KFC employee

I was at kfc store# g135612. On 04/19/2019 my ticket number was 3872 I was here at 5:56 p.m.. The employee's Name was Jaime she refused to serve me. I brought ny 11 year old daughter there to get her meal to go as we were in a hurry. Jaime had gone to 3 other people saying she wouldn't take my order then her and a shift supervisor fought for 10 minutes until the supervisor took our order. This made me late for my daughter play at school and I did not appreaciate the disrespect at all. I am a paying customer and did not deserve to be treated in such a manner. Ive never been so insukted in my life!. I go to kfc often but after this ill make sure none of us ever go to another kfc again! Especially not the one in Newton New Jersey

KFC waffles and chicken two pc, dark meat and two pc white pce

Chicken was great but the waffles where terrible and the suryup did not match it was Ms betterworth .it should have been maple.secound when I see the lady open two precook waffles and Hart them in a microwave .just terrible.wr will never eat that every .but you need fresh waffles and maple syrup the really thing don't do like you did to the honey.no fake honey or suryup .and make waffles on the site not packed. chicken is great you need a lot of work on your side orders.

KFC service horrible

This was the second time that I came to Kentucky fried chicken this week. The first time they left off food for my order. And they had a note on the window to check your order before you leave or they would not give you things that were left off. I thought that was very rude. Now I'm at Kentucky fried chicken again the same one and I have been sitting in drive-through from 8:51 pm until 9:14. The service here is horrible. The store is in Zebulon, NC. The service wait is always long. One time I came to get chicken with the waffle and they gave me the meal but said they didn't have any syrup. Someone really needs to do something about this store. KFC everything but food mostly

The place was not bad, it needed to be cleaned up behind the counter. However, the young lady taking orders was lacking a personality, but she did help several customer's with their orders by making suggestions and help save them money. So, for that she doesn't have to have a smiling personality.

THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE... MY FIRST CHICKEN ORDER WAS DRY, BURNT, GREASY, AND THE THIGH LOOK AS IF SOMEONE HAD ATE PART OF IT AND THROWN IT BACK INTO THE BOX. THE 2ND ORDER WAS OLD TASTING AND WAS TO BE EXTRA CRISPY BUT WE GOT THE ORIGINAL. BISCUITS HARD AND LITTLE BURNT AND MASHED POTATOES WATERY.

Tried calling the establishment by got a fax machine, and the two other time static, the third time the person said I reached the Glade Rd store

KFC springfield oregon olympic street location

Your GM Autumn regularly berates her employees, delays breaks and assigns extra cleaning chores as punishment. She has also effectively promoted Devonn to management giving her keys and manager access to tills despite the fact that she regularly comes to work drunk. Autumn and Devonn spend all their time at work together ganging up on employees and berating them. Lastly I am an employee with a brain injury and Autumn is constantly degrading me about how slow and ineffective I am in front of employees and customers. She has also referred to me as a "retard" both to my face and to other employees. If this situation is not rectified within the next pay period I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit against KFC. I have already consulted both the EOCC and the Oregon labor board on these issues. The photo below is my cleaning chores for front counter the day after Autumn yelled at me for not doing the dishes for the entire store after completing prep even though all dishes are not part of prep and it was past my clock out time. KFC poor customer service

My husband and I drive approximately 45 minutes to Vidalia, GA solely to buy grilled chicken since Dublin, GA stores no longer offer grilled chicken. Each time we visit this establishment we aren't greeted. The cashier doesn't smile and are just down right rude. We always have to wait for the chicken to be cooked and are told they will bring it to us .; which they fail to do. Today they were not busy, we were in the drive thru and were told to park and they bring it to us . After 20 minutes my husband went inside to get the chicken which was just sitting there .

KFC delivery time

Hello I'm from Pakistan lives in Bahria town Rawalpindi, on Friday 26/4/2019 and Saturday 27/4/2019 I went to my near Kfc at phase 7 Bahria town and phase 4 Bahria town, I placed my order at the counter and got my food after 30 mins, is this fast food really meant to be? Staff is so untrained and confused that they have no idea how it should be done! There is big confusion among them all, they get tensed when they see many customers and can't handle their job well plus there is a shortage of food too, I didn't get rice coz they were out of stock, this is so ridiculous and upsetting for a customer who end up having food what they can offer so basically we eat what Kfc staff want us to eat!

