I advanced placed an order because no one is going to take a last minute group order on christmas day. When I go for pickup the store is closed. I sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting and banging on the door for someone to open up. I advance ordered to avoid this problem, where am I supposed to go get food for 20 people on christmas day with NO NOTICE. KFC got advance notice and screwed me. I paid for food that we never received. The outlet called and said its not their problem, its the website.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for food we paid for and never received on Christmas day. To make up for making my team going hungry I think it is not unreasonable for KFC to fill the order that we expected to receive free of charge.
