J&T Express Service sucks big time (j&t express 620373043262)

Bought pet food and Seller posted out of Kelantan very early. Here are the dates:

J&T Express Parcel yet to be delivered. Emails not answered

My parcel was picked up by the courier on the 4th of May 2020. Pick up point - PJ old town. Delivery address is in Puchong, so it's within Klang Valley. Since 9/5 till today 19/5 it shows parcel in transit. I have emailed them twice, with no reply other than the std automated reply. Where is my parcel? And pls reply to emails. The worse courier company ever.

J&T Express Delay in delivery

This company delivery services sucks to the core, super stupid customer service and complaint management.
All my parcels still stucked at their warehouse.
Parcel no:
[protected] - still with them since 9 may
[protected] - kept by J&T since 10 may
[protected] - kept by them since 14 may
Their service is sooo pundek like a super pundek snail express.. what express la pundek..

J&T Express Wrong address

here I want to let you know that my product is in the hands of others and not in my address. I gave the address correctly but the rider sent it to another address. Why does that have to happen? the fate of the person who got my goods called my number. if that person didn't tell me who's going to be compensated? while I have another item from different j & t but this one only goes to another address. please be careful when doing work

J&T Express Buku laporan

Patutnya buku tu kena ada dekat pensyarah saya hari ni. Hari ni ialah hari last tarikh submit tapi buku tak gerak2 daripada 13 may 2020. Dah 2 hari tak bergerak semlam dengan hari ni. Please urgent buku tu sangat penting untuk markah praktikal saya. Saya harap pihak awk dapat mempercepatkan penghataran buku tu pada pensyarah saya. Tanpa buku tu saya tak kan dapat tamatkan diploma saya. Hm

I odered my parcel at shopee on 2/5/2020 and the courier still didn't ship my parcel and no update from the courier. The seller has sent the parcel to the courier but no update at shopee apps.

J&T Express Item delay with no reason and no updates

I have monitor online for few days, my item just didn't update since 9th MAY 2020, I wonder where it goes and why for 3 days of waiting until today still not receive yet. Please get back to me ASAP. Or at least please update your portal and let me know where exactly my items location. Please call me at [protected], if there's any problem, as your J&T hotline can never get through.

J&T Express Lousy service and unarriving parcel!!!

J&t has no effort in handling customer service at all! My last time to use such [censored]ty company. Any advice if we could take the complaint to the next scalmy parcel tracking number: [protected]

Issue: the parcel was picked up since 6th may 2020, while up to today your customer service are still unable to tell me which branch exactly my parcel is!

Complaints: while most of your customer services tried to be as friendly as possible, the overall procedures are not humanise!
(i) I have approached ms mas and ms kani while they tried to assist me to get m parcel soonest. Anyhow a the promised date and time by ms kani (before 5pm, 8th may) did not meet.
(ii) have you tried you fb live chat? Do j&t know what fb live chat means? My inquiries were not entertained is 1 thing, the automated reply after I selected the live chat (which was replied hours later) are the thing that pissed me off!
(iii) it takes me fastest 35 minutes to be able to reach your customer services, not to mentioned that your brand do not pickup calls! I have called 3 branches so far (puchong bdr puteri, puchong jaya, puchong bandar kinrara) and none of them, none pickup my calls.
(iv) irresponsible team leader like mr anwar (your customer service does not want to reveal full name, what a joke) that did not and have not assisting customer and your customer service to settle their issue. Please define what is customer service, and why would someone that do not care about customer service are appointed as a team lead?
(v) remarks and instruction from your cs was filed since 7th may and up to date none of my request has been fulfilled, worse still, there is no update at all from what I have been requested, even if I did ask your cs to feedback to me.
(vi) confusion! From first attempt of self collection (8th may) at bandar puteri branch, I was told that the parcel is in puchong jaya/puchong utama by the puchong jaya supervisor that's currently training at bandar puteri branch after a 2-hour queue. It was customer service that told me so that the parcel is in bandar puteri by the way. Anyhow I was told that the parcel are delivered to bandar kinrara from bandar puteri by 10th may. Bandar puteri branch? What happened to "the parcel is in puchong jaya/puchong utama branch by that stupid fellar from bandar puteri branch (he claims he is the supervisor for puchong jaya branch, name yaakob etc...)
(v) when I visit your bandr kinrara branch earlier today (11th may) I was told that the parcel is still on its way from bandar puteri to bandar kinrara. Hello, it was your customer service that told me it's in bandar kinrara already when I called them by 10th may! And how far is it from bandar puteri puchong to bandar kinrara puchong? You could travel through and forth penang already wtih that time frame!
(vi) your customer service personnel (kani, mas, hakimi, zura) all of them claims that they have leave a note to your branch to call and update but the branches I visited says they did not receive a single note.
(vii) have you een check ow many complaints in your facebook? If you do not wish to respond to your customer from your social media page, please don't create a social media page. You and your management do not understand the basic use of a social media page.

