Fake parcel
On January 08 ,2022 at 1 :23 in the afternoon a j&t rider delivered 3 parcel on our house . The 2 parcel is correct , problem is on the 3rd parcel . Yes we are expecting a parcel worth one thousand pesos for a dishwasing liquid but that was ordered by my brother not my father who is a senior citizen already. The parcel was received by my 16 years old sister hence did not hesitate to received the parcels . Upon checking the parcel was not a dishwashing liquid . Its a rugged box with a lot of way bill stack on it. Listed on the fake waybill is my dads name sesenando toyado and our address the product type listed is a SACK worth 1099 pesos but the one on the box is a broken lampshade . I did visited the Abangan DH J&T and they mention it was order thru facebook. My father who is a senior citizen did not order anything online . Its alarming that J&t would allow this kind of parcel to be delivered . Its evident that there are a lot of way bills that is posted on the box. We want to received a full refund of this item . And its also alarming that there are 2 people using one account for j&t riders . I track the details of the order and it shows that a certain ALJAY REBUDLO delivered it but when we confronted the rider he mention that there is another person using his account for delivering parcel . That person was caught on cctv when he arrived at out front house he is already holding on to this box . I hope youy can action on this matter .
Hi good day! My complain is about the parcel that I have received earlier which is not my original parcel.
My original order was a GOMO Sim unli for 30 days and the parcel that I had received was only a SMART LTE Ready Upgrade sim which costs 10pesos. When I checked the details, the tracking number and the name of the seller were different and all the other informations were the same. So I think this parcel was a product of scam. Can you locate who send me this parcel? I paid 719 with the rider and I want to recover it. Pickup Service
I made a return pickup request on Wednesday and called in on Friday at 5pm to remind your staff not to forget to come and pickup the items, but in the end, till now, 7pm no one came.
Tomorrow is Saturday and the next earliest pickup will be on Mon and because of this horrible and terrible service of your company, my return/refund will be delayed.
Moreover, I have 2 Dr appointments on Monday and will not be in to wait for the pickup. How are you going to compensate the loss of time and delay? I have also informed Shoppee about your delay.
Desired outcome: Should my return/refund gets rejected because of the delay by your company, you are liable to either explain to Shoppee or compensate me if Shoppee rejected my request.

Unsuccesful delivery
Got a message on jan 2 at 10:50 that my package was unsuccessful for "invalid customer address" despite it being double-checked correctly and lazada has been having successful deliveries at the same address. I'm super disappointed especially since i've been waiting for my package for quite a few days now. Not to mention that the courier did not message or call me.
Desired outcome: I would like for my package to be given, supposedly today.
Delivered to other person

Rider was pissed on me because i was not on the location
I was on my grandmother's house when the rider called and i said I'm not on the location then i wait until 6 P.M. and the rider didn't call or text so i left on my grandmother's house because i have something to do and my mother received the call at 7 P.M. and my mother said the rider is mad at me and told my mother that the item will be returned to seller because the rider was pissed on me and i thought it needs 2 failed delivery attempts to returned it to the seller but how did the rider return it in 1 failed delivery attempt
Desired outcome: I hope the rider would understand that I'm busy because it's holiday season and try to call or text in advance if the rider was near on the location and not call or text when the rider arrives

