Delivery stuck
I shoulg have the item in8/12/22 but until now(10/12/22) , i still haven't get it. It was delivered 27/11/22 it almost 2 weeks ... It stuck Transit Center JTI FREIGHT 999( kuala lumpur ) for 9 days 1-now/12/22 . Do something about it. My item's ship code is [protected]

Delivery Delay
The parcel was supposed to be delivered since Dec 2, then, the date in the app changed again to Dec 5. We called many times to follow up but until now we havent received the parcel. (They mentioned they will check it but what happened?) It's already Dec 6 and we need it tonight. Their logistics and customer service is terrible. Absolutely unacceptable. Turns out ordering early is useless when you have J&T express as your courier because they always deliver late.(Tried sending a complaint through their site...apparently it wouldn't record haha)
Desired outcome: I want my parcel delivery by tomorrow.

Pada 02 Disember, 2022 telah menghantar satu barang (iaitu komputer) kepada Mr Chia di Ampang Selangor, barang (komputer) tersebut telah sampai kepada penerima tetapi barang (komputer) tersebut pecah, komputer tersebut telah dibalut dengan bubble wrap dan di tampal sticker Fragile pada kotak barang itu (kotak J&T) . Hilang dah kepercayaan aku dekat j&t. Ko ingat barang murah ker? Ko senang-senang hilangkan atau kata lain mencuri. Tidak aku halalkan.. Neraka la aku doakan tempat kau yang mencuri dan tidak amanah. Tolong buat gantirugi semula. Jangan ko nak ambil mudah. Semacam scammer perangai. Ko tukar status 'delivered' lepastu ko letak pic siapa2 dengan parcel bungkusan yang lain (aku cam parcel aku hantar) pastu seolah2 penerima dah terima barang. Senang kerja kau kan. Sangat biadab cara kau ambil barang orang. Sampai harini penerima tak terima satu barang pun. Sepatut j&t perketatkan sop.. Pastikan call/ sms/whatsapp penerima dan perlu tunjuk bukti pada j&t juga sebagai report penghantaran selesai atau tidal. Aku mohon ganti rugi bersih atas kecurian barang aku hantar oleh j&t!.
J&T BAYAN LEPAS 301: Parcel delay 2 days eventho pay for next day delivery
I have send the parcel and paid for the next day delivery on 02/12/2022 but the parcel still on hold by J&T Bayan Lepas 301. The receiver should received the parcel on the next day which is Saturday 03/12/2022. I had called J&T service centre and they said they will deliver my parcel today 04/12/2022. But the system still show status that parcel on hold and its not moving. Please do your job properly.

Delivery Rider
I purchased a lapel for my but later changed my mind, so I cancelled it however the store continued to deliver my package. In order to cancel that order, I texted the delivery driver. After that, I assumed everything was fine, but when my order was delivered the next time, the driver was really unpleasant and disrespectful. He even claimed to my friends that I always fail to pick up a package, although in reality, it only happens once. He never hesitates to criticize about me or use words that genuinely destroy my day. A really terrible attitude, It's as if there is no concept of customer service. I have never before experienced a driver of this caliber, and I sincerely hope I won't. I am a devoted shopaholic, yet doing so has scarred me. I hope not to see the driver again, so please escalate the situation. Please send corrective action if there is a means to do so.

Scam mystery parcel worth of ₱499.00
The mystery parcel contains 1 wipes, a headset and 1 cookware cleaner. The seller said that the mystery parcel has a gadget but it's nothing. The sender is Terra Box said to by famous group and their groul had been broadcast on T. v channel of KMJS. The address of sender is Agusan-Del-Norte, Butuan-City, Agusan-Del-Norte/Butuan-City-Masao/Logistic Hub. It is free shipping, COD and said to be 7 pieces but the parcel I received was 3 pieces only.

I receive message from no [protected] stated the my parcel already arrive at J&T Sarawak 301. They give me 2 option either to collect b4 6pm or they return my parcel. This is unreasonable to pay for delivery yet I still have to collect the parcel and intimidate to resend my parcel. Do better.

Rude rider behavior
I would like to complain Kent John Lumantas for his rude behavior and poor customer service. tinakbo ang sukli ko khit ₱16 lng yun. nag txt ako sa knya ibalik mo sukli ko. na receive ko ang aking parcel around 4.40pm, nkuha ko ang ₱16 na sukli ko almost 6pm na may kasamang maanghang na salita, siya pa ang galit. he recorded our phone call conversation and kinuhanan pa nya ako ng video during confrontation namin without my consent at mismo sa private property ko pa. binantaan pa nya akong isusumbong daw nya ako sa uncle niyang pulis at kakasuhan daw ako ng slander by deed. pls take immediate disciplinary action with this mentioned rider ng di na nya maulit sa iba pa nyang magiging customer, grabe sya maka threat ng customers nya. thank u po

Rider tagged parcel delivery as Buyer is Unreachable
Earlier today, November 26, 2022, I let my mother know in advance that the product I ordered from shopee will be delivered today as it was tagged as "Parcel is Out for Delivery" in the shopee app upon checking. This afternoon, my mother received a call from this J&T rider, and went out of the house shortly after, but the rider was NO WHERE to be found. I had an experience with J&T before where they lost my parcel but I just let it pass because Zalora was kind enough to refund my payment fast. This is really disappointing.

Irresponsible delivery rider
There's this delivery rider who is so very irresponsible to his job. Sending my parcel to its original sender (RTS) without my permission and he did it countless time to the point my COD option in payment is blocked. Since I transferred a home address, unluckily, the rider assigned to my area is irresponsible. The previous rts he did is— somehow, I just ignore it. But the last time he did it again November 21-23, 2022 (delivery date), and that parcel contained my vitamins which I think can be easily found in Online Store because my vitamins is not popular to the area where I'm in. Since he sent it back to its sender, then as of the moment, I don't have any vitamin to take.
Desired outcome: Give him a warning or better, train him again and remind what's his job (to deliver, not to rts the parcel without customer's permission.) Firing or terminate him to his job is also good.

So that how it start I order a thing via shopee, when the seller already send my thing to J&t,at first everything is all right, my thing manage to arrive to Johor from Penang. That when all the problem start, during the morning shopee said that the item is out for delivery, I waited until 10pm then it said unsuccessful delivery due to bad weather but bad weather only happens during the evening. From 9am to 4pm,where the hell is the courier, why can't he delivery between this time because other company deliver thing about 1 or 2 hours. That not all, the next day morning, 9pm shopee said that the item is out for delivery so I waited until it said unsuccessful delivery due to bad weather. I was so confused because the whole day, the weather was godamn fine, it sunny day, the wind was warm. I just feel unbelievable because J&t just lied to me for unknown reason
Reported failed delivery
Received text on 13th November, item out for delivery. Item never delivered or attempted delivery. On checking my account notification of failed delivery receiver refused delivery. This is an absolute lie, no one attempted to deliver my item at my home. Photo of proof of delivery was not of my property and may have been a photo of the moon for all I know. This is not a good way of providing an honest paid service. The only saving grace is that the delivery is C.O.D and has not yet been paid for. Please provide an honest service or close down your company.

Parcel on Hold at CDC Tampoi from 26th of October (Complaint 7 Nov)
Parcel was delivered to J&T Express counter in Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam to be delivered to Johor Bahru. Item sent on the 25th October, arrived on the 26th in Johor based on the tracker but has been on hold or either comment bad weather for status update.
Received customer complaint that item has not arrived. Please update or at least call. Screen shot of tracker as per atttachments.
