KFC review: service

I had them cater a funeral dinner. The food was to be picked up at 1:30 and still have time to get set up before the family (some from out of state) gets there. It was 2:15 before the food was ready and I still had a 20 min drive to where the dinner was. Needless to say I never made it to the graveside and barely got it to the church before the family showed up. The problem was they took another catering order at the same time. Our order was $380 and you would expect them to be on time. It makes me think twice before having them do the food for any event. They should have never taken two catering orders at the same time. I'm very disappointed and feel like we should have received a discount on our bill but they never did.