KFC kentucky fried chicken

I was just there at 4:30 almost 5 roundabout I ordered $50 worth of food I get up there to the drive-thru window to pay for it and the girl tells me that she's going to have to give me dark mate because they're real chicken I told her no I would wait he comes back to the window and then tells me that the people is already got that chicken sold so therefore I told her they don't even close till 10 and you're telling me there's no chicken to be sold she said that she was sorry but they wasn't that she could do about it so I thought I would complain when they have all them hours left why couldn't they made people chicken like I said I've been sick with the flu did not want to cut today so I decided to drive myself out to get chicken for my family and the girl at the Windows telling me that she can't feel my order so I asked for my money back and I went to Hardee's but I just think this is a Dirty Shame but they could not feel one sample order like I said they was canceled a $50 order and this happened to the KFC in Buckhannon West Virginia

KFC time it took to get order

My order was placed at 12:34 at window I was told to pull out in front tenders are going to be done in 1 minute. I watched 1 guy go in since his order wasn't right. Then a lady parked by me went in I asked if they got her order wrong she said no I was waiting too long. So I pulled around and got my order which didn't have everything. This was at 12:44 I was told by manager that it wasn't tenders that were cooking. The last time I was there my girlfriend and I had the buffet which was not well stocked and messy I said I wasn't going there again. I wanted to give them another try and this time I again had a bad experience. This store is going to give KFC a bad reputation.

KFC new zinger bacon

Hi, where do i complain about kfc ledras?i have order zinger bacon sandwich...inside a very small small piece of chicken..why kfc show photo with chicken all over around the bun if in reality inside it s mini piece of chicken which i paid almost 5 euro just for sandwich not meal? KFC Cyprus, as it shown the photo, the chicken is all over size of bun right ? in reality what i received in Ledras KFC was a joke, a pieces of chicken smaller than a wing is that fair ? i really feel cheated !

KFC poor customer service

Stopped by today 04/25/2019 to KFC 1526 North Loop W Houston, TX 77018 at or around 1:13pm. I will never return to this location due to the way I was treated by two store managers. I went in as your customer to order and pay for the services that KFC offers (food service). The unprofessional and rude service received by these two individuals who are in the position of oversight really concerns me. Sadly I was not the only target.

KFC cashier

Cashier named Traci has no customer service.my husband and I went for dinner on April 24th 2019 about 4:30 .we ordered famous bowel and 2 biscuits we did 2 orders.she put my in a Togo bag it was for here.my husband ordered famous bowel 2 biscuits and a chicken little. She forgot to give him change than she forgot the biscuits. She said neaver charged him.i said show me receipt she says I cant it's not working so I believe she charged us twice for the 2 bisquits.she stood there and argued with us .so we paid again.i asked for corporate number and she got an attitude and wanted her name since she didn't wear a name tag.this location has a high turnover, somebody different everytime we go in.we go in often.very upset the way we got treated from Traci. KFC store management

Today April 24th I went through the drive through at a KFC that has a Miami address. I am putting in this complaint because it's not the first time that I've been told once I've ordered that they have no dark meat chicken. I drive out of the way to go pick up KFC and given that this seems to be a reoccurring issue I might not be doing that in the future. Someone in this store isn't managing their orders well. You are definitely losing business both from chicken that can't be ordered and people who give up on going back.

KFC customer service and food

Hello, I wanted to provide you with feedback on my recent visit to KFC. Today, at 9:00 PM I visited the drive through in Philadelphia Strawberry Sq. Plaza, 29th Street. When I paid for my food the young man was talking with his co-worker, using all sorts of profanitiees. Afterer paying for my food, this person just placed it in the takeout area, walking away. He never said thank you. After I got home, opened box the chicken was burnt, biscuit was half done and mash potatoes were cold. I was too tired to take it back for a refund. Please provide further training and food preparation for your employees.

