On Saturday 03/02/2024 at approximately 6:45p.m. placed an order for 3 wing combo and a spicy chicken sandwich. Was first told they were out of wings, and that they only had two wings. I asked how much two crispy wings would be and was then asked how many wings I would like... I stated at least three wings. The person said okay. we can do that. Get to the window order was handed to me as soon as I pulled up to the window. I opened the bag and box had 3 original wings cut in a nugget style format and a little larger than a chicken nugget and the sandwich bread was cold. I told the young lady at the window, and she spoke very little English and stated no it's not cold, it's probably the pickles. I informed her that pickles would not make a bun cold. After going back and forth I finally convinced her that the bread was cold, so she offered to warm the bun. I also informed her about the wings, that I ordered crispy wings and the size of the original that I was given. I then asked her for the store phone number because of the service that was being demonstrated. She stated she didn't know the phone number, so I asked for the manger. She said she was taking an order. I said I will wait. So, the other young lady came to the window, and I explained to her what transpired, and she just looked at me and I asked her for the phone number of the store, and she stated she didn't know. I then asked for a receipt she said they didn't have receipts. The receipt issue has been going on for years. My sister has to give them the cell phone and they will take a picture of the total cost of the meal because they don't have receipt paper, which is totally unacceptable. I asked the last young lady her name because corporate or management needs to be aware what is going on at this location and that young adults should not be operating a large established business as KFC without proper supervision. She told me her name was Joanna and the manager is Daisy who was not present. Please have a regional manager or someone in leadership make rounds to this location 5010 Aldine Mail Rd Houston, TX 77039 and bring this store up to standards that KFC stands for. This was truly a disappointing experience, once again. Sincerely

KFC - food product and employees
I went to this establishment 12:32 pm. I ordered an 8 piece meal with large sides. All of my sides were not fresh and biscuits are harder than a rock. The potato wedges are old and rubbery who knows how long they have been sitting there and the corn was dry too. I called the KFC store and a gentleman that answered told a young lady there she had a call and she said to leave it there. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I screen shot the call to show proof how long I was on hold. This is a disgrace and sad, my meal cost me 23.00$ and it was the worst food I ever ate.
KFC - money taken off credit card and not replaced
Manager swipe my card for $22.46 on December 8. Then she said the credit card did not go thru her register but it was took off my card. The nexr day went there to show her it was off my card. She calls gm. Gm sau i have to wait because it was weekend. Whent there to talk to gm she say its nothing she can do sense i called corporate. I called corporate because she wasn't trying to help me. So now i have been calling corporate every week. No one has responded to me. This is theft!
