I ordered flowers several days before Mother's Day to be delivered by Thursday, May 8th. They weren't delivered, so I was sure they would be the next day. Not delivered that day either. I called and they said that they would be there on Saturday, May 10th. So, I believed them, and no delivery on Saturday or on Mother's Day. I got a notification on Mother's Day about the delay, and I just got another notification today about another delay. I went to their website and cancelled the order, but I did not receive and confirmation of that, so it continues. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED WITH.
Desired outcome: I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
