I have my 3 grandsons once a month. Our tradition is a movie, then take out from KFC. The last 3 times have been horrible; the very last on November 2, 2019, around 6-6:30 PM. was the worst. There is always at least a 1/2 hour wait for chicken. This last time they said it would be an hour +. The other people waiting, there were 3 of them, said they had been waiting over 1/2 hour. (There was also 1 car waiting by the Pick-up window) They came out with one man's order & he said it was wrong. He ordered nuggets & got something else. The other 2 ladies ahead of me said that if they hadn't already paid, they'd have left. Luckily, I hadn't paid so I left & went to Pizza Ranch. The staff (4 of them) were all just shrugging & acting goofy & offered no explanation. My order is usually about $55-$60 per visit. My 3 grandsons are ages 13-14 & 16, so they eat a lot. I also order for me & my husband & our daughter. Please shake things up over there or get a new manager. We all prefer KFC over Pizza Ranch but the hour wait is unacceptable.
