I went to my local KFC (#Y300097) today 4/27/23 at 1:48 pm and ordered through the drive-thru with Lashanda. She was very rude and I could hear her comments. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, french fries and bottled water, then ordered chicken nugget combo (which was not what I rec'd but rec'd chicken tenders) coleslaw and a bottled water and asked for a side of coleslaw. She made the comment "oh my god" . I asked her if there was a problem with what I ordered and she would not answer. If someone is having a bad day, I totally understand but she has no right to make comments to where the customer can hear her.
