KFC - horrible sandwich

Ordered a crispy sandwich which was Horrible & dried out first I thought they actually put a wing or thigh on the bun it was that hard ! I have a picture if you want to see it! Usually I have great food from this location but not this time ! Yuck ! That sandwich got throw in the trash where it belonged in the first place ! I think they are trying to join all the other fast food restaurants in Troy & be horrible!

KFC - the restaurant in general

Someone needs to do something about this restaurant. We return thinking it will get better and it never does. Here a few things that have happened recently:

Pot pies are rarely available during the dinner hour. We have gone there once a week for the past three weeks between 5 and 6:00 and have been told each time we would have to wait 45 minutes.

We have been told they are out of chicken. Really. This a chicken restaurant!

We waited at the speaker for well over seven minutes, watching through the large front window while people stand around and talk. Finally we just drove to the window and honked our horn. The person at the window said no one had their headphones turned out and laughed.

Ordered legs one night and was told they are out but could have some ready in 10 minutes. I said I would wait so they directed me to a nearby parking lot. I waited for almost 20 minutes and finally got back in line. Asked when my order would be ready and they said they forgot about me and they were out of legs again. Asked if I wanted to wait again...I guess you could imagine my response.

Almost every order we do get is wrong. We order special orders a great deal of just legs and breasts, pay extra for it and then get whatever they feel like throwing in the bag. We live too far away to take it back.

Tonight we order pot pies (2) and were told they didn't have any ready at 5:15 pm. So we order a chicken meal with Pepsi and we're told they didn'T have Pepsi. We left

Ugh. This place is just a big mess.
