Proton Holdings Proton X70 driver side door sound

I bought a brand new X70 after the first service 5k I have drive my car to highway heading to Penang from JB at the speed of 160km/h got a very loud sound coming in from the driver side door there is a air coming in no choice have to cancel my trip and return. The next day went to Proton service center Plentong Masai JB said need to book appointment after 3 week only 1 got appointment then when go the whole day checking the car last found the rubber need to replace then I said ok change it they said need to wait order the item after 3 week only can get then only can fix. I buy a new car but can't drive just parked nearly 2 months totally waste worst service ever Proton!

Proton Holdings Safety features

It is regrettable that PROTON considers safety features as the ADAS system a luxury when Toyota has incorporated their TSS and modules like PCS (precollisional braking) routinely on most of their cars because they save lives, reduce accidents and the AWD X70 and other especially off road vehicles should routinely have ADAS as safety option as safety is non-negotiable.

Proton Holdings Complaint Regarding Window Fall Down

I'm the owner for car plate BQR9386 (X50)

i writing this email to complain about my Car window falled down because the window clip is broken.

First window fall down is at back of left hand side, i send it to PROTON KLANG - SAG Wira Sdn.Bhd (4S) for claim at 7 August 2023, now already passed for 2 months, still didn't repair for me.

At 21 October 2023 another car window fall down again, this time is front window of left hand side, u can see photo i attached to you.

How dangerous you know my car dont have window and keep raining for recent time, i was very disappointed with the service provided by PROTON.

Proton Service Centre did not give me any solution for this problem, I covered my car window with bubble wrap and many many many stickers.

Proton Holdings Aircond x sejuk persona mc2

Assalamualaikum tuan/puan..

Sy pernah buat aduan kepada proton sevis center jalan kubu (dekat dengan jalan hangtuah) masa saya buat sevis 10,000km, diaorang kata takde masalah,tetapi sy memang rasa panas sgt semasa kami memandu. Saya rakam video ini selepas sy sudah driver lebih kurang 25minit..saya ingin mohon tuan/puan jasa baik boleh dapat selesaikan masalah aircond saya yg X sejuk ini..sbb memang berpeluh dalam persona waktu driver tengah hari..

Proton Holdings Car

I have buy a car from proton product. My car is saga premium 1.3 automatik premium s. A day after receive the car we bring it to service proton shop because the speaker problem. But it took almost 1month to repair the radio speaker. When we asking about the progress the person in charge is not responsible for the answer and just said wait we will inform and it already 1month they are not do any repair yet. But just make it worst. I now decide to not take back the car so i would like to file a complaint on proton and get my fully refund for my lost. Kindly guide me what to do for next step. Thanks

Proton Holdings Adakah saya perlu bayar processing fee?

Kereta saya telah mengalami kemalangan jalan raya dan dihantar ke salah satu pusat servis proton.

Kereta saya telah diberitahu total loss. Saya telah menelefon pusat servis proton tersebut dan saya diberitahu perlu membayar rm500 processing fee dan saya perlu bayar dulu sebelum ambil kunci kereta tersebut dan saya telah membuat bayaran tersebut semasa saya pergi ke proton servis tersebut pada 19/8/2023.

Bila pihak insuran call saya dan saya bertanyakan untuk mendapatkan kepastian processing fee pihak insuran mengatakan tidak perlu bayar apa-apa.

Jadi di sini saya ingin mendapat kepastian bahawa adakan processing fee itu perlu dibayar atau saya telah di scam.

Proton Holdings Proton iriz

My name Hanif bin Mat Salim. I bought proton iriz in year 2020. After service for 60,000km, gearbox oil leaking. Car plate number PPK 7428. Service at proton Cahaya, Segambut pn 2/8/23. Suspected leaking from hose/filter. Today 19/8/2023 send to proton aksi aktif, sungai petani. Something wrong with the proton gearbox system. No more warranty after 3 years. Not a good car.

Proton Holdings Poor service at Proton Lesydear Automobile 3S Bandar Kinrara

Last Tuesday (1st Aug) I sent my car to Proton service center (Proton Lesydear Automobile 3S Bandar Kinrara) for regular service. Upon completion, the technician told me that the car battery is only operating at 5% charge and needed replacement immediately. However, he couldn't replace the battery for me because it is out of stock. He jump started the car for me and asked me to go nearby workshop to change the battery. I was advised not to stop the car as I might not be able to crank start the car again. Imagine my car could become dead while driving, the technician is literally asking me to risk my life to drive on the road!

I was really disappointed with the services from this Proton 3s service centre. As 3s service centre (sales, service and spare parts), not only they failed to provide spares replacement, they are releasing vehicle that might be risking life of their customers. Will they be held responsible if car accident happens due to sudden halt caused by the dead battery?

I really felt that the way Proton handled my case was unprofessional and the requirements to qualify as 3s center need to further be looked over.

