I have been going to this store faithfully for over a year and the store is (was) wonderful. Just recently corporate moved the manager to the Massillon, Ohio store which was a big mistake. The new manager is useless to say kindly. 1st everyone quit and put in their notices, I mean everyone. The food is now cold and they are out of spoons forks, sporks, straws you name it. The drive-thru line is wrapped around the block and the crowd inside is as bad. Today a gentleman complained to staff that he had been waiting 20 minutes for a simple order. The manager is never there unless she is bringing her family in (while shes working) to feed them for free. This is sad to watch as this store was GREAT at one time. Perhaps my complaint along with the others you will be getting will make you change something. Sincerely Lorraine Smith
