Hello, I live in Tulsa, OK and I normally go to KFC on 4707 N Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74126. This location has very poor customer service. They greet you unprofessionally and not in a timely manner. They either lack the appropriate amount of staff or they lack training. It shouldn't be so time consuming to receive your order. If I place my order in the drive thru I shouldn't have to place it again at the window. When you go inside you have to wait a long time as well. On days there are specials, you would think they would staff appropriately so that customers are not waiting for long periods of time. I have kept going and not stopped due to the lines. At Chick-fil-A the lines are not intimidating because they get you in and out. Not at this location, you see lines, you should run because it's at least 20 to 30 minutes before you are serviced. Managers need to do better staffing and training employees. Workers arguing with each other, it's just so unprofessional. Also I tend to only go on special days because the food is fresh those days. Any other day the original chicken has a funky taste to it like maybe the grease was old or it was cooked the day before and it's dry. I ate at KFC on my vacation in Pensacola and the service was quick and the food was fresh. I would like to see this location do better and acknowledge that customers are the reason they have jobs and stop treating customers like we are bothering them.

Mashed potatoes were cold, and the chicken was not hot and was mushy, did not taste good at all. Very bad experience and was not enjoyable at all. I am considering not going to this place again, unless quality improves. I hope that the food gets better and the chicken gets better quality, kfc does make good food when done currently but this visit was one big disappointment.

Went in to order 2 x #21 original. I clearly ordered on each order green beans and cole slaw. Paid and went to my car . Checked the order before puling away because this location always seems to incorrectly fill my orders. Every visit I have to check my order to verify I got what I ordered. Every time it is incorrect. This time I went back into store and there was a line so I went to the side of the front of the line and expressed my concern. The girl taking the order argued with me and said I didn't tell her that I wanted specific items in my order. I repeated myself 2 times and. She said she didn't remember me ordering that and continued to argue I told her tok just make it right and I would pay the difference, she took my money and told me I would be served in turn. Meanwhile my chicken was sitting there getting cold. Finally I received the correct order and left the store feeling very miss treated. I love your products but the service at that location needs additional training. No apology was given just a bag of my additional items,

Went to do the drive-through order a 12 piece meal that comes with three large size 6 biscuits and I order two mashed potatoes and one mac & cheese get home to fine only one mashed potato and one mac & cheese call the restaurant I got it from so they could tell me to come and get a free mashed potatoes when I already have paid for it i'm not driving all the way over there for some free mashed potatoes that I already paid for

My name is Les. Every Friday night I stop by our local KFC on Davie St. in Vancouver and get the same order. There have been times when the gravy in the order has been missing. When I let them know at the store they usually give me a bigger gravy on my next visit. Tonight when I stop by for my order, I specifically told them not to forget the gravy. Well they didn't forget the gravy this time but instead didn't put in the cold slaw. I am getting tired of missing items from my order. If this store can't get this resolved then I need to find another place for my Friday night dinner. I am very disappointed with this since KFC has my favorite chicken, but if I am not respected as a good customer, I need to find another place to buy my dinner.

10 piece wing/thigh meal deal and cinnabon 4 piece dessert biscuits
In drive-thru lane there are two advertisements. The first is for a discounted 10-piece wing/thigh meal. The second as is for 4 free dessert biscuits with ANY 10-piece meal purchase. The ad placement appeared as though it was a combo deal to incentivize ordering the wing/thigh meal. It seemed like a great deal so that's what I ordered. However, when I got to the window and asked for the dessert biscuits the manager yelled at me, stating that the dessert is only for regular priced 10-piece meals. I explained that the dessert ad stated "ANY, " but she was visibly angry and frustrated, showing me the receipt and how it couldn't be a deal because it didn't print on the receipt. I explained that the two ads next to each other were misleading customers. She begrudgingly obliged and included the dessert but huffed a lot. After she walked away I looked at the teller and said, "I'm not the only one who did this today." He responded that there were several. Of course there were because it's incredibly misleading marketing. If you want happy customers change one of the ads, and tell the manager working the afternoon shift that it's KFC's fault, not the customers.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at the Roy, Utah KFC/AW location. Ordered chicken and pulled up to the window and decided to order a hamburger as well. Was told I needed to pull around through the drive thru to reorder. Just took my original order and left. That is silly to have me pull around and order a hamburger why I am already at the window. Very dissatisfied.

