KFC service complaint

On 9 Jan 2020, I visited KFC at uSHAKA in Durban. After waiting 20 minutes in the Queue, a very rude worker told me that the store was closed. I explained to her that I have been waiting for 20 minutes and no mention was made of closure of the store. She was rude and adamant and pointblsnk refused to serve me. Strangely enough she did serve a lady in front of me. When I looked around, i realised that I was the only non black person at the store. It was approximately 6h45. Please check your cameras for footage. I am infuriated at the bad, racist treatment. I wonder if I was the same race as the worker if she would have accommodated me. I have a good mind of publishing this article.

KFC food and condition of location

My wife and i, and a neighbor stopped to have lunch at one of your locations, we all had a 3 pc. Chicken basket, and a fountain drink. I can only try to draw a mental picture for you but it demand, s a personal visit to this location. For example, next to the fountain machine and the wall there is a quarter of a inch build up of syrup and dust that looks years old, the tables and seats where all heavily covered with oil and didn't looked like they have been wiped down in weeks, are food quality was poor, the overall experience was terrible and i'm very disappointed. I'm 65 years old and have never been in one of your locations that was this dirty. Tom

KFC female manager on duty at 12:22pm today, january 9, 2020

Co workers and I ordered KFC through Doordash, item was missing I called the store and all the manager wanted to do was argue with me, tell me how they are not affiliated with doordash. She made NO attempt to rectify the issue.
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional attitude and poor management against the manager on duty. I would also like the complaint to be added to the managers personal file.

KFC bathroom

The men's bathroom has a putrid smell to it. It made me sick to my stomach. It has the same terrible smell each time I come here. I do not know where the smell is coming from, but I suspect it is coming from the men's urinal. Something should be done because I believe it could become a health hazard if left unchanged. They don't have any documentation in the bathroom saying when it was last cleaned.

KFC masala chicken

Good day

On 05/01/2020 at around 11:30 i went to the KFC at Goldfields Mall in Welkom to buy 2two Masala meals for me and my wife. They told me that they dont have in stock. I then went to the KFC at the Game shopping centre and was told the same.

I dont understand that you can advertise a new product but two KFC's did not have any.

But most of the time IceCream not available...
But YesterDay I along with my family roundAbout 11:30 P.m ...
First of All no salesMan available on cashCounter, Mr Manager is on leave due to attend marriage, ...then I want to order IceCream but unfortunately not available..
Then I ordered Deal 1395 (zinger, kentuckey, mighty, stager) at 11:30 pm ...they serve us at 12:05 ...for prove u must see CCTV video from branch ...
Burgers are unWarm due to late delivery...
So, after eating we order 1 cardiumTea we really surprise to see when they serve tea in Water Glass due to unavailability of teaCup😦 ... thats not fair...!
I want to return it but they refused..!
Employes someTimes speak in punjabi also...
So kindly take notice before it too late.

KFC smell (sewer gas)

On jan 4 2020 at 6:56 pm my family and went to location for dinner and the smell of this kfc smelled of either sewer gas or propane we did stay there to eat intill my eyes started o burn and my nose started to run it was like I was back in basic training going thru the tear gas chamber, I am also a emt for evans mills ambulance services and 5 weeks ago my partner and I went to this kfc and the smell was there I asked the manger what the smell was he did not know and said he contacted someone about it, that was 5 weeks ago also one of the workers was also complaining of headaches, the last visit which was on jan 4 2020 the smell was still there and even stronger then ever I again ask the worker what was the smell and again said it was reported and at this time I think it could be a health issue, and I will be back this week and see if this issue is taken care of. Not to threaten but I will go to the board of health and enter a complaint.

KFC masala box overpowered with spice and chicken raw inside

Good Day

I am so terribly disappointed with the meal I just had with my children from KFC bought inside Strubbens Valley's take away.
It was the first time ordering Masala Crunch box, I ordered 2 Masala box chicken for R49.90 each and Chicken box also for R49.90 as a family we were all looking forward to try out this new product since we are such big customers of KFC. To our disappointment, the chicken was done so bad, powder spice so intensely all over the chicken and the chicken raw inside. It was so awful we literally threw away all the chicken. We could not even peel off the skin to remove the chilli powder that was extremely used on the chicken.
I spend R150 for food that was horrible.

