KFC food

We picked up dinner at 4:30pm. We spent $42.06. The chicken tasted hours old, was hard and we could barely even chew through some pieces. No one wanted to eat it. The large sides that came with the bucket meal were barely half full. I've noticed the quality going down hill from the last time we were there but because we have always loved KFC, we tried it again. This one was worse than ever. For us, $42.06 is a lot of money to spend and subpar food. Please, go back to the good food we remember.

KFC chicken strips wedges 3 piece and 2 piece breast and wing and a 10 piece 3 days before the other visit

I went through the drive thru ordered Original recipe the food was the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD FROM Kentucky tried chicken the Wedges were Burned and most of them were a lump not Wedges but potatoes limited chicken was burned also to hard to eat only thing eatable was the cookie in the strip meal the other meal was just as bad and the biscuits were smashed in both but there wasn't no cookie in the 2 piece my dogs had a hard time and one is a Terrier I called the place I bought it from and the person didn't seem Shocked by What I said about the food a few days prior my mother-in-law picked up a 10 piece for me since they were going to Magic Mountain and that was Re Heated or cooked multiple times I only ate 2 pieces of that we will not visit that Specific place again we will buy from the White Ln franchise I only hope some one visits and make those employees and owners Bring Back The Quality of what Kentucky Fried Chicken is Supposed to be, I'm in my Late 50's and some of my best memories are going to church on Sunday then Buying a Couple of Buckets of Chicken and on sunny days having a Picnic and eaten lots of Your Delicious Chicken Please Bring Back Your Quality of Food.

KFC about my food

I go to kfc on skidaway road almost every day for lunch and always order the same thing a famous bowl box with a side of cole slaw.. However yesterday my chicken was very hard and no cole slaw I called and talked to a manager and asked to re do my order and tjey said they couldn't do that I do not remember her name but it was around 1pm.. KFC locked doors 2pm on sunday afternoon

I called the complaint line after doors were locked and sat in drive thru over 40 min and when I paid bag was torn so I was busy trying to keep food from falling out. Guy at the window kept my change over $1 asked to be contacted it's been 4 days and I haven't heard a word. I actually called complaint line twice that day once for service and again for young man keeping my money.

KFC chicken strips

First the chicken was dry and shriveled . Few workers and no one available to listen. I went on Sept 23 2019 . It seemed like they were busy in the back doing something. Very poor customer service. I ordered a 2 piece breast and wing meal but they gave me strips instead it looked nasty so I didnt eat it. Tried to get someone to exchange it for my order but no one was available to do this. I left the restuarant in disbelief at the service. I was not given a receiept so I dont know how to prove anything. Nobody but youngsters 20 somethings and younger running the zoo . KFC 3 fill up boxes that was incorrect

I went to my neighborhood KFC to pickup a late dinner after my sons game we ordered 4 fill up boxes 1 two legs Krispy mashed and gravy which was corn and no biscuit, 1 was breast and wing original which was krispy side of mashed which was cole slaw that I don't even eat, the next was supposed to be two thighs original well done and mashed well I ended up with krispy with corn. The last one was the number 15 with mashed which was coke slaw and again no biscuit or cookie was in any order. So I called the store and spoke with a young lady that took my information told me she wrote it in some book that would change out in two weeks so keep my receipt which I did. Today I went to get a chicken pop pie and to get my order replaced well the manager on duty on 9/25/2019 was not pleasant at all he told me he couldn't replace my orders even though I had my receipt because he didn't see my name in the book I explained to him the situation he said I can only replace one even though there was three dinners that was incorrect. I told him that I felt that wasn't fair and it's not my fault that his staff made my order incorrect and I had no control of the employee not writing the information she gathered from me in the book. I'm a very loyal KFC customer just today before I went to get my replacement dinners I was there getting a famous bowl and when I went to get my replacement order I purchased a pot pie and the other dinners that was not replaced I told the manager that I would be doing a complaint and he said to do what I had to do so after I finish this complaint I will use my gift to gab to tell all my family, friends, congregation, and students not to frequent this establishment. He also said I should have kept the food until I was able to return it even though it was our dinner we paid correct cash for.

