They agreed to delivery the order to a hotel, and passed on the order to a "local florist" who sent the delivery person with only the first name of the guest, despite having full name and phone number on the order. The delivery person left with the order, unable to deliver. They never contacted myself or the intended recipient. My card was charged, and justflowers refused to help me, claiming that the order was delivered.