I am highly disappointed and regret going to KFC to buy food.

KFC Drive through times and messed up order

I waited 25 minutes after i went through the drive through, They told me to wait outside in the parking lot they would bring my food. After waiting 25 minutes i went inside the kfc. I ordered 2 can dine for $9.99. One with regular mayo and one without, I ordered a big crunch combo wth regular mayo after waiting an additional 10 minutes they completed the order. I spoke with the manager in the store who had no clue on what she was doing. There was 5 other people waiting along period of time as well who were pretty upset. I drove home to stouffville and when I got there my order was not correct.The lettuce was brown the mayo was spicy on the chicken . I have ulcers and cannot handle spice. one of the chicken sandwiches was under cooked. I been a long time kfc customer i usually once a week however if this continues this no longer go and I definately wont go to the store in uxbridge again. They forgot to give me the receipt but my number is [protected]

KFC chicken gizzards availability

This is the fifth time I have complained about being told they are out of gizzards! It would seem to me that the managers could figure out how much gizzards they need to order to last them until the next order arrives. This seems to occur each week Friday through Sunday (the busiest time of the week)! I have been a loyal customer for many, many years, and now my loyalty is waning and may be forced to go elsewhere with my family to get chicken fare. Please straighten this mess out! I am tired of this mismanagementI am sick and tired of thier excuses!

I realized something is wrong with this KFC store. Twice I bought a meal there they miscounted the 10- piece that ordered. I believe they intentionally miscounted the chicken. Now, question? Why do they do that? The customer paid for 10 pieces. Please give the customer what they paid for. I tried to call them to let them know the problem. Aha! The phone did not ring. That number that they had on the receipt is block.

Funny, can someone tell them to give me back my two pieces of chicken back? Seriously, it happened too many times.

KFC packaging

I purchased a 12 pc bucket with fry's and gravy.
Lid on gravy was not put on properly. By the time I got home the gravy had spilled through the entire bag. What a mess! The entire order was covered in gravy.
There was not enough gravy left for even a single helping.
This is a new store, you need to train your staff to pack to-go orders properly.
(now i'm adding these words just so I have enough words for you to take me seriously)

KFC advertised prices not being honored

I went for dinner New Year's Eve because a bucket of legs and thighs was advertised for $7.99. I was charged &16.52 (including tax). When I complained about the cost not being the advertised price, I was told to "have a nice day". I was having a nice day until I was ripped off for $8.00. Also, I was not offered a senior discount. KFC order

I came into KFC located on Garfield and ordered food spending $20. I asked for a cup of water and was told I would be charged for it. Why when I am spending 20 plus in your establishment? It didnt have to be a big cup but common customer satisfaction isn't to too much to ask. Needless to say, KFC has lost a customer. I am a consumer who once you have disappointed me, it is difficult to get me back. I am only stating my opinion so that KFC would consider changing their policy of charging for water

KFC not delivery

A very disappointing and unfortunate moment I have ever experienced with KFC doha I placed an order 9:30pm and till 11:50 there prefer was delivered even customer services office was Called and there was one lady answered she lied three times that your order is about to get deliver .
I want to know one thing if KFC can not do what they promise to people they should stop online service or if there is any delay let the people to get information in advanced that we can find alternative food rather waiting for 3hrs for nothing .
I have uploaded the pictures when I told the customer service lady she kept me on hold for 14minuts and what a shame my call was disconnected .
I want the management to go through the investigation and find out why was i fooled like this.

