J.D. Byrider review: Financial department

On 11/5/2025 my boyfriend and I went in to speak to the financial department to have our car payment moved to the following week beings that we had already paid out on extensive repairs on the car and we also had to use uber rides that were costing us $40 per day and that is not including the trips to stores when we needed something in the house and so the financial member was willing to work with us on the carpayment but the approval had to be done as well and so I had to call in the next day which was today 11/06/2025 to see if the request was approved and another member was the one to answer the phone call and so this particular individual was out right rude and telling me as to how much they had to put out on the car in repairs with the warrantee on the car and that we had only a portion of the down payment which was paid on time and paid up and we already have had the car for a year already and so it should have shown that we never paid late or anything and so the financial guy had made this whole entire arguement and tried to make out like we did something to the car to make it to break down when it was things that should have been replaced before the dealership ever placed the car on the parking lot like hoses and wiring anfd the catalytic converter and then the guy tried to make it out like we never paid a penny to repair the car when we paid $1100 out on the catalytic converter with in less than 4 months of purchasing this car and he was out right rude and I literally was shaking from the phone call with this guy and I would have loved to have decked him man I wish I had a additional car and I could drop off the car back and tell them that I would never purchase another one from them
