J&T Express

My parcel was to be delivered last August 11, 2023, but I was unable to receive the parcel because I was away. I received a text message on August 13, 2023 at around 9 PM that my parcel was going to be delivered. By August 14, 2023, I received the same text message. To my surprise, Shopee notified me that the parcel will be returned to the Sender. This infuriated me as the rider did not make any delivery attempts nor contacted me.

My order was out for delivery on Aug 2, 2023. I have already received a text message stating that I should prepare the exact amount. That being said, I am clearly reachable. I waited the whole day but nothing arrived and I didn't hear anything from the rider. When I checked the status on shopee, it stated that I was unreasonable. There was never an attempt to reach me. This is unlawful and it's muddying my credibility. I am also confused because the name of the rider was different in the app and in the message that I received.

I posted this parcel on 28th july at J&T Bayan baru around 3 PM something.. J&T has caused my glass frame parcel broken due to carelessness of handling it with care even though it has been wrapped and sticked with “FRAGILE” stickers. Pls do something about this. This frame is priceless because it is a one time degree convocation photo frame. J&T please be responsible about this before I take FURTHER ACTION.

Saya beli baju dari seller Kota Samarahan pada 22hb 7 dan dia bagi free gift crown..setelah buat payment seller terus pergi jnt drop point DP Kota Samarahan 01.Pada jam 6.45pm parcel inbound kat gateway SWK_Gateway. Pd 24hb 7 jam 3.34pm parcel inbound gateway Air Kuching 501. 26hb 7 sampai 31hb 7 parcel masih on hold. Hari ni 1hb 8 saya call careline jnt, diorang cakap bungkusan tak dapat pelepasan kastam, dia Tanya apa dalam bungkusan tu saya kata baju Dan crown. Dia Tanya crown tu besi ka, saya kata x pasti. Dia cakap mungkin sebab tu x lepas. Sampai seller cari kat kastam Kargo airport Kuching dan warehouse pun diorng tak tahu apa-apa. Sekurang-kurangnya maklumkan kepada penggirim sekiranya ada masalah pada bungkusan yang dipos.Ini check kat track on hold sampai tarikh 31hb 7 saja. Jadi Hari ni bungkusan tu dah ke mana perginya? Kat track jnt pun tak update. Sudahlah saya memerlukan baju tu untuk event 10hb 8, jadi pula macam ni memang kecewa sangat dengan service.

I, Tang Pui San, received a phone call from [protected], Puan Aida, Senior Staff, claiming from J&T Express Kuantan, that I despatch a courier parcel from Kuantan address,119, Lorong Seri Terumtum 93, Taman Yau,25100 to En Mohd Shafik b Ali at 10, Jalan Kolam Air2, Jalan Ipoh,41200 Kuala Lumpur.

Puan Aida informed me the parcel contain 1 IC and 4 ATM Card, which I do not know and did not send any such item.

Please look into this seriously as I suspect your company name been misuse for bad reason.

I will lodge police report on this.

saya order dari seller pada 29 july dan seller tersebut shipped out my parcel pada hari yang sama di JNT KUBANG GALI 01. Seterusnya parcel saya dihantar ke KTN GATEAWAY pada tarikh 29 July. Pada 30 July parcel saya sampai di JNT PDP KUBANG KERIAN 212. Parcel saya dihantar pada 30 July tetapi barang yang saya order tiada(saya order seluar seller bagi freegift cardigan) dan didapati belakang parcel tu ada kesan koyak dan telah ditampal dengan salotips jnt. Saya harap sangat pihak jnt boleh ambik tindakan yang selanjutnya.. Terima kasih..

Good day, we have concern regarding our "order" it looks like we haven't order this tshirt item and yet we received them, we just want to know the details of the sender/seller so that we will communicate through them, the waybill indicates no name and number of the sender.

If that's not possible to do so, we want to report the seller for shipping the item that we are not informed about.

We also want to return and refund the item, it costs 1300. Thank you for understanding, hoping for your reply.

On 26 July 2023 2:30pm the jnt permy call me to collect my item although he has send my sisters in law item at the same address.in 2 weeks the new rider did not send my item. he brought the item in the shoppe saying it was out of delivery but he brought it back to jnt center again. more than 2 times he brought it like that. even though he also sent my sister-in-law's item to the same address. maybe the rider has a problem with me because i always asks where my stuff is. that's why he didn't send my stuff.