KFC incomplete meal

Friday Sept 20 2019 I ordered two breasts, and a wing meal, plus side order of cole slaw. I got home (15 minutes) there was a leg and thigh, plus sides. I returned the
box to the store and said I ordered two breasts and a wing. "Do you want fresh sides?"
No, I'll eat the original sides. Got home, there was one breast and a wing in box. No
sides at all ( I guess they threw those away.) I had one breast for dinner, my husband had nothing. No sides at all. Second time my order has been wrong so I give up. I'll
quit going to KFC. Please send me a gift card to Taco Bell to make up the difference.

KFC food

Last night we purchased a family meal and I just want to say that was the worse chicken I have ever had, I would not have even given it to my cats to eat. The outer skin was burnt so hard you could not bite into it, the inner meat appeared old and was tough, it looked like it had been cooked and then recooked and packaged to be sold. This is not the first time I have had horrible chicken from that same store and I usually go to a different one but my granddaughter likes to go there because it's close to the house but I can assure you she won't be going back to that particular store at all. I don't mind paying good money for food but this time it was nothing but junky chicken and I will go back in the morning to talk with the store manager.

KFC employee sprayed perfume all around, dining area caused anaphylactic shock!

My friend and I were eating dinner in the inside dinning area. There was only one other customer, about 9 pm. A female employee came from the kitchen and began spraying perfume all over the lobby saying, "Now it smells like Victoria's Secret". [censored]! I told her I was allergic to perfume and that it makes my throat swell up to the point i cannot breath, as I was gathering my food quickly to exit this restaurant. I went straight home, tasting the perfume in my mouth and throat, and smelling it on me. She must have sprayed at least 15 pumps. I took a benedryl as my throat swelled up and I wasn't sure how bad it would get. I had anaphelaxis, very scary! To make matters worse, I am having surgery in a couple weeks because I have bone impingement on my espophegous, making my breathing even more laborious when I'm having an allergic reaction. WHY SPRAY PERFUME INSIDE A RESTAURANT? She could have at the very least, ASKED FIRST! We go to a restaurant late at night to avoid crowds, and to eat, not smell and tast perfume, and literally suffocate from it.

Staff was nasty disregarded everything that was told tried to turn around situation makeing excuses for their faults would never eat that garbage again and will tell the whole world how nasty kfc on dundas 965 is dirry and disrespectful ordered a delivery and they told me i have to come to store for my refund which i bulll ordered a delivery should get refund by delivery

KFC unprofessional service received from a manager

I was at this location on 09/20/19. I had a coupon for the 16 piece meal for $30.99. The coupon was for 16 pieces of chicken, 4 large sides, and 8 biscuits. I got the order got all the way home to have to go back. Because my 4 large sides were missing from the order. When I returned to the restaurant I asked to speak to a manager. She came to the window and was very nasty about the whole situation. I asked how could I be compensated for my inconvenience. And she stated you got your side's that's all your getting so you can go. Just very rude and unprofessional. I will never patronize KFC again.

KFC could not get 12pc

I was in KFC in Soddy Daisy Th on Sunday 09/22/2019 ordered 12pc chicken and sides. They had 2 other customers trying to get a 16 pc. I was told wait just a minute to see if they could get it. so they let me just standing there with my grandson not saying anything so I left went on the other side of town to a KFC on hwy153 th had no problem. It was only 2pm so what was the problem

KFC server / buffet

I asked for chicken livers and was waiting for 38 minutes when told by employee it would take approximately 4 mins. She was wiping the bar and eating from the serving pans while cleaning with no gloves, It was 40 minutes before she got back to us and was very rude upon asking after 20 minutes. We were leaving when she finally got back to us and this is what she gave us, some of the livers were green and it was one big Burnt Blob, they were inedible and disgusting looking, even other patrons were shocked and served this, I would like a refund and will not ever be back...

