KFC kfc 688 e 5th ave, columbus, oh 43201 - charged me $1.50 for georgia gold sauce

[protected]:30am Went to purchase a $5 Fill up Chicken Strip and they charged me $.50 per chicken strip! That is ridiculous amount of money for sauce and they only provide you with 2 thin pickle slices for 3 strips, Really? I am a lower middle class, I can't afford the extra $1.50. That sauce is good but not that good. There are so many other places I can take my business.

KFC i'm complaining about the service at kfc on grand river avenue in detroit michigan address 27026

I was in KFC today (3/9/17). The store was dirty, and the service was terrible! yes, there was a wait and I was very patient until I got to the window and observe that the clerk had a very lazy disposition and nasty attitude. I placed my order that I was told would be 15 minutes wait time on wings it took 30/45 minutes. I was not offered complementary anything for my wait and I was still mistreated. I am a KFC fan! That's why I must complaint two let you know that this should not happen again. I patronize this location due to the convenience it has gone down. So, as much as I love KFC chicken I will inconvenience myself and patronize some other chicken restaurant. #verydissapointed

KFC chicken pot pie

In the past, the chicken pot pie was of good quality and taste. I have eaten it at least a half dozen times. The last two times I have ordered the same thing, I discovered bone particles in my pie. Today, I found half of a wishbone in my pie and the crust was way overcooked. The burnt crust was bad enough but finding a two inch bone is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure the pot pies are premade before they are served at the restaurant. I will never eat there again!

KFC poor service and lack of fish sandwich

I live in Trinidad and tobago. ...I am of the view that the services at kfc outlets in my country is very popr. I went to kfc located at south park mall...I waited 35 mins to be exact, when I finally reach to the cashier I was informed that there were no fish sandwich as there was no bread.. I then ordered a mega meal... then I was informed that there was no spicy chicken. ..I am of the view that if I were informed prior to my waiting 35 mins in line and I knew there were nothing I wanted I would have left and go to another kfc location..I guess that it sounds so simple just to inform customers of the items available so we would have a choice instead of waiting in line to reach the cashier then to find out there is nothing u want on the menu. ...thank u...I know this wouldnt make any difference since I am only 1 customer as compared to the millions out there

KFC health & safety guidelines / food quality / cust service

Hello,

We bought a large family meal tonight, which included: lg bucket frued chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw & corn on the cob. We will never eat your food again, ever. We experienced all of the following:

1. X 3- 6-7" black hairs inside the sealed bucket of chicken, stuck to inside of container, x 2 - 4-6" similar black hairs in the middle of the chicken itself. (The workers serving your food were NOT wearing hair nets, as required).

2. The coleslaw had 'foam' in it and had an odd odor, taste gave an acidic/unnatural ammonia residue in the mouth, we had to rinse our mouths out, it was so unpleasant.

3. The Chicken looked mushy, the wet coating falling off, and although it was suppose to be a mixed-bucket contained ONLY wings and thighs. Some pieces were just 'unshaped' lumps, didn't look like chicken.

4. We ordered biscuits, but only Rec'd several packets of 'honey' - no biscuits.

What a huge disappointment for driving 40min away just to buy this, 40min back home...-:
My husband and I have been eating KFC for over 30yrs..we have noticed the price go up, and quality go down substantially over past 5 years, but, we sill wanted the KFC we remembered, and would buy it few x year, hoping it would improve, it hasn't, in fact, THE MEAL I JUST ATTEMPTED TO EAT WASN'T FIT FOR OUR DOGS, gross is an understatement.

KFC extra crispy tender & extra crispy 2pc meal

Both orders were barely coated with any coating, much less EXTRA. Even tho it was during dinner time~6:19pm~food was barely warm. I do believe I should receive a full refund of $9.81, and someone should stop into this facility to make some changes. Thank you for your prompt response to this complain. I have Pictures of the products and wish I could send them to you!

KFC food cooked at noon got it a five

Just got a 20 dollar bucket of chicken and it wasn't freshly cooked . The nuggets were the same 10 dollar bucket. I paid over 40 dollars for old chicken and nuggets. Extra crispy looked like it was cooked a few hours before I got it. Why? Your chicken is good when it is fresh but I won't go back at 4 pm. I live in Martinsville Indiana and this store is not very good.

KFC famous bowl

I went to the KFC in crossett Arkansas and ordered 2 of your famous bowls for my wife and I (our favorite thing on the menu) when we got home to eat them we both took one bite and it tasted as if someone had poured an entire box of salt in the bowl it was completely uneatable we both had to throw them out pretty upsetting to have to throw 15$ of food in the trash

KFC I complaining about service kfc in azerbaijan, baku

25.02.2017 in Azerbaijan, KFC 1926, City: Baku, Subway: May 28 “1926” 28 may subway Azadliq avenue 22, I have faced incident. I want to inform KFC responsible persons for unpleasant service, but this person pushed aside and threaten me. I required him to be politer and be honesty for each customer but again they did same thing. I always used KFC restaurants in Azerbaijan and abroad but never encounter this type of rough and blunt incident. I kindly asked you please punished this responsible person and take politer and civilized employee such as responsible position. Now I am waiting your response about this incident and you can be see full incident with the camera records of KFC.

