KFC dirty store

I wish to complain about torquay kfc in devon. the tables were dirty had to clean them before sitting down. the burger were not up to the usual standard before they were really tasty what have they done to not be them. twister was hardly filling, as for the coffee so bitter couldnt drink them throw them away. will not be going back there again. disappointing as i loved going there.

I would like to say in the last month or so kfc in torquay has gone down hill i use to love going there untill the smell of wee hit me as i got to the till one your male members of staff hygiene i wanted to say something the place has gone down big time i went in today the place was filthy as i said the place smelt of stale wee because of a member of staff the cooking is not good so i will not be returning to ur store again i wilk be informing enviromental health as your staffs hygiene is very poor also most of them look like there on something the males especailly wouldnt hurt to be polite is well maners cost nothing please take note of this as people are starting to talk about staff goid luck in sorting this out i look forward to returning one day

KFC rudeness, didn't give complete order

Last night, about 6:30 pm on the 15th of March, 2011, I decided to get KFC for my children's dinner, I've ask for a Mega Bucket, which consisted of 12 chicken, 9 nuggets, 2 large chips, potato & gravy, and 1.25 drinks. So, when i come home i've told to my children to have a dinner now, then at that time i'm cooking a cake and i'm busy in the kitchen. So, i said to my 12 years old daughter if she likes the nuggets and she said what nuggets mum, i said i bought a nuggets at kfc. I've search for that nuggets and there is nothing. I decided to phone KFC and ask for the manager, i've told her that i bought a mega bucket and they forgot to put my chicken nuggets into the bag that i have ordered, she said they can't do anything about it, so i told her that is very bad service because i lived far from kentucky fried chicken place, so i asked what can you do about it, well she said i will send you a voucher so you can pick it up your nuggets. I need to wait for a week to get the rest of my order that i paid for, i said to her that i am very dissappointed the way their service is, she asked my full name, then i told her, and she said to spell it to her, which i did, for three times spell it to her in a slow speech, she still didn't get it, so i said to her, do you know how to spell, because you are making fun of me, its already bad enough that you did not do a proper job, you can't even spell, and she said i don't want to talk to you, you are being rude to me, that's what she said and she said to take up to the main office of kentucky fried chicken and her name is natalie, so i said that is very rude of you and definetely arrogant, you don't treat your customer and you also descriminate me by the way you talk to me. I said to her i will take this further. she said i will give you the number to call, i said no i don't trust you, i will find it myself.

I agree with Grace i went to the Beenleigh store to day 20/12/12 at lunch time with my 5 year old daughter and the service was very poor the girl at the counter could not smile and she was also very rude. I had a potato and gravy in my meal with no spoon no servettes for myself or my daughter and when I went back to the counter to ask for some there were three other people asking for the same thing. The look I received when I asked the young girl for severettes and a spoon was disgraceful and one of my chicken pieces had no chicken on it, overall KFC at Beenleigh is ###.

first of all its a mega feast, Grace Olaguer, and second when you phoned up asking to get your nuggets the manger, would of asked you if you'd like to come back and get them, and just for your information, the manager you spoke to is partially deaf. so there's no reason to be rude about it and if you've ever worked at a fast food store as busy as ours, you'd know that its very noisy with the amount of customers, staff and alarms from fryers etc., and i don't blame my manager for not wanting to talk to you, it was a mistake, do you think we do it on purpose? do you have a job? have you had little mistakes? have you tried your best to resolve the issue?i bet you have, so leave us alone we did our best being rude aint going to help you anywhere in life.

the reason the manager, natalie, needed you to spell your name more than once is because she's almost half deaf. kinda hard for her to hear what your spelling when he's in a busy store dont you think? however i agree the store screws up on a regular basis. i check my meal before i leave now :)

we have had a lot of problems with this store they can count from 1 to 10 may be its because its a finger an toe thing but 1 to 15 is to hard lucky for them the primary school is across the road may be the mananger could send his staff there for a little up date or employ much younger children who have past this test we also live out of town an the ### voucher they give you doesnt even cover fuel cost we now refuse to go there and drive an extra 20 klm now we dont have this drama so you are not alone

