KFC review: Missing items in a $50 food order that ruined supper with y family

This is the ONLY place my wife will eat chicken not homemade, and she will not ask to eat at KFC again. 3 orders in a row, 3 times disappointed. $50 worth of food on the app, get home, not all the food is there, return to store, give all the order back, but I have to call someone to get a refund since it was not purchased in the store. I will call my Credit Union once the charge is not pending. No wonder this location looks like a ghost town and not really very clean.

Desired outcome: Credit my account the $50.
