I ordered your midnight deal but I’m really disappointed. The burger was tasteless, served cold, and the quantity was much less than expected. This isn’t the quality I expect from KFC, especially after waiting for a late-night order. I hope you look into this and improve your midnight deal service.I’m very disappointed with your midnight deal. The burger was extremely poor in quality — just a small petty, hardly any chicken, no cabbage, no mayo, completely tasteless, and it felt like yesterday’s stock. For a brand like KFC, this is very unacceptable. Please improve the quality of your midnight deal, as customers expect fresh and fulfilling food even at night.

Recommendation: Never order midnight deal ever
