KFC review: store, food and management

This is the third time I have ordered from the KFC at this location from inside and out the take out window and every time there is a problem. For sure I will never return to this store. The first time the chicken was partially raw, an entire bucket of chicken. I tried calling the number listed and no one answers the phone.. The last two times at the drive up window I was given someone else's order. I live about a half hour away so there was no way I was driving back. No one answers the phone when you call there. I have read online that so many people are complaining about the service at this location and I would like to know why no one from the main office does not look into this as it is giving KFC a bad reputation.
