I am very dissatisfied with your on line mobile app. that when I put an order in and was to pick up at 3:330 at ther kfc store in sebastian florida store for 13.79 and was told when I went in to pick up my order and they said that they never received the order and my acct. was charged for it. So I got no food and I am requesting a redund of my order for 13.79 back on my acct. The order number is [protected]
