KFC review: inability to utilized kfc publish and mailed coupons

Hello, I am a senior citizen and a veteran (not that that matter, but I need you to understand clearly my frustration). I was in your Dawson Road (Albany, Georgia location) today at 11:45 a.m. I was trying to purchase meals for a homebound senior citizen couple. I had received a coupon, from KFC for an 8 piece meal for $16.99. The coupon had no restrictions as to "not accepted at all stores" and the expiration date was in December. When I tried to use the coupon, I was told (in a very unprofessional manner) that "this store does not take your coupon". when I pointed out that there were no restrictions states as to "non acceptance". Ms. Monica (manager) stated that she would not do anything about that even after I asked her to "show" me where the coupon was not accepted: she couldn't but would not take the coupon. Since this was the 2nd time this year that I had received your KFC coupons and there was no clear reason THIS store (only one closet to me) would not take it, I needed to ask you to please either stop sending the coupons or print the non acception at all stores clause on the coupon. Two other points: when I left your store to make the same purchase at your competitors without a problem, another customer also left the store stating that she had both had the same coupon and had stopped coming to KFC because of their unwillingness to see the logic in the crapp that we were being told. I want to come back to KFC (been gone a while and I need coupons to at least "think" I am getting a bargain), this time, I need to tell you what is happening and ask you to PLEASE do something about it. my name is Jonelle.
