JC Penney Package not received.

I placed an order on 12/06/20. I didn't receive my package. I called JCP.com on 12/20/20, talked to Mariana, a CSR for JCP.com. She informed me that the package had been returned to the JCP warehouse and that she had verified the warehouse had received the package. She guaranteed a full refund, $465. I have not received a refund. I called again yesterday, 12/26/20 and talked to another CSR who was no help at all to me. She transferred me to a supervisor. After waiting about 15 minutes; the supervisor named Kenyunna came on the phone and informed me that the package was delivered on 12/17/20, that UPS had dropped it off on my front porch. I didn't get a package on 12/17/20. Because of Covid, I have done most of my Xmas shopping online and so I have expected deliveries. I leave my big wood front door open because I have a glass and iron security door that I keep locked. Also, I have a huge German Shepherd dog who goes ballistic anytime someone walks up on the porch. She warns me... growls and barks loud until I come to see what is going on. Kenyunna, the supervisor, basically called me a liar. Told me that UPS always knocks on the door when it delivers packages. That is so untrue. UPS never knocks on my door. I have gone outside at 8 and 9 o'clock at night to take my dogs out to potty and I have discovered packages on my steps. UPS just walked up to my steps and dropped them off there. Never knocked on my door or rang the doorbell. All I know is that I ordered 6 pieces of jewelry, which were all Xmas gifts, and I never received the package. The supervisor asked me why I hadn't filed a police report and I told her that the first CSR I talked to on 12/20/20 had told me the package was marked "RETURN TO SENDER," and the warehouse had received the package back, so why would I file a police report. She again insinuated that I wasn't telling the truth. She told me I had to go file a police report and then they would do a full investigation. The entire time I was talking to her she treated me like I was a liar and a criminal. She offended the hell out of me to be perfectly honest. I have never been treated that way before. So I talked to 3 different people at JCP.com and got 3 different stories. I still haven't received the jewelry I ordered and paid for, nor have I received a refund. I'll still shop at the JC Penney stores, but I won't be doing much, if any, shopping on JCP.com. I tried emailing JCP.com at [protected]@jcp.com, but my emails keep getting blocked. What the heck does that mean. Is there anything I can do about this issue?

I placed an order for $87.00 on August 28th, 23. My M/C chart shows JC Penney got their payment.

I have tried MANY calls and told they will "check" as long as I wait until September 18 to call them back.

JC Penney site says "shipped". Tracking site says "waiting for package to from JCP so they can send it. Not received STILL." I have shopped for my grandson's clothes there on line for 8 years now with no problems. All were special shirts and shorts for school. We are losing confidence in JC Penney.

My order never came although I was charged over one hundred dollars for the order. I will do no more on-line shopping with JC Penney.

JC Penney Account charged a double payment

I have always paid my JC Penney bill on line. The payment is due on the 11th of the month. I went on line on the 28th of October to schedule my payment on the 11th of November. They took a payment from my account on the day I did the scheduling for the 11th of the next month and another payment on the 11th. This week it has been 1 month since they took the second payment and they still have not gotten a refund check to me. They are claiming that they sent it 15 days ago. It does not take 15 days for a letter in the US mail. It is easy to see why JC Penney in going down... worst customer service.

JC Penney Dolante collection tufted bed

I ordered the Dolante collection bed set on November 28, 2020. I received only the head board to the bed. No side boards or footboard arrived with this order. The problem I'm experiencing is when I call customer service to inquire when or if the rest of the bed will arrive, they look at order number and tell me it has been completed. No one, as of yet, has communicated back with me or helped me locate the rest of my order. I want the bed, however at this point, its probably best to get a refund or pay par shall payment for headboard as I cannot return such a large item due to difficulties in packing and shipping. I really would like some help in this matter and resolve the issue.

JC Penney Fine skin serum

I received a promotion about jc penneys closing and that they were liquidating beauty products. Answered a couple questions (age, sex) and a product was selected for me. I just had to pay shipping of $4.95, which I did (no where in the small print did it say there would be reoccurring charges). Then a few weeks go by... I never received anything in mail... But, I did receive another charge on my card!
I was charged the $4.95 and then charged $90.76. This company is stealing money from people.
Now the fight begins to dispute these charges. Ghrr!

JC Penney Unethical behavior

This is a terrible experience and nightmare with JC Penney "in home custom decorating." On February, 2020, we ordered(order #845854) "in home custom decorating" including drapery, hardware-designer metals, bedspreads coverlets and pillow shams, and flat fabric. However, we did not hear from them for a couple months (nobody even contact us to update any information). I called JCP in home custom several times that no one gave us a complete answer. I wait and wait...finally by the end of August, 2020 we received a phone call from in home custom decorating and left a message they were going to give us installation. We are happy we finally make a light of a tunnel. I called them back within second day and no one answer that I left message. More than a week later, I received an email stating they could not reach me as well as bedspreads coverlets and pillow shams to be canceled due to manufacturer no longer work with. Called the custom service immediately. Our purpose wanted to order drapery and bedspreads coverlets together in order to match each other and make the bedroom pretty even they were expensive than other companies. We requested full refund that we cannot accept only drapery that where can I find rest of fabric to match my bedspreads and pillows? They refused to full refund instead of wanting to only install drapery. Customer representative stated even if not install the product, we still had to pay remaining balances. Threatening we signed contract that we have no choice. At beginning, we honestly believed that in home custom decorating would send us a copy of contract by email or home. Requested several times, finally received by 8/28, 2020. Right now, we feel like we are into a trap! But, We are going to fight all necessary consequence and cost.

