KFC review: Drive thru wait time, order over charge.

I visited my local KFC(#H170001) on 4/1/21 at about 5:00 pm. There were about 3 cars in front of me that I could see. When I got to the window I placed 2 separate orders. The first order was placed at 5:12 pm and the 2nd order was placed at 5:13. The first order consisted of, A La Cart 6 EC Tenders w/ 2 dips and was charged $8.49, Chicken sandwich $3.99, and Lg Sweet Tea for $2.49 totaling $16.02...(tax included)...
The 2nd order included a 3 piece box(dark meat) with Cole slaw and FF w/drink, they gave me mashed potatoes instead, was charged $8.49. And also a Chicken Sandwich. Total for order was $12.87. They asked me to pull forward and some one would bring it out to me. (Not a problem) I had noticed when I first pulled in, a big sign on the windows, that orders are take out only and to use the Drive Thru. During the time I was waiting for my orders to be brought out, I observed people going into the store and coming out with their orders. At least 5 people, maybe 6 came out of the store. Not only that, 6 vehicles behind me were served before my 2 orders came out. By the time I got my orders it was exactly 5:46 pm. Needless to say, I was not at all happy about the wait! I was told they had to wait for the tenders to thaw out! From the time I first pulled in to the time I got my orders was 45 minutes! This is totally unacceptable! The fried chicken left a lot to be desired. I don't think I'll be ordering the fried chicken again, the quality just isn't there like it use to be. On the other hand, the Chicken Sandwiches were very good. I will be back for the Sandwiches!
On the Receipt it says, Cashier: Ms. J, But it was a young (teen) male with dark curly hair.