KFC re : lack of courtesy and respect towards the customer, not issuing official receipt, order is not complete in the package

I am forced to write you in behalf of my daughter, 17 y/o who had experienced disappointment, embarrasment by one of the staff of KFC -Gorleston, High Street, UK. My family been patronizing KFC for many years especially my daughter loves KFC chicken since she's small. We always look for KFC even when we're abroad. I was surprised when she arrived home today upset and told me what has happened. That on 14th day of March 2011 at about 3:30 PM when my daughter decided to go to KFC - High Street to buy her KFC meal when approached by the male staff (wearing black uniform) arrogantly without patience what's my daughter going to order. That, as she's placing her order suddenly changed her mind instead she decided to order the full meal (Kentucky Jack), the male staff answered with an insulting tone of voice showing that his not happy why she changed her mind what to order. Because of embarrasment my daughter decided to take away the meal and she discovered later that the french fries was not in the package and they didn't issue her the receipt. This is so disgusting and it's not fair that my daugther be treated this way! We don't need this kind of staff to upset their loyal KFC customers. KFC why do I not get paid for the work I do after closing

I work at kfc and the thing I want to know is why do I not get paid for emptying the warmers at the end of the night. It akes about 15 minutes after closing to do every thing I have to but why do I only get paid for up to the time the store closes and not when ive gone to get changed. I usually work four shifts a week, and I get paid 9.60 an hour.in two weeks I stay at work after my shift is done for about two hours because of the extra duties I have to do after close. This means that I am losing 19.20 dolars per pay for stuff I have to do after my shift. Why is it I dont get this, by law they have to pay me it but kfc doesnt. I want this money because I have worked there for five and a half months. Which means four shifts a week on average and at least 16 shifts per month. Meaning 15 minutes multiplied by 16 and the multiplied by 5.5 divide by 60 minutes gives me 22 hours over my employment that I have not been paid for. That is over 200 dollars. Basically I want my money

KFC cockroach in food.

After starting eating our " Arabia Giant " from KFC, my kid (5 years old ) asked me : Dady is this a fly in the Sandwitch Invelop / the Carton bag of the sandwitch / ?
I told him no son surely you are wrong, let me see ?
my big shock, there was a dead cockroach scratched and sqeezed and stuck on the inner face of the sandwitch carton, my daughter burst crying and throuing up, also my wife,
I shall put the fotos next time . very clear fotos .

KFC service and quality

Hello Peter

I am very unhappy about the way the people / workers at Jean avenue Centurion Pretoria KFC is treating us and my complaints are falling on deaf ears or they feel nothing when a customer complains it is as it is just the way it works
It is the closeted KFC to my house
We went there about a month ago I went inside and I ordered 2 KFC rounder with pineapple and 1 streetwise one with 3 pieces and two mini loafs, well needless to say when I got home I got the wrong order I phoned the manager and he said as long as I have the slip I can come back and get the right order so I went back and got the order but when I got home the rounders did not have pineapple on so I phoned him again and he just said we are sorry but you have to check the order in the store . So about a week and a half ago I went again to this Kfc and we ordered the fully loaded meal and 1 streetwise one and extra mini loafs so we checked the boxes were all in and when I opened it at home the streetwise one did not have chicken in so I phoned the manager and he just said sorry madam.
We went there last night and I went in again becsuse it was to busy at the drive trough and the guys at th drive trough helped about 7 cars before my order was packed only and it was not even busy inside as I asked for chilli salt the lady that helped me said they don have any left and as I was going to pay the manager came out of the store room with a full pack of chilli salt and opened to fill the box and then I told him what she said he just looked at her started laughing and walked off and the happy meals toys were finished but we still paid for the toy . The food was also not great the chicken tasted old and its gettin expensive to pay for no good food
I did write to head office kfc but no response
I feel that this is really not a way to treat customers or is this the way it works now?