I ordered a globe sim I saw from fb and it was shipped through j&t... I would like you to take action on bogus sellers pls and since mine is a sim and tom is the deadline for sim registration pls do something... I've been calling the customer service for a week now but til now I got no response... I got may parcel last week july 17, 2023 and i"ve got a txt message from customer service july 18, 2023.

first of all the parcel was delayed for a very long time at J&T LDC JURU 602 from 11 July 2023 to 18 July 2023 and the parcel was out for delivery on 19 July 2023 which is a public holiday for Awal Muharram. My address is in the office area, so there is only one guard on duty. soon as I received the notification that my parcel was delivered I call the guard and he inform me he received no parcel. so today 20 July 2023 I check the area and haven't seen any parcel. when I check the proof of delivery it was a screenshot image that the delivery man sent to the receiver. unfortunately, that was not my number, and the picture in the conversation is not in my office area. I try to reach for jnt hotline number but no answer.

Our company adopted the "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" service due to an urgent parcel, unfortunately, the parcel didn't reach the recipient the next day.

We sent the parcel on 14/07/2023 but the recipient received the parcel on 17/07/2023 and not on 15/07/2023. The airway bill number is [protected]. Right now, would like to request compensation in this matter.

Hello J&T, I am a seller who would like to make a complaint about my customer's item (tracking number: [protected]) which has been held for a long time at the hub. The delivery of the goods was made on 26 May 2023. In fact, the goods were detained on 29 May 2023 at Transit Center PRK GATEWAY - KAMPAR until now 15 July 2023.

Please check this item or give compensation if lost.

Parcel delay selama 2 hari,parcel berkenaan masih belum sampai,tapi parcel kedua sudah sampai,persoalannya kenapa parcel yang lebih lewat yang sampai dulu,kenapa parcel yang saya selitkan no tracking dekat bawah masih hold lagi dan yang sudah sampai? Boleh percepatkan tidak?

This is in reference to the document sent through j&t express abanao baguio branch. It has been 4 days since the document was handed over the office for delivery but upto now, the document has not been picked up by the rider. It has been 4 days and the document has not been shipped! Its not even in the system as I am tracking down the statua of the document delivery. May I respectfully follow up this and have this expedited! This is my first time to use j and t express service for docs delivery however, it has been with too much delay! Please expedite delivery of tracking number [protected]. Pada 29 april 2023, saya telah menghantar printer utk penamatan kontrak bersama j&t. Pihak J&T perlu membayar semula

deposit sebanyak Rm500 kepada saya selepas pemulangan printer tersebut. saya telah memaklumkan kepada pihak

manager J&T bdr sri permaisuri bernama (Bobby/Firdaus) no tel [protected] melalui whatsapp bahawa saya telah

menghantar printer tersebut kepada staff beliau. Dan beliau setuju utk memulangkan deposit Rm500 ke saya kerana printer

tersebut berada dalam keadaan baik dan lengkap. Urusan pembayaran semula ini mengambil masa 3 ke 4 minggu seperti

yang diberitahu Bobby. Namun setelah 2 bulan berlalu sehingga hari ini, saya masih belum menerima pembayaran semula

deposit saya itu. saya menghubungi semula Bobby dan bobby meminta saya menghubungi pihak atasan bernama

A delivery rider called, I answered in a respectful manner but the respond of the rider was shouting stating that he is waiting outside my house for 5 minutes. I was in school and my mom wasn't at home as well. I explained everything, offered possible solution but the rider was ready rude. I know deliveries has 3 attempts and the rider was refusing to deliver my package the next day when it was the time I was home. He stated "If you're not going to leave school and go home I will not deliver your package anymore and you can just reorder again, I don't care and it's not my fault". The rider was really inconsiderate of my situation knowing that I'm in school and I can't leave until my class finished, which is until 9PM. I wanted an action on this, it was ready a frustrating situation that I went to. The delivery tracking number was, [protected]. His name was "KIM".

At about 11.45 this morning 3.6.23 I received a parcel containing 2 Chanel

bags delivered by J & T Express although I never ordered them. I paid $50 to the delivery person who said she did not know what the contents of the parcel was. I had no choice but to report the matter to the police which took custody

of the item. How do I claim my $50 back?

Nung itry ko na buksan yung dumating na parcel ko, napansin ko na nakatape yung normal packaging ng parcel ng J&T. Pero normally, hindi nmn dapat nakaganun yun, wala dapat tape yun. Pagkatanggal ko ng tape, tila bang bukas na yung packaging kaya siguro may tape na siya. As per my order receipt, 5 yung items nandun sa loob kaso pagkabukas ko, 2 nlng tapos iba pa yung laman sa loob. Di yung expected ko na inorder. I was so disappointed kasi, baka pinalitan nila yung order ko. I wasn't able to take a photo of the packaging since akala ko normal lng yun kasi ilang beses na rin ako nagpadeliver sa J&T.