Proton Holdings Careless during services maintenance

24 July 2023- I have sent my car at Proton wheelcorp Setia Alam for service purposed. On 29 July 2023 in the morning my car cannot be started. Then I towing my car back to Proton Setia Alam for internal checkking why my car cannot start. Because nothing alam appeare on my meter such as battery kong or something else. After my car arrived at Proton Wheelcorp Setia Alam, the technician said my battery kong. I ask them back why last time I sent my car for services u guys not inform me about my battery health. And technician said they forgot to check my battery. In this careless issue they only asked me to change my battery without said sorry. How should u guys solve this problem? This is careless and your side do not feel guilty. I hope u guys can help me solve the problem. I really disappointed with your services

Proton Holdings Product complaint

I have just purchase X90 flagship from hq at Shah alam and so disappointed with the car condition that they give to the customer(myself). I took my car on Friday morning and took for prayers on that day night and realised I couldn't bring my car above 70 km/h and the starring was terribly shaking.. The next day morning I bring to service center at proton and they told that my alignment balance is not proper..I am so sad with this answer as this issue should not come to a new bought car...Hopefully someone will do so.ething to this isssue

Proton Holdings Duration to repair and compensation

On June 19, 2023, my Proton X70 had an indicator saying "Slow down, call for service" and my car had some jerking. Hence I sent my car to Proton COSE for repairs. I had only purchased the car in March 2022 and my car servicing has been on time. Only today (June 28th, 2023) I received a call from Proton COSE saying that they have identified the issue this morning and requires a replacement of the gearbox. I only have 1 car and so I requested for a temporary car from Proton, which was declined. Hence, currently I am renting a car which costs me RM1,500 for 2 week. The service agent mentioned that it will take another 3 weeks (3rd week of July 2023) to complete the parts replacements and I will need to continue renting a car. Considering the unforeseen delays, I would like to seek your consideration for reimbursing my car rental charges for 5 weeks.

Desired outcome: I would like for reimbursement of car rental costs.

Proton Holdings Proton saga

Pls chk why gearbox have issues ? I just brought the car abt 3 weeks and go aiman wshop three times and discover bad services and ppl working there no brain. If it’s full don’t ask me walk in but when I walk in said it’s full need make another day appointment. Fix settling on Monday and Wednesday got gearbox issued, totally not good. I pay grab, installment loan, loss of use … who will bare? Now my car still in aiman pj… any one can help me

I want to make a serious complaint of my new car almost 1mth. Can go speedy but only can reach 60 speed. Got light appear sent to Aiman pj and fix setting again come back and not discovered gear box issued. Need to put cat in wshop at least 1week. What us main issues and why proton car have this issued? Proton X50 ada punya power tail gate tidak berfungsi bila saya hantar ke service centre formen kata latch trunk lid rosak, jadi bila saya nak tukar mereka X tahu berapa harga jadi saya Minta diorang Tanya dengan vendor supplier power tail gate untuk harga dah 3 minggu pihak formen tempat saya service tidak juga dapat harga untuk spare part itu. Proton Holdings I've heard for a long time that your company's service staff has a bad attitude, and I finally know it today.

I am a customer here want to complain about a kaunter girl named Jessy who is on duty at the kk kolombong branch ( Proton Fook Loi Flagship 4s).

Today I put my car there for inspection at 1:30 pm on 3 May 2023, because girl there said that my car whether can be picked up at 4pm today or the next morning. Then, I called the branch at 4pm to inquire my car is finished or not. I made a lot of calls but no one answered.

Finally, someone answered the phone and asked for the car plate number and said that it was not finished yet. I can't pick up the car until the day after tomorrow because the next day is holiday. I asked why she said I could pick up the car the next morning before. A counter girl named Jessy said in a very rude way that she didn't say such a thing, and the car was still under repair and couldn't pick it up. I asked her if I could go to the store to pick up the car now because I have to use the car the next day, and she strongly said no. Then 15 minutes later, another girl called again to inform me that I could pick up the car!

The attitude of your company's front desk needs to be strengthened, and they can't provide professional services. Employees shirk their responsibilities. Please treat this incident strictly!

Especially a girl named Jessy who answered my call at 4.45pm on 3 May. She was rude and gave me the wrong information without knowing the real situation!

Desired outcome: Let her be punished for her unprofessional attitude.

Proton Holdings Proton Persona Infotainment System Problem

I received new Proton Persona from KEB Auto 3S Jelatek on 21 Mac 23. Start using on 26hb, the next day on 27hb my Infotainment system has freeze. Cannot be use, no view for reverse camera and no sensor alarm. It's written system failure. I complaint to Proton Customer Services and Proton Dealer at KEB Auto Jelatek but untill now still waiting for spare part. New car but very dissappointed with the quality and service. Poor management from Proton.

Proton Holdings Servis lambat walaupun dah buat temu janji

Tempat: fook loi 2s sandakan sabah
Masa: 9.00-13.00
Customer servis kurang ajar dan berlagak dengan customer.
Menyusun giliran untuk servis pada kadar yang tidak relevan, temu janji jam 9.00 tapi servis pada jam 2 petang. Bila di quiry terus cakap customer tidak sabar padahal pengurusan yang teruk.
Pekerja atau foreman sibuk menguruskan kereta orang lain/kawan mereka yang tiba-tiba masuk ke bay servis.
