I bought $10 popcorn chicken and went home to find the popcorn quantity was very little... This is my home kfc I go every week.. I call to complain and anusala was very arragont... She said she can give me small popcorn or else I have to come right now to replace the $10 pop corn bucket... The weather was so bad so I tried telling her and she cared less... The small popcorn can not replace the $10 bucket... Filling the bucket with the small popcorn would not be enough... I tried telling anusala over the phone how that it still will not make it up... She cared less and asked me to come to store and replace it with a new bucket the very same day.. Otherwise she said to call head office and complain... She didn't give me receipt... So I had to go back and get the receipt and replace the bucket... The other girl who I found out packed my popcorn bucket earlier insulted me... She told me she doesn't pack like that and how she is replacing it because customer is always right at the end of the day,... I going it very insulting...
