KFC review: crispy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets

I got all the way home after being at work all day and found that my daughters chicken nuggets were missing as well as the crispy chicken sandwich was hard and stale! I know it seems minor but no one feels like wasting more time and more gas to go back out to get an item that was supposed to be in the bag already. If they could start double checking the bags before they hand them out that would be really helpful. Thank you for your time.