Your sales would probably skyrocket if you would spend what you have to fix the neverending broken website! Very pissed when I try month after month and can never order anything or if god forbid it works then your out of stock after spending hours just trying to get to said item! Have been a customer for over forty years... Fix the damn site!

JC Penney Return not credited back in a full month

Part of an order was returned via UPS. The proof of mailing is 1ZY4X0509092011690. I have the UPS receipt and the package was recorded as received by Penney's July 1. I was told the return might take 15 days to credit my account. I waited and no credit was made. I called back on July 20 and was told it can take as much as 21 days to credit my account. It wasn't. I called again July 23rd, I spoke with Julie and was told the refund was processed manually and would post in 48 to 72 hours. That was 9 days ago. It is now July 31 and still no refund. Since the package was received by Penney's on July 1, the return should have posted by now. I called again today and was told that my refund will post in 3 to 5 days from now. I would like the refund for the merchandise they received on July 1st to be posted to my account. Since neither email nor phone calls have resolved this issue despite promises that it would be credited, I am not optimistic.

JC Penney Store manager

I've had issues with the manager before
Not until now I decide to speak up
I have had to call out or exchange days that I'm scheduled to work due to my child care provider being closed due to covid

When I do have to call out I text my manager directly because she is the one that does my schedule.
She gets upset/bothered when I do have to call out and acts rudely towards me, examples; she won't speak to me directly she completely ignores me and lets me know that she's bothered by ignoring me to my face. She will not greet good morning when she's upset and it's something she does constantly even when she's having a bad day
I'm here to speak up for myself
I have gone to human resource as well and he spoke to another manager and said they would handle it.

JC Penney Return of boots and blouse

I returned a blouse and boots on my personal visa/ debit card with receipt and all tags boxes etc. This was on March 1 st. No money has been refunded to my acct this is now March 2 nd. When I made the purchase it immediately was taken from my acct. You have the merchandise... and my money. I' ve read jc penny does this to people in their chsrgfv

JC Penney Customer Service

Both Audrey and Jeri were incredibly rude separately to my friend and I when checking out. They were angry with my friend for having a return and a gift card. Would not let her use a gift card and get 20% off if she used it. Also, jeri turned to Audrey and complained about gift cards. What the heck? Pay is pay. Not kind, not what you want as your representatives.

JC Penney Returned item

Back on 12/20/19 I purchase a men's travel kit with colon samples for a gift at the Sephora counter . I took the package home . My wife look at the item in the bag it was never opened by anyone. she saw the photo on the sleeve said to return it it wasn't what she had in mind. On the next day I returned to the store to return the purchase. The clerk opened the package tells me the coupon is missing, I know nothing about the it I haven't even look at the kit other then the sleeve attach to the kit. She calls supervisor who I might add never talk to me or came to the counter. The clerk was told not refund the $75.77 I paid so I told the clerk its of no use to me if there is no coupon and I don`t want the item Im out $75.77 . By this time I'm angry because number 1 why would I return something on opened, supposedly with out a coupon and request refund. If the refund had been done the purchase would be nell and void so no one could have used the so call coupon of which I never saw nor did I open the kit. I left the kit with the clerk at the Sephora counter. Further more now I get a letter saying I have to pay for a item I do not have nor a so called coupon I don`t have . The item is H19MENS VOC 455/5769/010901 UPC N0.[protected] purchase at store 2826 term.071 Trans :1044 Date. 12/20/19 on JCP Card ending 3381/00. JC Penney Arizona Jeans

Purchased a black pair of jeans in August 2019 at JC Penney in Clarksburg, WV. They were only purchase to be worn to work which is at a grocery store. Did start wearing them until September as he was off due to a broken leg. About a month after wearing them, the butt of the jean by the seam was ripped very badly. The jeans were not roughly treated. A second pair either purchased in August or at Christmas time, was just taken out of the washer today, February 24 and they're ripped by the right back pocket.

JC Penney price matching

I ordered 3 dresses. A day after the order was placed the price of the dresses was lower with the use of an online coupon. I called customer service to try to get the lower price but was told that because the lower price was due to an online coupon the policy is that they could not adjust the price. It was suggested that I return the order and reorder it. That is not a customer friendly policy and is a complete waste of time. I will return the order but will not reorder it or anything else.