KFC unsatisfactory product

My Partner went and got us KFC from the Mitcham Store at 9pm Wednesday night 3.9.2011. We purchased an ultimate burger meal with a dinner roll and a sweet chilli twister combo that came to $18.40. The chicken in the ultimate burger meal was dry and the dinner roll was missing also the wrap of my sweet chilli twister was hard like a rock at the end of the twister and the sauce was not spread out in the twister it was only int the middle of the twister. This is not the first time that our meals have been unsatisfactory from that same store, i used to work as a manager at that particular store and know the KFC standards and our meals definitely did not meet those standards. It is very disappointing when you pay the extra money to get KFC oppose to Hungry Jacks or Macdonalds and get a meal that u can even finish. I believe that procedures need to be assessed and that the manger may need more training especially with hold times on product. If the standard of the product does not improve then we will not be buying from KFC restaurants anymore.

KFC not receiving everything I ordered

I ordered a streetwise one and did not receive a bun. how can you have mash and gravy and no bun.
Most of the times when I order a burger, I tell them no sauce (no mayonaise) I don't eat that stuff. guess what I get the stuff on the burger. normally ask them no mayo. comment yes no mayo. when i get home to find mayo on the burger. damn damn

KFC staff shouting, laughing and singing in kfc

I went into KFC in Meyerton yesterday and the noise coming from behind the counter was unbelievable! When we first walked in I did not know if they were rioting or fighting with each other.

The staff were shouting and laughing and singing so loudly that I could not hear my brother standing right next to me. I stood there with my hands over my ears trying to decided what to order, I would have walked out but we were in a hurry and needed to get something to eat.

The staff members were totally unaware of how to behave themselves in a restaurant environment. When they took our order they asked if we would like to 'eat in' or have a take away, I could not believe that they expected people to 'eat in' in that amount of noise. It was completely unprofessional and rude.

What really shocked me was that there was obviously someone in charge there and they had no problem with this disgusting behavior, it was so loud we could hear them outside.

I will never go to that branch again.

KFC short changing, bad service, wrong food

I went to KFC Sunninghill last night at ±18H30 to order two junior burgers and a supercharged streetwise burger box. After three voids on the order because Happiness appears not to understand English. I waited so long I decided to go and collect the food in the drive thru and told happiness this. After arriving at the drive thru counter happiness had not told them what was going on and I had to stop my car and turn it off and tell them I was not moving until I received either my food and change or my R100. After eventually receiving my change and food I left the centre only to shortly thereafter discover that I had been shortchanged by R10.00. I had to go back to have them correct this. After leaving the centre again I then discovered that I had not been given the incorrect order. By this stage I had no appetite for food, left alone KFC food.

KFC incorrect product given

I ordered for an extra piece of chicken. I specifically mentioned the thigh piece (they agreed) and paid for it. When it was given to me they did not honour that. They mentioned it was whatever available. I mean what kind of a lame reason is that. I have to say the young blonde girl with the black top was very rude and i wish she loses her job.

She not only was rude but was irresponsible. She should be taught about customer service. I wish she goes to hell...

Most KFC's have the minimum amount of employees possible on each shift. Keep in mind that four to seven employees are deeling with about 200-300 customers an hour, more if in the middle of a rush. We unfortunetly can't promise everthing to be perfect. Also keep in mind that the employees aren't the ones who go and smear the food upon the tables and floors. I have had customers come in to my restaurant after it had been cleaned and they will leave trash on the tables and floors.Some "customers" have the nerve to come into our store and smear their own poop on the wall. So once again, keep in mind, the employees are the ones who make the mess and if you expect us to make your food, bring the food to you, and make sure your every need is met then start giving us tips or at least some RESPECT.

yeah, people will ### about anything it seems, i mean sure if u were ordering from a 5 star restaurant paying 25 bucks for a meal by all means complain, but its kfc, and its probably six bucks, is it really gonna kill u if u dont get the specific cut of chicken u asked for?

