I was anxiously waiting for a package to be delivered anytime this week because the last time I checked, the status of the package said that it was arriving in my city and I tried to check its update again on the app just today and it said “failed delivery attempt because customer was unavailable” on the 15th of december 2022 8:11pm and I didn’t receive a single call or text message earlier stating that I was supposed to recieve my package today. It is currently the 16th of Dec. 2022. I just find it unjust how it’s labeled that it was my fault when I wasn’t even given any notice that I was gonna recieve anything today and I find it odd that the time stamp said 8pm when, as far as I know, no J&T Express riders deliver during those hours.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response or atleast change the status on the app. I understand every job is overwhelming at times but it doesn’t have to resort to blaming others for something they didn’t do and wasn’t even aware about it.
Shein parcel
My order from shein already arrived from my destination however the driver can't contact me because my phone is lost. My adress is clearly indicated that the driver can deliver it door to door. It has room number and a building number and the name on the condo and adress. The driver just waited outside and upon checking on the app in shein. the driver took a picture that the customer which is me is unable to reach so he can't deliver my order. I don't understand how driver in your company didn't even use their common sense when in fact my full address is clearly indicated. The other delivery company can even deliver my order without having to call me because my full adress is very easy to understand. I need my order now because it's already paid off. Don't do this to your customers.
Desired outcome: I want to receive my order now!!!!!
Staff at subang usj9
Went there quite often, in the morning arond 9am, the same malay girl with yellow short hair, petite size always says no money to change, rude plus grumpy. She even asked me how now I got no money and you cannot pay cash. I'm a customer's, giving jnt businesses and she is rejecting business. Since she knows that she hv no change, find a solution! Customers are not paid for problem solving! Use to use jnt service 40 times a month but now use others (pos laju, ninja). Please teach your front liners to be courteous and smile (usj9, female staff). Jnt use to hv a bunch of friendly staff before it was taken over recently. Dissapointed with the new management, tidak apa attitude on recruiting staff (rude, unfreindly, lack of knowledge). Jnt gonna lose big money if you keep this rude staff thingy going.
Desired outcome: Courteos, friendly staff and PLSSSSS Prepare CHANGEEEEE for your staff. Educate and prepare SOP manual for staff on preparation for morning opening
Rider is very rude and needs to be discipline
I waited for my parcel since Dec 12,2022 since the tracking showed it was out for delivery. What I got was text messages at 930 PM that it was rescheduled. Same goes on Dec 13 a text message was received 1124 PM my parcel was rescheduled. Until Dec 14, I waited but I left the house 430pm for my check up when my parcel arrived but no one to receive. RIDER called me but told him will call him back. As soon as I got back home after an hour and a half tried to call RIDER and ask if he can go back to my address but said to me instead that my parcel was back to the hub and he was in Royal South ONLY ha! As I was trying to explain the RIDER hang up on me and send me text messages that are not acceptable for me. I have been using J&T even before but never a rider been RUDE to me just like this RIDER of my parcel tracking no. [protected]. There was 1 time happened also no one to receive my parcel and the rider with no hesitation and complain return back to my address as he was only in Royal South. He just finished delivering all parcels on that area but he managed to come back to my address. Now this RIDER you sent me was very rude and needs to be discipline on how to treat customers. Thank you I do hope you will do your part to what my concern was

Mishandled package
The box was damaged when it arrived.(a j & t box) It was evident that it was not properly handled during transit.
The package was send thru J & T Kamuning Branch and the destination is Tacloban City, Leyte Philippines. The tracking number is : [protected]. This was shipped on December 5, 2022.
Irresponsible company that refuse to take responsibilty for damaged item
Those sending items via courier beware! EasyParcel Singapore and J&T Express refuse to take responsibility for damaging my parcel. Customer received the item and the entire parcel was wet and the item inside was soaked with water. The box was torn and the item was damaged.
Wrote it to them and they refuse to compensate saying that the packaging was improper, I need to affix a fragile sticker, bubble wrap everything and ensure there is no space in the box. I am also told to packed in a double walled box with further padding.
As expected, they find lot of excuses to push the responsibility away. STAY AWAY.
Delivery stuck
I shoulg have the item in8/12/22 but until now(10/12/22) , i still haven't get it. It was delivered 27/11/22 it almost 2 weeks ... It stuck Transit Center JTI FREIGHT 999( kuala lumpur ) for 9 days 1-now/12/22 . Do something about it. My item's ship code is [protected]
Desired outcome: Please ship it ,asap . I need that item

