My Paypal account was charged $29.00 on 3/28/25 by shipmentprotect.com and I did not order anything from you. You need to credit my Palpal account with $29.00. The transaction #2012337242606152T is all the information that I have or was given and I will protest it. I did not authorize any of this and I expest a credit yo be issued to my paypal account.

Told me I made a purchase on 2/4 (doesn’t show on my card) and subscribed to have my package protected( I know I didn’t subscribe for anything) I’m sure they are a scam. Kept getting hung up on when I called customer service
I did not order this, very distraught over this violation of my privacy and personnel freedom. Money was not otherized and my account has been jeopardized by this unotherized transaction.

Please cancel my subscription to shipment protect I do not get any shipments. And do not know how you are taking 29.00 dollars a month from me when I am not getting shipments. How is this possible? Do I have to cancel my card?