This case has been delaying from 7th may - today (11th may) with no solution. I have only been asking 2 simple question:
1) where is the stupid parcel!
2) when can I collect it since your stupid company can't even fulfill that simple task that we paid for. I don need you to deliver if you cant do so, I can do self pickup and even so you can"t even trace were the [censored] is my parcel? E? Damn pissed with their service!

J&T Express Lost parcel under jnt

Pekerja jnt tak bertanggungjawab, tak amanah, kalau tulis description barang mahal berharga terus curi. Hilang under jnt. Lepas tu nak claim banyak cekadak pulak jnt ni. Kalau cuai tertulis kat description tu barang mahal tak semestinya kena curi dan hilang! Kalau memang tak amanah macam tu, tak payah buka syarikat kurier servis! Shame on your service!

J&T Express Riders attitude

Rider dari hub PJS035 sangat kurang adab. Call tanpa beritahu reason tiba2 mahu nom ic cust. Bila cust tanya, dia boleh ugut yang dia mahu letak "cust tak nak sign". Walhal dia letak barang dipintu. Sekiranya saya tak dengar ketukkan dari pihak rider j&t mungkin itu slh saya. Tp rider/staff tak sepatutnye bersikap kurang ajar. Dan sekiranya saya dapat pggilan dan pggilan itu dari scammer, pihak j&t mahu bertanggungjwp terhadap maklumat sulit saya? Harap dapat perbaiki dari segi layanan service. Selamat berpuasa

J&T Express I didn’t receive my parcel!

I have ordered something from ‘Shopee' Online Shopping. 8th April I've received email from Shopee ‘YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED'. How can they marked as ‘DELIVERED' when nobody wasn't there? My company was closed for MCO (movement control order) since 23rd March. If nobody there just give a call. we can arrange some other time. i made once report at Cust Service via J&T hotline number. Until now still no action n result from them. Ive called J&T Branch Kota Damansara many time n no one pickup my call. I can't go there (J&T Kota Damansara Branch) bcause of MCO. If not i will find out yr staff who's made deliver my parcel on that day n i will waiting there until i get my parcel! Where is your responsibility? Do i need to teach them how to trace who's ‘deliverd' the parcel on that day? They just need less than 24hours to trace their staff ‘who delivered' my parcel actually. Just call your branch at Kota Damansara n ask manager who's was working n made delivery on that day. Don't u have system to track all the staff attended clock in n out record? Before this your service very good and got no problem at all! But now ive got a problem. PLEASE, I WANT n I NEED MY PARCEL. Maybe RM50 is small for u. But RM50 is big for me n now I'M SO FRUSTRATED WITH J&T COURIER SERVICES.

I had sent a parcel to the customer at Negeri Sembilan on 06/04/20 and the next day which was 07/04/20 I checked by tracking the parcel already arrived at DAERAH SEREMBAN and until now 16/04/20 aso my parcel stuck at there.. It almost 11 days. Customer waited to received the parcel... That's very urgent... customer aso chase us for the parcel.. I call ur...

J&T Express Barang tidak sampai ke penerima

Dalam sistem ditulis delivered tapi sy tidak terima barang tersebut. Jika diteliti waktu delivery pada 10.4.2020 pada jam 1904 dan delivered pada waktu 1914.Hanya mengambil masa 10 minit dan ianya adalah sangat tidak masuk akal langsung.
Saya telah pun menghubungi pihak jnt pada 11.4.2020 namun sehingga hari ini (13.4.2020) saya masih belum terima barang saya.

J&T Express Items not received

Please refer my tracking No. [protected] stuck in sg gadut warehouse..since 4april till 11april...7 days.
How many days should i wait..too bad and to slow your service. Call your call centre everyday reason the items at sg gadut and sent a report to warehouse but till now no respond.
In FB all the complaint they made it is true..I will make compaint to shopee for this kind of service..

J&T Express Service teruk / office x pickup call

Barang x sampai lgi dah tunggu lama. Bila track tgok kat shoppe kata ada kat storage hub kwsan seberang perai tengah. Bila tracking guna j&t tracking kata barang smpai lewat ke drop point. Aku call x angkat pon nk jgk tahu apa solution yg korang bole buat kalau barang jdi mcm tuh xkn nk suruh aku tunggu smpai berbulan kot. Sekurang²nya angkatlah bila ada customer call mna tahu hal penting terdesak perlukan parcel tu segera.. Pls tolong perbaiki service

J&T Express My parcel still does not being delivered to me even after it has arrived at the drop point

The seller had shipped the parcel on 29/3 and arrived at that drop point on 2/4, the thing is my parcel does not being delivered to me after that and when I want to call them, they didn't even picked up my call at all. Now, what should I do? Did I just had to wait for another 100 year or what?! Please solve this problem! What waste of time using this service!

Bad service! Brg kirim 30/3/20, trac tulis 2/4/20 dah sampai, tapi langsung tak de pun! Call pun langsung tak jawap! Sdh call 3 hari! Tidak bertanggungjawab betul. I hanya nak settle je, jika tak de hal I pun tak akan call kan? Akhirnya dpt call main office, tapi kata parcel dah lepas 24jam, tak blh make complaint! Ape mcm skrg? Sila bg sy jawapan secepat mungkin, parcel ni urgent!