We arrived at the KFC on Hwy N in Gulfport, Ms at 9:05pm on 6-5-19 to find that the restaurant was closed except for the drive-thru until 10:00pm. After placing 3 orders at the drive-thru we were told that the grilled chicken was out. We asked how long was the wait to prepare it and was told about 20 minutes. We told the customer service rep that we would wait the 20 minutes for the grilled chicken. The store manager then got on the microphone to say that there would be no more grilled chicken for the night, as the grill automatically shuts down at 9pm for cleaning. We then canceled all our orders and enjoyed a meal at your competitor. We question the policy of not having available menu items during regular business hours and if the grill truly shuts down automatically at 9pm, then why not close at 9pm as opposed to disappointing and alienating potential customers. The manager was rude and acted with total disregard for the desired orders of her customers without apology. She was more concerned with closing your business, than building the business and helping it to stay open and prosper.

horrible sandwich
Ordered a crispy sandwich which was Horrible & dried out first I thought they actually put a wing or thigh on the bun it was that hard ! I have a picture if you want to see it! Usually I have great food from this location but not this time ! Yuck ! That sandwich got throw in the trash where it belonged in the first place ! I think they are trying to join all the other fast food restaurants in Troy & be horrible!

I went to KFC on Niagara falls blvd by 67th st and not only waited an hour for my food I had to come back and they were closed. I did talk to the manager she gave me a refund on items missing and said I could come get meal tomorrow. But then i get home to eat my cold mashed potatoes bowl to realize no popcorn chicken like come on I live downtown and they closed early for hood cleaning anyway. This trip to KFC cost me in gas fifty dollars in food and a two hour aggravating adventure . I would like a total refund for 49$ . thank you. This was a bit ridiculous

I ordered 3 chicken thighs with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. I was offered no drink but that was ok because I didn't want one. I made sure to ask if everything was there as I was missing items the last time and she assured me that it was all there.
When I got home I noticed there was no biscuit included. I have always gotten one before. I checked online and the menu online says a biscuit comes with the meal. I also noticed that I believe I was over charged according to the prices on-line. $6.87 for the chicken, and 2.49 for each side, total coming to $12.60. I thought it was one price for a three piece meal. I did think it sounded like a lot.
I hate to complain but I always loved Kentucky Fried Chicken and this is all making me not want to ever go there again.

