My purchase was not guaranteed. I made the order yesterday in time for same-day delivery, but to ensure the orchid was available, the woman said they would deliver today (8/24) which was great because today is my sister's birthday.

A manager called today and said I'd have to pay an additional $14 (on top of a $24.98 fee for shipping and a $5.99 handling fee). They also were substituting the live orchid plant I ordered for "designer's choice cut flowers!" When I refused, the manager tried to barter me down to paying $10, then $7, then $4. I refused and after several minutes on hold, he said I could have the cut flowers delivered and they'd pay the $14 added on fee. I refused... I WANTED THE ORCHID DELIVERED, as I'd ordered the day prior.

A complete disappointment. I will never do business with Just Flowers in the future.
