according to my bills they put 3.5 litres in it. I am very upset about this and I have tried and tried to talk to the service manager and have left him 2 messages to call me but have heard nothing. I can't believe they would do this because they know I am a widow and know nothing about what they do to my car. I have just bent letting them do what they say I need. Thanks for you attention...