KFC rotten sick bird

The chicken at kentucy taste tetrible old and stale hard never good go here once and a while its always a disappointing now im hearing on the streets they give good fresh chicken to the white people and sick bad chicken to the black people is this true because I have never gotton fresh chicken mine have always been discussion my family hates when I buy kentucky chicken on garland rd and buckingham they get upset are yaw racist but taking our money because its definitely not finger licking good at all tell me I need to know [protected]@gmail.com

KFC unethical behavior from night management

My husband and I went to kfc store #j235058 for dinner on april 23 at 406 pm I ordered and the manager seen whom I was, since we are there probably there twice a week and every time the night manager is usually rude but this evening he was exceptionally rude by telling me, "oh you again I guess your gonna take all my chicken again". I seen it to be very rude when I spend anywhere from 80 to 100 dollars a week.
We are at the point that we do not want to return to this store do to the night manager being rude not only to me but to other customers he acts like he doesn't want to be there most of the time. Thank you so much for your time. If you have any question please feel free to call me [protected]

KFC kfc / tb restaurant #g135091, marietta ga location

I have recently visted this resturant 3 times in the past 6 weeks. Though I let it slide the first 2 times, the 3rd time really pissed me off . My experience all 3 times were the same. And for me to take time out to complaine it was over the top bad.

I have a 30 min lunch time, your franchise is 3 min from where i work, it took my entire lunch period all 3x's to order and receive my food. The staff, is rude, slow, and very uncoordinated in working together the produce orders in a timley manner.

Your resturant was not so busy that is should have taken more than 6 to 8 min to revceive my order from time it was placed to getting it to me.

The first 2x's I went into the resturant, OMG that was a nightmare rude staff. I ordered off of the KFC side of the menu, the third time I did drive thru, and ordered TB, I ordered at 1:54 pm and took 20 min to receive it, with only 2 cars ahead of me.
When I finally gor to the window the girl was rude. The cashier's name was Tanice.
my ticket number was #1715 dated 4/18/19 @1:55 . the store addy is
2540 Delk Rd, Marietta, GA, phone # 770-980-0848.

After I got my order got back to the office an proceeded to eat my lunch. I took 1 bite and threw it away . the quality of the food was bad.

I have kept my register receipt . the number for the survey would not have gotten my point across .

I am sure my 1 complaint is not much to pay attention to in the grand scheme of things, but I feel better voicing my opinon. I will not be returning to that location again. Rude staff, long wait time, and poor quality of food.

I have seen many shows of undercover boss, and that location is in definite need of fine tuning and an attitude adjustment.

If the staff are slow and you only have a 30 minute lunch break and you use up your whole break going there and back why do you keep going on your lunch break. Guess you are not very smart. I can tell you misspelled complain. You are no smarter than an eleven year old and yet you call grown women girls. If she was working during your lunch period she is clearly over the age of 18 as all the girls would be in school. A child of 11 is smarter than you and yet you call grown women girls. You are rude in calling grown women girls so basically by calling the staff rude you are a hypocrite. Maybe you need to adjust your attitude.

KFC rude staff and manager

My family and I went to eat at kfc in morristown at e morris blvd 521 on a monday at 4:00 pm the manager first charged us entirely wrong, after we got our trays we went to get food from buffet, one of us had went around the bar trying to help the 10 year old son when out of no where we heard a loud mouth hollering very loudly saying "you all are not allowed back here"!
So my family member said i'm sorry I was helping my son and didn't know I wasn't supposed to be back here. Manager said I don't care you are not to be back here.
So they got the food and walked off. While the father and son had went set down apparently they didn't know we where all together she (manager) looked up to her staff and said ("damn people think they can do what the hell they want but not today and not with me")

That was very rude and embarrassing that she had acted like that. I will not be back to that restaurant till she is gone. I will take me money elsewhere. I and another customer that had seen her actions decided not to go back till something is done.

The same manager had later smarted off the the 10 year old son try to get food told him that he's no supposed to be getting food like that she just very very rude. But if she wants to run the customers away that's what she's doing

Don't go where you have no business going and you won't have to worry about them being "rude" and telling you that you should not go back there. You cannot just do what you want. Sounds to me like the manager put you in your place. Also in another complaint on another site you admitted that your ten year old son was taking the chicken with his hands rather than with the tongs. IF this is the case he is wrong. Since he was being supervised should you not have corrected him yourself?

Monice D cussed at my husband and got smart all because our total came up to $13.01 and he tried to give her a penny and she got smart and was like it's kinda to late then closed the door in his face. Then he said that's how you talk to a customer she said I gotta keep my line moving. Then she start cussing at him that's disrespectful and inappropriate that wasn't necessary. I called the manager and she wasn't really apologetic her demeanor wasn't of a manager so I just hung up the phone. I will not be returning to that KFC @ 44570 Michigan Ave Canton Mi 48188 store #021521. My order #320998. They service was horrible and disrespectful unexceptionable