Deliver has already pass its EDD!!!!
Its the week before the holidays I ordered my items last week and sellers even made sure to shipped out my orders on time so that it will arrive at my location/home before the Christmas holiday! But, it got stuck to one of your hub for almost 4 days?! 4days?! 4 items are stuck on your hub and is not moving! and none of your support can be reached to help me out?!
Desired outcome: I want all my orders be delivered by tom or I'll file a complain to right government branch!!!!!
Delivery not on time
I ordered in Lazada last December 13, J&T is the courier. The app says that my delivery date will be on 19th of december. But it's 20th of december already and havent receive my parcel. The parcel is already in the local hub of J&T in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro last 17 of december, as updated by the app. All of my parcels are already in the local hub, but J&T haven't deliver it yet. Its taking so long to deliver.
Desired outcome: Deliver the parcels on time. Be true to your promises. Never let your customer wait and be disappointed.
Delayed Delivery
Dec. 9, 2022, my parcel was shipped in Negros Occidental. It contains, my Valid ID, and some foods from my relatives. Since then, I've been tracking my parcel in the app and in the website to make sure it's moving. The last movement of my parcel was Dec. 16,2022 around 8A.M, in transit from Valenzuela- Quezon City. How come it consumed 4 days to travel up until today, it does not arrived in Quezon City?
Desired outcome: I just wanted my parcel to arrived before the end of the week. I shipped it through this courier because I trusted your company. Now, I think, I made a big mistake.
delivery delay
I have an order with J&T as the courier. It arrived at J&T's hub/warehouse here in my locality at December 14. Usually, I would already have received the item on the same day or the day after (Dec. 15).
However, it's already December 19 and still no movement from the company. I have filed a complaint to this courier before also because of the same issue.
One of their rider told me that it is due to the sense of irresponsibility of their tenured riders who refuse to deliver some items.
Please help, i am so frustrated already.
Desired outcome: Prompt delivery & sanction/dismissal of the riders or the responsible individuals
Wrong tagging! Extremely poor service
Seller here, the riders are all busy, loaded with work but j&t does not even bother to add more workers to their team of logistics. J & t is already a multi-million company but the service is extremely undesirable especially for online sellers whose main bread and butter is customer satisfaction. But due to its far beyond compare poor service, clients are losing trust especially to its wrong tagging. Since the conception of our small business, j&t is always a big dilemma when assigned as the delivery courier. Wrong tagging is a constant problem:
Pickup attempt was unsuccessful: seller is not available or not on location
Imagine! Seller is not available or not on location! How come? We are always at the disposal of all courier services since we are running a business. Hind na nga na pick up ang mga items on time (need to always rearrange pick up schedule, and pag hndi na pwede sa system, you need to call j&t hotline na! Good riddance we have a landline... Paano yun ibang seller na asa province?), kami pang mga seller ang unvailable! Naman, j&t! Please! Do no lie, already double jeopardy! Will it really harm if the tagging is the true reason of unsuccessful delivery like:
- delivery attempt was unsuccessful :insufficient time
- delivery attempt was unsuccessful :buyer requested to reschedule or not on location
Very valid reasons above are copied from one of the couriers that cater to us. See? So sincere and true...
Please! We are almost at the end of the year, change your logistic manager! Handle your branches with an iron fist! Improve your business! Add more people or stop your business if you cannot handle all the pick ups!
On the other side of the coin, in terms of fairness:
1) j&t has 24/7 hotline, a good thing
2) once picked, delivery is fast
3) riders are courteous and good mannered (but then again always tend to or maybe forced to use wrong tagging due to j&t's incompetence in handling manpower or lack of option to choose from in its system)
However, let me reiterate... Please improve your service.. Otherwise your business days will soon be over due to unacceptable business ethics and practices.
Same scenario sa amin. Naapektuhan na yung rating ng shop namin dahil sa Failed pick up na wala naman talagang pumupunta na Rider. Please J&T improve your service at sa manpower.

Shein Parcel
I was very frustrated when I track my parcel in your tracking site. It is stated there that I am "unreachable" when your delivery rider did not even bother to contact me even once! I even reach out to the delivery rider (which name and phone number is given in your tracking site) but I received no response. I tried calling him but he's the one who's unreachable. I waited for almost 2 weeks for that parcel. SHEIN already emailed me saying that I only have 24 hours to receive the parcel or it will be returned to the seller which clearly I don't want to happen.
Please do something about this. I am hoping for your immediate and prompt response.

I ship my parcel dec 14 expecting ito to be deliver dec 15 or 16 but until not it's status is not moving from Dec 15 departure from Valenzuela usually are parcel takes only 1day shipping.and we don't know where to call to check our parcel.
