chicken quality
I went to the kfc drive thru around 8pm. I ordered hot wings and was told it would be 20 minutes of a wait which I was fine with. When I got the wings there was a feather cooked in the breading. It was very noticeable so I dont know how this was misses when being thrown in the fryer. Once I got home is when I noticed the feather after eating 2 of the poor quality wings that I ended up waiting 20 minutes for. I tried calling the restaurant to tell them about the feather I found and I didnt get an answer. I live 2 min from the kfc so I decided to go up there. I thought they should know what i found and wanted to tell them to be careful. I was very nice, I asked for different chicken on exchange for the hot wings I got with a feather in one of them. The person just threw it away. I figured they might wanna keep it to show the company whoever packages the chicken what happened and to be more careful. I'm only writing a to the company because I feel like my experience isnt being taken seriously. Im mainly upset because I gave my 2 year old chicken that was contaminated with a feather on it. I got home and I live only 3 miles down the road. I opened the box of chicken they gave me and it was so old. I used to work at kfc and the people I worked for would tell us to throw old chicken away all the time. It sucked for the company but we couldn't serve old food. The chicken I got was breaded very poorly and i could tell it was 5 hours or more old. I was given 2 small sides of potatoes and mac and cheese with the chicken for the inconvenience. I understand I went late at night and I know at a certain time chicken stops being made. It was so old that I just threw it away. Instead of making my experience worse I wish they would've just said they didnt want to serve me old chicken. I used to tell people that sometimes when I worked at kfc. I even got cold fries and a watered down hic. I'm very dissapointed.

First of all I had to wait almost 30 min for my meal and when I received it the chicken looked like it was in a accident. All torn apart. The girls were more interested in their phones than anything. I'm appauled. Other customers had to wait also not a good experience . It seemed like the manager did not have control over his employees. The drive thru line was almost to street. KFC delivery is really bad in Pakistan as it is, I don't know why there's no quality assurance. I ordered from this specific branch at 10 pm, the order reached us at 1130. The burger was stale, the sauce was off and the fries were cold. We complained and got a replacement two hours later with the same stale burger. Spoke to the manager Hamza who then misbehaved saying that's what it is, we can't help you.

Stealing from customers! 3 rd time ordering and not receiving full order! Phoned the branch! Immediatly they knew i short on my order! I want the cctv footage! How many clients do they do that with! I dont complaine much and do support the kfc group! But this is the 3rd time that youre branch in Worcester is stealing by not giving the correct order! Scary! When i phoned them! They knew immediatly!

Wanted to order Smokey mountain barbecue tenders. Employee said they were frozen, and this was at 6 pm. So I ordered another meal and there was no gravy on my mash potatoes. My wife ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 thighs and a drumstick, and got 2 drumsticks and a thigh, along with a sweet tea which was not sweet. I will not be coming back to this location until things get better. This has happened before to us at this location.

Ordered 2 Chicken /Wing combos with Potatoe Wedges and Slaw. Didn't think to check before I left the store. To start with, someone else took my food and they had to make it over. Got home and had Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes. Not happy. Was really looking forward to the Potato Wedges. Was supposed to get an extra biscuit because I didn't get the drinks because we were on the motorcycle. Didn't get that either.

i m regular customer for this KFC branch. KFC Sri jati Jalan Puchong DT, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. i drive thru at 1020am in 16 august 2019. i ordered a cheezy twister a la carte, usually just take me around 5 to 15min to waiting. after i ordered, your staff ask me to wait in front the customer waiting area, so your staff they wont over the drive thru time limit for each customer. nice cheating skill, is normal for kfc malaysia. after 15min i reverse back to the counter, our staff still answer me the same question, your food is still cooking. so i go back to the customer waiting area continue wait. after another 15 min, that time was around 1050am my food it still not ready, and i m going to late for my appointment. so i give up waiting and drive off. i m extremely disappointed. In this 2019 era, what kind of service is this? what a joke. no more KFC after this. good luck, and one advise for KFC, PLEASE DO SOMETHING, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NO MORE CHANCE TO DO SOMETHING.

We have gone to this location for several years... no matter what time of day or evening we go and order items such as chicken meals crispy or pot pies or fries and EVERY SINGLE TIME we are told we'd have to wait for it to be cooked. Even four pieces of chicken. Give me a break-ridiculous! No ice in the ice machine twice now. Place is dirty most of the time. Not enough help. Seats are all torn up in booths. It's just an owner who is cheap and it doesn't take a scientist to figure that out. People shaking their heads because they can't get food. Please look at this location and get us some changes or we will have to leave KFC. We changed from the other KFC for these kind of reasons. Please!

Your restaurant in Rockford Illinois not only is rude they do not know how to handle a complaint. We ordered a meal through DoorDash and had it delivered. Not one thing was right . When I called back they accused of us being drunks and that's why we eat through DoorDash . This lady hung up on 5 times and told us we have to drive in to get our order right. This is the 11th street store in Rockford Illinois. Then she blamed the DoorDash driver for screwing up the order. I will not give up on this experience until it is properly taken care of and I rarely complain about anything. We ordered this food for ourselves and company we had over. Not only do we want our money back and more I want that manager taken care of. I have spent over 30 years in restaurant management and I would never tolerate that service from any employee I will not give up on this it was a embarrassment to our friends and the accusations of your employee was dumbfounded.
cheetos sandwich at a franchise
Wanted to try the New Cheetos sandwich. Was very disappointed as the price was higher than advertised on TV ads. Asked for the manager who came out and explained they were a franchise. And the owner had increased the price 99 cents from the advertised price in all of his stores. We were very disappointed on the bate and switch policy. The manager explained there had been a lot of people walking out. I had already gotten our sandwiches by the time I noticed. Will not be returning to any KFC franchise again. EVER! Spreading the word on Google and Other media. Really pissed off over a $2 rip off. Retired Business consultant for fortune 100 companies. Not impressed with your ads. At about 5 50pm today I went through the drive through at the cicero ny location they asked me to pull ahead and said they would bring my food to me. Well after 15 mins went by and my groceries were melting in my car I walked in. I asked where my food was and a female said oh they are waiting on the chicken tenders for the chicken littles must be. I said for over 15 mins she walked in the back and never came back which was so rude. Finally a older woman manager walked over and asked what I wanted and I said umm my food from the drive through from 20 mins ago. She said oh sorry walked in the back and also never came back which was totally unprofessional and very rude too. A man was hurrying trying to get my food and said a girl had walked it out to the wrong car awhile ago and gave my food away. He gave me a free cake and that was it. I got home and the entire bag of food was destroyed because he never put the lid on my mashed potatoes all the way and gravy was everywhere including my car. I was very mad and tried to call the manager at that location and non one answered the phone all night long. I want a refund for my 18 dollars and corporate office told me they dont do refunds when I called. I told her to have a manger call me from corporate seeings how cicero wont pick up the bbn phone and no one called me at all. Horrible horrible customer service and the soda tastes like water and they never gave me a receipt either!

I went the KFC on Hwy 49 in Gulfport, Ms. They pulled me up in the drive thru to cook my hot wings. After waiting 17 minutes I went inside to check on my order. Everyone is looking around at each other and my food has not even been started. A cook comes from the back with a basket and digs in a freezer that he customers can see with NO gloves on and starts putting the wings in the basket. I immediately ask for my money back. As the Manager is getting my refund, I'm looking around at the store. Totally disgusting! If I saw this before I ordered I never would have ordered here. Called the District Manager (Have not received a call back). Called the Corporate Office (Have not received a call back).
