Saya sangat2 tidak puas hati dengan servis j&t rompin pahang. You dah hantar barang okay lah terima kasih sangat2. Tapi tak perlu sampai campak barang. Very2 rude. Paling kurang ajar dah langgar pasu bunga sampai pecah tak reti nak minta maaf. Bukan minta ganti rugi pun. Servis paling teruk kat kuala rompin ni 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

barang telah di hantar oleh penjual pada 28 julai 2020... barang telah dihantar ke cawangan terbesar (mungkin) mahkota impian ke penang 999 pada hari yang sama... malangnya tiada pergerakan perjalanan barang yang dihantar dari tatikh yg dihantar hingga sekarang 5 ogos 2020

This fellow reach my house at 12:57pm and call me to pick up the parcel. I am not available at the moment, Then he ASK me to meet at KTM station at 8PM sharp to get the parcel. When I reach KTM station at 8PM and called him, he just went out from house. And only reach at 8:20PM. He NEVER say a single apologize on his lateness. What a RUDE service.

non stop loudly talk to customer.
never ever admit his own problem of sent to wrong address, but keep complaining is customer provide wrong address to him.

Please gv him a super bad review. he is not suitable to serve J&T customer at all.

Kenapa barang yang di hantar kepada saya j&t koyakkan! Sebab apa nak belahkan kotak yg seller hantar kepada saya? Sbb nak tengok brg apa yg di hantar ke? Lps tu nk mencuri brg customer ke! Kurang ajar betul!

Hi, a complain is a little bit extreme, I just would like to be informed when I am about to receive a package, someone is receiving packages for me because i'm living too far but my phone # is indicated on the package, I need to be informed when I will get a package that I drop the money to the one who receive it, order 770027036375was delivered yesterday but money was not there because I was not informed, it will be delivered again today. Other package [protected] was delivered as well without warning, luckely it was a small amount so the person who received it paid from her pocket,

Gud day! Gusto ko lang e complaint yung j&t rider niyo na my mobile number na [protected] hindi ko kasi nakuha pangalan niya nung tinatawagan ko ulit ayaw niya na sagutin... Today lang nangyari 06/10/2020, tinawagan ako ng rider na lumabas nasa parking area daw siya para kunin yung order ko ang problema wala ako sa store ngayon dahil alternate lang ang pasok namin... ang sabe ko kuya baka pwede ka pumasok nalang kasi wala ako sa store ang sabe niya hindi siya makapasok dahil maraming dala magtawag nalang daw ako ng kukuha.. kaso wala rin akong matatawag kasi nga kulang sa tao at busy sila ang ending lumayas si rider at hindi na deneliver yung order ko which is nanduon na siya maglalakad lang ng kunti... anong klaseng service meron kayo j&t meron kayong mga rider na batugan hindi ata nila gusto ang trabaho nila at tinatamad silang ihatid yung mga order namin bayad din namin yung deliver ah...

Servis sgt bgus. Cepat cuma pekerja tidak mesra. Bila nak pick up barang di branch jnt yg berdekatan pekerja malas nak cari. Di musim pkp ni ramai org. Bila ramai org akan beratur. Ada setengah org urgent nak guna barang. Datang dari jauh2 utk pick up barang tp pekerja bagi banyak alasan. Sy harap j&t akan ambik tindakan pada pekerja yg mcm ni.

Rude dispatcher [protected]

Rider dari j&t dp simpangampat 01 sangat kurang ajar. Call tanpa beritahu reason tiba2 mahu nom ic cust. Bila cust tanya, dia boleh ugut yang dia mahu letak "cust tak nak sign". Walhal dia letak barang dipintu. Sekiranya saya tak dengar ketukkan dari pihak rider j&t mungkin itu slh saya. Tp rider/staff tak sepatutnye bersikap kurang ajar buat malu kita orang melayu aje. Dan sekiranya saya dapat pggilan dan pggilan itu dari scammer, pihak j&t mahu bertanggungjwp terhadap maklumat sulit saya? Harap dapat perbaiki dari segi layanan service.

My parcel since 30.05.2020 stuck at KUL gateway PJS035 and not received yet. Tracking number [protected]. Please check and send the parcel faster.
Call customer service also only operating system answer. No proper feebback also.

Saya memesan barang di shopee dan seller telah pos pada 17hb may. Tetapi barang saya masih berada di sgb gateway hub999 bermula 18hb may sehingga kini 4 june dan telah hampir 17 hari di sana. I even ask him to reply asap but he did not reply. I texted him 5/30/20 01:32pm. I waited for his reply but nothing. Delivery failed due to (Customer is unavailable). How messed up is this. The incompetence of your delivery man will lead me to be blocked by the seller or rather Shoppe. Please correct this or I'll share to the media what kind of delivery man/employee your company is employing.

I ordered a product on shopee. The seller ship it fast but the shipping company J&T didn't sent it fast! Parcel not yet deliver since it has been two weeks. Still pending at SGB gateway! Please check with my item and deliver it quickly! J&T must improve their service as well otherwise people will not trust your service and using other shipping company. Thanks.