I just typed adetailed complaint and it seems to have disappeared from the screen i am a senior citizen and it took me forever to type it all out (i dont do computers very well. So this will not be as long and detailed i live in a small town ( out of spfld) We went to find a bicycle for my grand daughters bday after hours of shopping and everyone tired, we went to kfc for take home spent over $30 on food n kids meals only to get all the way there and find out it was inedible under cooked hicken in every meal it was NASTY. I am a senior on a fixed income and I can not afford to throw that money away on food that cant be eaten< and it was way too far to take it back that night ... bottom line spent all that money and waited FOREVER to get the food got home and still had to cook food to eat cause the mess we gor no one would eat! I hope they will reimburse my wasted $ because they sure cant replace the wasted time or the disappointment of not getting our chicken. Good evening, My husband and I went to the KFC on Niagara Falls Blvd. in Niagara Falls, NY, today June 3rd, 2019 at approx. 7:30 pm and we were totally disappointed with the entire experience. I drove thru thinking it was going to be a quick thing, it was not. I ordered the $5 fill up with chicken breast and my husband ordered the 5 piece Memphis BBQ chicken tenders. The women told me there would be a 5 minute wait for extra crispy, and asked me to pull around to the other side and they would bring it out to me, so I did. After waiting nearly 15 minutes and seeing numerous customers go in and come back out, I proceeded to enter the store at which point the woman that took my order then decided to put my order together at that time, good thing I didn't wait for her to bring it out to me as I would still be waiting. Anyway, we go back home to eat our food and it was absolutely terrible. My husbands chicken tenders were so old that the tenders were hard and dried out and the BBQ sauce had separated into what amounted to an oily mixture and a 1/2 inch of what I assume was the spice rub that had actually hardened in the tray, disgusting. That should have not been served to a customer but discarded. My chicken breast was spicy hot when I did not ordered it that way and our drinks tasted like water. This food was so bad that our dogs wouldn't even eat it. We are done with KFC till someone learns how to properly produce a quality product. My ticket number was 2052 and my total was $15.64, a lot of money for food that had absolutely no quality. I am requesting a refund as the food went into the garbage. The reason I am on EBT is because I do not make enough money working in fast food. I recently also just lost my job because I got into an argument with another employee and slapped them. I was off the clock and should not have been fired.
Where did I say that I threw the food out. I ate most of the chicken. It was poor quality and I returned it. I ate it because I don't like wasting food. I returned with a receipt and they refused to give me my money back. Out of 20 pieces of chicken I ate 18. They said that it was more than half. If they were not such underachievers they would not be so poor at math. 18/20 is not less than half. Half would be 50 percent or 50 pieces and there were not 50 pieces there there were only 20. I was so angry at this point that when I heard a baby crying I told the parents that if they did not keep the baby quiet that I would shake it to death. Yeah I was upset. Then they called the police on me. It was embarrassing. They made me leave with handcuffs on. I did not do anything wrong. I was just upset and that parent would not keep their baby calm. On June 2nd around 2:00 pm in Shelbyville Tn. My wife and I went inside to order an eat.
After receiving our meal we proceeded to sit down and noticed the eating area was quite filthy, food and trash on the floor area all the tables appear not to have been wiped down in quite some time there was food crums and lots of stick surfaces. The air conditioning was either not working or turned way up. We probably will not be returning anytime soon there's a Popeye's and a Bojangles right up the street.

I went through the drive thru at your store (#G135641) in Clarksburg, WV, today, June 2 2019, at 11:31 am. I ordered a $20 fill-up and a 5 piece hot wing. I was told at that time that it would be a 9 1/2 minute wait on the hot wings and I was asked if that would be okay. I replied yes it would be.
Because of other customers in front of me it was 7 minutes before I got to the payment window. I thought great, I won't have to wait on the hot wings. However, after the girl completed my transaction, she told me that I needed to pull over around front and they would bring the hot wings out to me.
I waited until 11:50 and no one brought out the rest of my order. So I had to go inside, was able to get someone's attention, and told them the problem. The guy got a panicked look on his face and said... just a minute. He then went in the back and finally came out with the hot wings that I had ordered 25 minutes earlier.
After this wait, by the time I got home, all of the other food had to be warmed up before it could be eaten. Cold mashed potatoes, cold gravy, cold biscuits... and yes... cold chicken.
Oh... the young man did throw 3 cookies in with the hot wings for the trouble I had encountered. Seriously?

I ordered 9 piece & all 9 pieces were undercooked. The skin was falling off all 9 pieces & it was not brown at all. I traveled 20 minutes to get it, waited 16 minutes for my order, and 20 minutes back home. I was very disappointed with my chicken. My family had to wait an additional 30 minutes until I cooked dinner to replace the undercooked chicken.

We went to KFC in New Britain Connecticut and that restaurant is so dirty it's disgusting.. it looks like the floors and counters have never been wiped and then when I looked under the soda machine I noticed that there was mouse traps . Which made me think at night that there's mice running all over the food and chewing on it so we turned around and left.. someone needs to make sure that that restaurant gets clean thoroughly !
the chicken sure isn’t what it used to be.
We've given our local KFC (Barkley in Bellingham WA) a few "second chances" over the past year or so, but I have to let someone know it is just not up to par - whatsoever. In fact even if you didn't have the pleasure of knowing how uniquely good it used to be you would just figure it was really bad fast food. It is such a disappointment, we do miss it.
Darn. I don't think we'll even try again at this location.