KFC service, cleanliness, food products

This place is so disgusting and unsanitary, Everything is falling apart, Food all over, Grime and grease . I refuse to eat here and know that other people have complaints, I can not and will not eat the food because I worry about contamination, Workers seem so lazy and not interested in being there, Their uniforms look messy and unclean, I was there a month ago and I couldnt even stand to look around or be inside

KFC nashville hot wings

2nd time going to KFC and staff once again gets my "Nashville Hot Wings" wrong. It's [censored] they dont know what Nashville hot wings are? First time they were just plain hot wings with nothing on them. 2nd time they were drenched in buffalo sauce? 3rd Time might be a charm if I decide to go back for another gamble. $17 dollars a for the hot wings. I would at least expect them to attempt putting the Nashville hot season on.

KFC received wrong order and the store will not answer the phone and I live 30 min away.

I ordered 2 5$ fill up famous bowls and a kids meal and I received 2 bowls with macaronis and cheese with chicken nuggets in it. I've tried to call the store multiple times now with no answer I work at 5 am and was just trying to get dinner instead of making it and still wound up with a problem. The staff was very rude this time and he still didn't get my order right. I just want what I paid for, intended, and clearly stated to the staff.

KFC the poor customer service

We ordered our dinner through drive through. We ordered several items and all original chicken. We was told it would be about 8 minutes for the original. We agreed to this and pulled around to the front. After waiting 20 minutes, my husband went in to get our food. He was in there an additional 10 minutes to retrieve it. The order was wrong. We got a mix of the chicken original/crispy. I do not eat the crispy! My son's food was missing as well as my extra gravy. We also was not given a receipt for our order! My husband didn't get an apology just frustration for the employees of being overwhelmed due to messed up orders. I don't ever complain over mistakes but people aren't getting item they pay for nor even an apology. Please fix this! Thank you!

KFC service

This is the 3rd time going to the one in Shields. 1 st time we orders food before closing. They didn't tell us it was going to be 35 minuets to get our food. The girl handed my drink and it was half full, I asked her to fill it and she spilled it all over my glass and handed it to me. Uncalled for. Oh when we ordered We had to repeat our order 3 times. They asked us to pull ahead then they shut the lights off. We had to drive around and all was off outside. I had to honk my horn to get service. If they would have told us we would have gone someplace else.

2nd time - we went they talk so fast over the intercom you can not understand them again had to ask them to repear self I ordered 2 buckets of chieken they said it would be 30 min. this was at 11am we needed it for a family renunion.

3rd time was yesterday we went at 5pm to get a bucket of chicken - Again talked so fast we could not understand her. Told us it would be 25 min before we could get a bucket of chicken... This is KFC I don't know if they have new management or what but something needs to be done they were never like this before we live in Shields and we went at least once a week. We are not the only people complaing. I have waisted so much time there - Maybe they need to get older more professional workers not ones in such a hurry to blow you off and make you waite. I'm not happy with KCF Shields Michigan - This does not look for for KFC in general - No chicken really

KFC product not available

It's been over two weeks now that I have been going to the kfc in maponya wanting to buy krusher but all the time it's never available I'm told there's something wrong with the machine what I don't understand is why would such a big company advertise products they hardly have .its one thing when you go buy something and are made aware that it's not available and another when you waste your time in the que for something that's advertised but not available.worst part other branches are 20-30 minutes away from me.its so disappointing.
The staff also just carry on like nothing wrong since I'm told they called someone to fix the machine but he fixed the wrong part like are they even using unqualified people to fix their machines too?

KFC my hot wings

I order a 10 piece hot wing on Sept. 18, 2019 they were hard and cold. I also order a coleslaw on the side which that was good. I'm very disappointed that I spent my money on this meal when it suppose to be fresh. I will never go back and I will never tell people to go there.
