KFC review: product and cleanliness

Visited your outlet in Latchford, Warrington today and were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place.there was food and rubbish all over the floor, the tables and seating needed cleaning.none of the staff made any attempt to clear any of the tables of rubbish and wipe the surfaces.the food wasn't particularly hot either.this is not the first time we have visited, each time telling ourselves it will be better this time but regrettably it doesn't.i find it hard to understand when staff are stood around chatting, when they can see the poor state in which people are expected to eat, that they don't have the time to keep the environment clean and tidy.hope to hear your reply, regards I.Simpson
