KFC review: Over charging at store compared to website prices

On 4/23/23 at 6:37pm I went to store h667029. I placed and order online at their website and had a total of a little over $25. When I arrived at the store I was told they had no online record of my order for 8 pcs tenders, 12 nuggets, large mash and gravy and small corn. When I was handed the bill it was $30.24. It seems they are making up their own prices. The store's parking lot and drive up need to be cleaned and repainted. It looks like a getto area. This is not a fair rating for the many good kfc stores that are out there. My email is [protected]@aol.com

Desired outcome: clean up this store and give me a refund of $6.29
