Yesterday I went thru the drive thru at KFC and ordered original chicken in which when it was received it was hard, dry and burnt. I asked told the cashier I ordered original not crispy he stated it was original, I asked him to change it in which I believe he came back with the same chicken I asked him to change. He sated if I dent want it he can return my money in which he did. This has been the third time this has happened. There oil must be old for it to be so dark and hard. Please see into this problem because it is not good for the original recipe chicken to be this way. Thank you