KFC bad food

A few weeks ago my husband stopped at KFC after work to bring dinner home for us. When he arrived home, as I lifted the lid off of a 16-piece chicken bucket, it looked as if it was laying at the store all day. Dark and dry without taste. I called and spoke with the manager and was told they had not changed their grease. She apologized and said she would send something called a wild card to replace the chicken. Needless to say I never received it. I called again and was told she was on vacation. I then called corporate and was told someone would call me back. That was over a week ago and I never heard from them either. I own a business and a mother of 9 children and I can promise we will never go to a KFC to get food again.

I disagree on a few of your points and agree with a few. People complain due to finding no resolution to either bad products or bad service. Sometime they have attempted to resolve their issues with the business directly and then corporate. And to no avail, still no resolution. I am a business owner and when my customers are dissatisfied, I make it a priority to make sure they are satisfied. The best media is distributed through word of mouth. And people like me do make changes for not just myself, but also for others. I refuse to give up until I do get resolution and hopefully others will follow in my footsteps. If you pay for a product or a service, you deserve to get what you paid for. I do believe in giving people a chance if they resolve their wrongs. And yes, I went back long enough to get the product they owed to me. But in the future, I will never return to the location where I first visited. And hopefully not all locations in the chain are as bad as what I encountered. The point you are correct about was that I should have said I wanted to continue buying their product at another location. But human response when frustrated is to complain and hope for resolution.

Actually I just received a postcard in the mail from KFC apologizing and telling me I can pick up a replacement 16 pc-bucket of chicken. I believe that this complaint blog is the reason my issue was resolved. And yes Td I will go back to pick up my food. They resolved the matter so therefore I hold no resentment. I just expect that companies and corporations resolve valid concerns with their customers. And then there would be no reason for complaint blogs.

dinner, was that a mistake food was old payed for bar potatoes was dry like it had set all day, lettuce was dry radish had began to turn black had 4 veg

. 2 where the same thing no variety of chicken witch had been setting there for a long time or a few hours the workers where no friendly will never return to kfc!

KFC staff complaint

My partner has just been told that his empolyment contact will not be renewed after he been there for 5 months and that he will be ending this week, with no reason and there are others that started working there after him and there contact is being renewed, also this was out of the blue as im 6 months pregnant and the empolyer has had a talk with him about having time off around that time im due and that is may. he also asked about developing in the company about a month ago but there was no spaces at this moment of time. this is a unfair dismissal when he done nothing wrong!

In Trichy kfc. We were going for the treat for my friends birthday at that time they called us and show how they are preparing we also watch that it's nice .They told to write feed back and phone number also mentioned and next day they calling and disturbing us and messing us .What's this it's rediculas .If Ur not clearing this complaint .Then they will face many prblms

KFC cashier rudeness

Last friday, on 28th jan 2011 me and my sister visits KFC Jasin, Melaka to have lunch about 2.00 p.m. After we make an order to a cashier's name Mus. We decided to add Cheezy wedges, when i looked at the cheezy wedges, it seems like had been ready more than 15 minutes. so, i decided to change it to a new one, when i asked the cashier to change it. The cashier seems uneasy with my request. Then, he took the cheezy wedges and he throw at the back, show that he unsatisfied with my request. That realy rude to me. He as the cashier shoudn't show the rudeness to the customer even if he uneasy and unsatisfied with the customer. If all the KFC's cashier like that, I guarantee that no one will visits KFC agains. I'm hoping that cashier names Mus at KFC Jasin, Melaka, please don't do that to other customer. We as customer deserved a good treatment when all of us visiting your restaurant.

KFC microwaved burgers leave bad taste

I purchased KFC Pops and two Junior burgers on the way home last night.

The Pops were cool and stale, and the burgers had been previously prepared and simply microwaved (the lettuce and mayonaise were boiling hot, thats how I know it was microwaved). The buns were stale and had been lying under something heavy, as boith burgers were squashed.

An incredibly bad experience!

