This store opened about a year ago. Every time i have been there, my order is always wrong. I have called and complained, but nothing is ever done. They used to send free meal coupons, but now they will not answer the phone. I guess they get so many complaints that the manager will not answer the phone. The manager may not even be there because every time i have been there the employees are standing around or out in the lobby with friends or there friends come in and they let them in the back. I love kfc/ljs but i will go to another store before i return to the stoe in soddy-daisy!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

i feel like this was the worst fish i have ever had at ljs. i think it had been cooked and left then thru back in to fry more to heat it up. it was tuff and i couldn't even cut it apart with the fork. it will be along time before i eat there again and i went there at least once a week.

refer to date 04.06.2009 Thursday night 10.10pm im going to KFC Kuching Premier 101, think to having our supper at there, when i reach there still during working hour, but the staff really unpolite to serve us said that they are closing soon, because of not enough staff... im very regrated with their services, hope they can appologize and take their responsibility !
