I placed an order at 7:44 PM on 27/04/2026 at KFC Bromborough DT Croft Retail and leisure with the drive through. Asked for 5 large meals but received regular. Drove home to find 2 meals missing and no gravy. Returned to the store, there was another bag that had not been delivered to the car even though I asked the member of staff who brought the order out if that was everything. They said would cook the 2 missing meals fresh. Obviously the 3 meals at home where cold at this point. I was asked what side I wanted as there was no gravy left, I asked what sides there where, the answer was none. The food at home also had no side although nobody told us this when they gave us the order. Drove home again to find the had done the order wrong again, the missing meals that were also circled on the receipt was a boneless box meal and Zinger Burger box meal. They had given us 2 zinger burger meals and no boneless chicken. My grandson does not like the burger. This is unbelievable customer service, I will not be returning