KFC disgusting food & beggars

KFC - Tableview, every time I swear I will never go back, but my kids always want KFC POPS, so I do.The first time I went, they never gave me half my order, I turned the car around and went back and wanted my kids toys - the lady at the counter that passes the food started an argument with me.The second time I ordered a 8 piece, the chicken was so burnt, I could not even bite into it, let alone the oil river running down my fingers.The 3rd Time I ordered food, they forgot to give me my two large coleslaws, by the time I got home, I was so upset that If I went back, I would have done something to the woman. The 4th time, decided to take the boneless chicken as this would reduce the oil - oh my word, the 6 pieces could fit in my one hand, they were so burnt and dry, we had to throw them away, nevermind the price - NEVER BUY BONELESS CHICKEN - IT IS DISGUSTING! THEN FINALLY - the last straw - I just can not take it anymore. We ordered an 8 piece, got 7 pieces, NO 2 x Large coleslaw (once again), and old toys from months back? The constant beggars at the dispatch window? I'M ANGRY - do they keep something back on purpose for themselves, is this a permanent stint - please respond!

KFC closed before the time

Last night I went to the KFC branch in lower Klipfontein Road Athlone. I arrived at 20:45 and it was closed. I mentioned to the security that the trading times says that the closing time is 21:00 on a Sunday. I come from a retail environment and know very well that you are not allowed to close before the time. The store should have only closed at 21:00 or maybe 20:55. But I wasted my breath and was turned away. I would like this issue to be dealt with accordingly.

KFC we received only one brest and no wings

We order a 12 peice meal which should have3 large sides legs thighs wings and brest, are meal only had one brest and the rest were thighs and legs when we confronted them about the order which was 31.15 about it being incorrect they were rude and argumentive all we wanted was the other breast and the 2 wings which we did not recieve

My name is Rick Tyler. I love KFC chicken.
I live with my sister's family in Monroe. The other night we drove to KFC and
purchased a bucket of chicken. My brother in law paid with a debit card.
I handed the cashier a $20 and asked for two $10's. She said I had to buy
something before she could open the register. I told her I just did.
She said she was sorry but she was just doing her job and
that was policy. I asked to see the manager. Elaine emerged from
the back. I explained again that I needed change to pay for my half of the chicken.
She explained that it was policy not to give change or open the register without a

I asked is it written into your franchise agreement? She said yes. I said show me
please. She told me it would take a minute to print it out. I said fine, I'll wait. She
returned several minutes later with register paper with the 1-800 CALL KFC
number on it. She said she had called her supervisor Chris Basinger and he told
her what to do. I explained to her that I had planned a return visit the following
week with my niece, but now she was losing a customer.

I told her this was how things started with the NAZI's in the 1930's. People
simply stopped analyzing why they did what they did and followed strict rigid
rules without regard to the circumstances (the camps). "I just did what I was told"
was the common response at the Nuremberg trials.

Let me give a little more context. I am a 52 year old 300lb man with a noticeable
scar over a quarter of my skull from brain surgery on September 21 for removal
of an orange size stage 3 cancerous tumor. I have slight speech aphasia and
move slowly due to chemo.

How ridiculous! WHy should KFC HAVE to give you change?
Might be inconveinient to you but they don't HAVE to give you change...you inconveinienced them more by making them call managers etc.
Get over it.

KFC cutting hours

I have worked for kfc for over a year when I went off to have my son. I returned in december and since then have had my hours cut. I understand that the economy is bad but shouldn't companies have plans in place for this, instead of falling back on your workers who are also feeling the crunch. Especially with a new baby. Its bad enough that my scheduled hours have been cut but when I get to work I am sent home after only 2-3 hours I live 1/2 hr from my work and this does not pay for my gas and a sitter on days that I require one. Times are hard for all businesses but I have not heard of this from other companies. We work in less than ideal conditions, we are expected to have fast service when one of our fryers are broken and a cooker also, with no repaires in sight. There was no xmas party and no xmas bonus or even a card. Shame... We are expected to keep a clean store but how is that possible when you are sending people hom on a whim, and I certainly am not staying off the clock to clean someone elses bathroom. You have to start showing some respect and if you are that strapped for cash just lock the doors in liverpool and put us all out of our missery.