KFC service dubai united arab of emirates branch

Dear KFC,
I am your customer for more than 20 years, I have been a customer of Dubai branch for more than 12 years. I have been ordering all these years your family bucket where I would like the bucket to be only breasts and legs. Suddenly they denied my order and told it is not possible and the employee of their call center answered me in a very rude way and even denied giving me his manager. Incase you would like me and my family member to continue being a loyal customer of yours I would like to receive the same service I was receiving all these years.

KFC food presentation

Went to the kfc on Woodville avenue, Toledo, ohio
ordered a 10 piece chicken tenders, and 2 5$ fill up boxes. They only had 7 chicken tenders, we pulled all three boxes out of the bag, they were put in, and the boxes were ripped on the bottom, because the oil made them very flimsy. So needless to say, some food ended up on the floor, and was not edible. The portions were so tiny! not worth the price that was paid. Very disappointed. Probably wont go back. Just wanted to let you know that the food presentation should be handled better, and portions should be a little bit better for the money spent. KFC used to be sooo much better, Not sure what happened. Hope it gets better.

KFC 1 piece breast meal

I have been cheated twice this year at the KFC located on How 20&81 in McDonough, Ga. I ordered 2 one piece breast meals with no drinks or extra sides. This usually comes with 2 sides. Manager told me this had changed and I would have to pay extra for the coleslaw, I usually get Mashed potatoes and coleslaw as my two sides. This happen again just 3 weeks ago and they even cheated me out of 1 mashed potatoes. Idid not realize I was being cheated till I went to the one in Griffin, Ga. where they gave me what I ordered for the right price. I don't know how many people they have been cheating but you should look into it. Not looking for compensation but I know I will not go back there.

They have taken it off the menu board.
It is still available if a person who knows how to ring it up is at the register.
Otherwise you get one side, a unwanted drink, and a unwanted cookie.
I got tired of trying to convince the untrained staffers that it still can be rung up that way.
Now I buy my chicken elsewhere.

KFC food

I stopped by to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered the popcorn chicken as I always have in the past. On tonight as I was eating my chicken, majority of the popcorn chicken was extremely hard and very hard to chew. I had to literally throw the popcorn chicken away. I didn't enjoy it at all. As if the chicken was sitting out all day as well as the fries.

KFC service

WE love your chicken! BUT the service is really very bad In Elkhart In. on Cassopolis St. They need a early good manager. Its not clean, They don't charge you the right prices .They often don't give you a cookie. They give you the small mashed potatoes when you get a meal.I see many custermers. very up set when we go there. I don't think we will be going back if things don't change there.We have been to other KC in Three Rivers Mi. and they do a good job.Please try and fix this place as we really like to eat there . Thank you

Last night right after i got out of work i went to get food for my boys n me i asked for a big box 3 pc meal with mashed potatoes and gravy cole slaw and a biscuit but first the pepsi wasn't completely full then the biscuit was hard the potaoes and chicken were cold i asked for dark meat they gave me white meat and i asked for original recipe the gave me crispy and the chicken was hard

KFC hot wings and (2) 2 piece chicken combo

I went to the KFC on 6512 Sorenson Park Plaza, 6512 N 72ND Street Omaha, Nebraska 68134 on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 around 6:30p.m. and I ordered a 20 piece hot wing with a side of macaroni and cheese, (2) 2 piece dinner with mashed potatoes for both. When I got to work my wings were not done and my macaroni and cheese was all spilled on my wings. Both of my (2) piece chicken was cold and they did not give me a receipt and just was rude and rushing me through the drive thru. I tried to call them 15 times and know one answered the phone and then waited until the next day, February 16, 2017 and tried to call four more times and know one still did not answer. I contacted the KFC in Millard and they said that they could not help me and then I contact the KFC on Maple and she could not help me and asked if I could talk to a manager and she said she could take my name and number and have the GM to call me. And I have not heard from them as of this moment.

KFC horrible service/missing items

I went thru the drive thru at the kfc on merrill rd in jacksonville fl...they didnt give me my receipt for 1, for 2 i ordered a fill up box the pot pie one they didnt give me my cookie nor any utensils to eat with! I am very disappointed because the cookie was my dessert & i had to eat my pot pie with my fingers! Worst service ever & i love kfc but if this is how customers get treated i wont be back!

KFC 24.00 chicken tender meal

I ordered chicken tender meal 12 pcs.
They barely fill half the box. Like a 1/3 and pieces were 3 inches or less and 1inch wide. Pittiful to spend that kind of money. The gravy lid was not put on tight or was loose and it spilled all over the order! Horrible!

I went to see the Manager her name was Sue and she said thats how small they were. Let me say one thing that the portions are INSULTING to anyone and for the price you
are better off going elsewhere. How dare you rob hard working people! How dare you!

KFC drinks

I stopped by KFC about 8 PM and ordered two meals both with non-sugared ice tea. I repeated this twice at the order board. My wife and I are both diabetic and don't drink drinks with sugar in them.

When I paid for my meal the attendant did fine (didn't ask me if I wanted anything such as honey for my biscuits, but that is OK). He momentarily forgot my drinks, but caught himself asking me if I had drinks. I told him a third time I wanted non-sugared Ice Tea. He mumbled something like these must be it and handed me two drinks.

When I got home I found that both drinks were soft drinks. I sipped one and it tasted like Coke. I ended up throwing them away and fixed myself a non-sugared iced tea.

After I posted my original critique, I found that one of the meal orders was wrong. Instead of getting a 3-Piece meal I got a Fill-up. I'm not terribly surprised by the poor service, I just wondered how they could get my order so wrong when it wasn't even busy.