10 december 2022 11.10am receive item. Sorry I felt disappointed service from J&T. before being delivered the 2 items were in good condition and the sticker was placed (FRAGILE). Please take action and take responsibility for this or reclaim it in the original or money

Delivery Delay
The parcel was supposed to be delivered since Dec 2, then, the date in the app changed again to Dec 5. We called many times to follow up but until now we havent received the parcel. (They mentioned they will check it but what happened?) It's already Dec 6 and we need it tonight. Their logistics and customer service is terrible. Absolutely unacceptable. Turns out ordering early is useless when you have J&T express as your courier because they always deliver late.(Tried sending a complaint through their site...apparently it wouldn't record haha)
Desired outcome: I want my parcel delivery by tomorrow.

J&T BAYAN LEPAS 301: Parcel delay 2 days eventho pay for next day delivery
I have send the parcel and paid for the next day delivery on 02/12/2022 but the parcel still on hold by J&T Bayan Lepas 301. The receiver should received the parcel on the next day which is Saturday 03/12/2022. I had called J&T service centre and they said they will deliver my parcel today 04/12/2022. But the system still show status that parcel on hold and its not moving. Please do your job properly.
Desired outcome: Please arrange deliver the parcel ASAP

Delivery Rider
I purchased a lapel for my but later changed my mind, so I cancelled it however the store continued to deliver my package. In order to cancel that order, I texted the delivery driver. After that, I assumed everything was fine, but when my order was delivered the next time, the driver was really unpleasant and disrespectful. He even claimed to my friends that I always fail to pick up a package, although in reality, it only happens once. He never hesitates to criticize about me or use words that genuinely destroy my day. A really terrible attitude, It's as if there is no concept of customer service. I have never before experienced a driver of this caliber, and I sincerely hope I won't. I am a devoted shopaholic, yet doing so has scarred me. I hope not to see the driver again, so please escalate the situation. Please send corrective action if there is a means to do so.

Scam mystery parcel worth of ₱499.00
The mystery parcel contains 1 wipes, a headset and 1 cookware cleaner. The seller said that the mystery parcel has a gadget but it's nothing. The sender is Terra Box said to by famous group and their groul had been broadcast on T. v channel of KMJS. The address of sender is Agusan-Del-Norte, Butuan-City, Agusan-Del-Norte/Butuan-City-Masao/Logistic Hub. It is free shipping, COD and said to be 7 pieces but the parcel I received was 3 pieces only.

I receive message from no [protected] stated the my parcel already arrive at J&T Sarawak 301. They give me 2 option either to collect b4 6pm or they return my parcel. This is unreasonable to pay for delivery yet I still have to collect the parcel and intimidate to resend my parcel. Do better.

Rude rider behavior
I would like to complain Kent John Lumantas for his rude behavior and poor customer service. tinakbo ang sukli ko khit ₱16 lng yun. nag txt ako sa knya ibalik mo sukli ko. na receive ko ang aking parcel around 4.40pm, nkuha ko ang ₱16 na sukli ko almost 6pm na may kasamang maanghang na salita, siya pa ang galit. he recorded our phone call conversation and kinuhanan pa nya ako ng video during confrontation namin without my consent at mismo sa private property ko pa. binantaan pa nya akong isusumbong daw nya ako sa uncle niyang pulis at kakasuhan daw ako ng slander by deed. pls take immediate disciplinary action with this mentioned rider ng di na nya maulit sa iba pa nyang magiging customer, grabe sya maka threat ng customers nya. thank u po
