After their failure to deliver flowers on mothers day a year ago I have been sent email solicitations relentlessly by justflowers.com. I have clicked the "unsubscribe" text at the bottom of the emails many times but am still receiving them. I even called the company and in spite of assurances that I had been removed from this company's email list I still receive this unwanted solicitation. I will never use this company again and will be sure to tell friends and neighbors never to use them. They are despicable!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have asked Just Flowers to stop sending me emails and they won’t. I have unsubscribe so many times and the email are still coming. I will never order anything from them. They did not deliver flowers to my mom for Mothers Day after promising it would be delivered.
What can be done to get them to stop.
Same here, I blocked their domain entirely from our email systems and they still manage to get emails through. Ordered once 6 years ago.
My flowers were delivered, I was satisfied, but then I started to receive unsolicited emails. I have tried to unsubscribe as shown a numbers of times, which works for about a month, and then the pleading hands appear from JustFlowers again and I am bombarded with emails.
I have the same problem. I sent flowers as a gift, I even upgraded so the arrangement had more flowers. They were NOT as described. There were fewer flowers than pictured and were not of high quality. I have been trying for over 2 years to unsubscribe. They are relentless.

Same here. Flowers were delivered ok but I have asked 11 time to stop sending emails only robe ignored!
I have the same issues with them, super annoying. Have unsubscribed 10 times if not more. Make it stop.
This horrible company failed to deliver for me 2 years ago and they bombard me with their promo emails still, even though I unsubsubscribe and block every message! This is an awful, inept business, I tell everyone not to use them, they are just all about the scam! IDIOTS
Over a year ago, flowers for my brother's funeral never showed up. I was so shocked and embarrassed. Like so many of you reviewers, I have unsubscribed many times since and keep getting bombarded with advertising emails. It's like they just keep digging up that bad memory. I would never use them again, as they lost my trust forever.
