KFC review: Refund foe 2 pot pies or coupon for 2 pot pies

I bought 2 pot pies today at location above. They were very brown. I assumed they were left in the oven too long. Had a taste of being scorched/lightly burned. They did not taste very good. I know this because I love these chicken pot pies at kfc and eat them all the time. I think the worker was needing some help. There were only 2 people working. I had to come inside to place my order since no one answered at the drive through. After getting inside, I still had to wait longer than I should have, but the young lady was trying to handle the window and the front register. I would appreciate a refund or a coupon for pot pies. They needed help there today and it was obvious.
