I odered a buket of rosas from 416-Florist.com for my dauter's birthday. I wurte a beutiful messaje for the buket but when it arived, it was layt and ther was NO messaje or papar at all! My dauter texted us asking if we sent it. The arangement was very bad too. I called twise to talk to a supervisr but they said "it's not posibl." Why we need these bad companies in Canada? I wont order from them again! Big thumbs down!

I bought my girl custom flowers & a card from 416-florist.com. They charged me double and she didn't even get what I ordered. She got different & cheap flowers and a wrong card for someone else. I called them but they were unhelpful and rude. They even got mad when I asked to speak to the boss. I won't use them again, waste of money.

I order flowers from 416-Flowers and it's like the same thing as ***. They brought me the flowers and they didn't even look like what I saw on the website - they looked real different. I got The FTD Best Day Bouquet (#a1116 for $84.99) which is supposed to be colorful, but the flowers weren't even put together and the colors weren't even right. They said they would keep the colors correct but they didn't keep any of the orange lilies and instead put just white lilies and changed the purple roses to more pink ones. The sunflowers were also way too short and they put 'em under all the other flowers. Plus, only like, a couple of the lilies were open and they all died pretty fast. The flowers weren't even arranged, they just put them all in the vase however, and there were too many leaves from the roses and hardly any ferns.

I been calling them and emailing them but they won't give me my money back except for the delivery fee and vase cost. Waited mad long for them to answer my emails too but they still won't do it.

I order some flowers from 416-Florist on Aug 15 fordelivry on Aug 16. They said make sure it be open for business. I pay extra to get them delivered by 5pm on Aug 16 but they not come. I call them and they say they call me and email me but I no get. They say they drop off but I there until 6pm and never see nothing. I pay $100 for no flowers and they no give me money back. Bad service.

Ordered flowers for a pal on sept 24 and picked same-day delivery. Got a call the next day at 8 pm saying they couldn't deliver the flowers that day. Waited till the next day but then found out that they couldn't deliver the flowers at all. Demanded a refund, but was told that it would take 7-10 days and only one person did the refunds. Fast forward to oct 12 and still no money back. The manager is always busy and never returns calls. The order was $118.63 and all I want is my money back without chasing them. Help me please. I was told to show an image of what I got, so I did but have got no response. I can't speak to a manager for my refund, only they can give it. I paid extra for my order to come by 5pm, but it was not there. I talked to a representative about 5:40pm, but they couldn't get in touch with the driver for 5 times. They called me back after 30 minutes to tell me that they couldn't get a hold of the driver. I cancelled the order because it was too late to be delivered, but I'm still waiting to get my money back. At this point, I don't even care about the arrangement anymore. It was a beast of an arrangement that would only cost $20 at ***. I ordered the Elegant All White arrangement, which should have had tons of lilies, but I mostly got daisies and pods. The roses were mostly brown already, and it was not elegant by any measure.

I ordered a white wreath from 416-Florist on December 24, for a service on December 27 between 3:30PM to 5:30PM with four names on the banner. They charged me $289.47 including delivery of $14.99 + taxes and a banner for $17.99 + taxes. They charged my credit card before looking into my currency even though they operate from Toronto. I notified them but the rep showed attitude and said that he will look into it. The exchange was still not processing on December 27. I arrived at the service at 4:00PM to find no wreath installed. I called four times to know about the flowers. They informed me that the flowers will arrive before the service ends at 5:30. They arrived at 4:45PM when most of the guests had left. They missed one of the four names on the banner. They caused me distress, anger, and hopelessness.
