KFC review: Everything about the visit

I went through the drive thru at Belton SC location just a few minutes ago

I ordered the k1 — could not understand a word the girl was saying. ordered diet coke.. she says we don't have coke so I said ok Diet Pepsi.. she then says we don't have pepsi.. we only have cherry pepsi or something like that. I drove to check out and get my order and she gave me my total 8.49.. I gave her a $20 bill. she handed me back $11. I ask her how much again. She told me $8.49 so I said I will give you the.49 cents and you can give me a dollar back. I gave her 49 cent and she handed me back 51 cents. I then told her she owed me a dollar back since I gave her the 49 cents. very rudely the guy in the back went to counter at store front and got $1 and slung back at me. this is not a case of cant count because she knew exactly the change that I would have gotten back if she would of done the right thing to begin with. She said they don't have change but imagine at the end of the shift all the extra money she has laying on the counter from shorting people anywhere from 99 cents to 1 cent. this is a case of keeping everyones change. the only thing right on this visit was the food is accurate. KFC in our areas are going down hill fast. I have had other issues but this was more than needed today..