KFC staff

I visit the store on the 30 December 2019 at 06:36. The lady that help me was not very friendly I said good morning how are you she did not reply just waited for me to order. Also took her time to assist. When I received my order I said to her she could be a bit more friendlier and she immediately was defensive she was etc. It was her choice to work at KFC and I know it's long hours but when working with the public you stay friendly not matter what! KFC take out #6 big box three piece meal was wrong and incomplete

I got my KFC ticket number # 3317 at 3:25 p.m. on 12 /29 /2019 I ordered a number six big box with three pieces with coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy cost with tax $9.25 I got chicken that was overcooked and dry. I received a leg, a thigh and a breast when I should have received two thighs and a leg my sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw the mashed potatoes had no gravy I called the store to file a complaint I was told that the number 6 big box only came with two pieces of chicken and not three so they would not be able to exchange my order but offered me some new sides I told him I was filing a complaint and they hung up the phone my name is Joseph Clark I am a loyal KFC customer and was disappointed in how the situation was handled I would like a refund or replacement meal [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

KFC poor

This is the 4th time the outlet at garden city kenya has tried to play smart with my order, the previous 3 times they gave me a small chips instead of regular sized even though they charged me for an upsize, yesterday they gave me one piece chicken less in my streetwise 3 order, the lady serving me saw my receipt very well and handed over the tray that had only two pieces chicken instead of 3, I did not notice till I went and sat on my table. I immediately returned back to her and she pretended to be unaware. Someone really needs to inspect the branch closely because I feel there is something fishing going on among the kfc staff at that outlet. I wonder how many other innocent customers have they fooled! I am a Chicken lover have been for years. And for the last year or so I have been getting bad tasting chicken and ect at KFC and I am sick of it I just wish y'all can improve the chicken I don't know if it's the worker or what but as of today I have to stop eating at kfc wasting my money this complaint probably want make a difference but I wish it would so I can start back eating there.

KFC service/ wait time

My husband & I walked in to order the 10 piece meal with sides, the girl told me it woukd be 1 hour & 30 mins,! I was super shocked along with my husband* my family, co-workers, we give this business alot of money. From volvo. James hardie, etc.. Its alot of business. Anyway I said what? And asked for a supervisor, when he approaches me, he agreed I could wait or leave? I said sir, u have no customers in the lobby/drive thru... Why the wait. No response. So, I use the restroom, wait in car, go back in 20 mins.. I asked for my money back, bc several customers after us ate & were served. I did video record. This entire situation is. As I tld him. He glay refunded my money as his employees were scrubbing the floor, etc.. So why cldn"t they cook my chicken? Really upset & feel discriminated. Trust me, all customers heard & saw how he treated me. I hv never heard if a wait time of 1 hour 30 mins for an 8 piece of chicken. Please get back with me asap, this supervisor is sadly lacking skills, manners, or even showing respect. I will post this entire video on fb for customers, if I dnt hear back from a professional associate. Obviously he ddn't care. When i'm done sharing, wird will be out, this store lacks in many ways. Really RUDE STAFF, then I ask for supervisor, NO HELP HE said the same wait time, as I video'd he gt really angry. So waited 30 mins. My husband tld me to get a refund. Supervisor was HAPPY to gv my refund. Really rude. I jv customers as witnesses, along with my ENTIRE VIDEO OF HOW BAD IWAS TREATED. I thought BF I PUT this on social media I would let you know. I have never experienced such a bad time trying 2 order food. Really sad I was treated as TRASH & DISCRIMINATED. PROMISE IF I POST, YOUR COMPANY WILL SUFFER. KFC fresh chicken

I pulled up in the Drive-Thru of Kentucky Fried / Taco Bell on Miramar Road I wanted to place an order for all dark legs and thigh 8 piece meal. I explained to the female who was taking my order that I would like it fresh. She said about just came up 5 minutes ago would that be okay. I explained to know my husband wants it just put down fresh because he got sick before from eating fast food that wasn't fresh. I explained to her that I was willing to wait while it cooked that it was no problem. She proceeded to tell me that the next batch goes down in 30 minutes did I want to wait. I was willing to wait for it to cook but not willing to wait 30 minutes before they put more chicken in the fryer. I always order from Kentucky Fried Chicken especially the North Park one here in San Diego California and they are always willing to put it down fresh for me that's even when I order a two piece or two boxes whatever well this time I was ordering a 8 piece and she couldn't put it down fresh I don't think that's right and I'm very upset.
