1-24-20 I went to JCP in Castleton, Indianapolis for an Optical Appointment. I arrived early and the optical office was closed. I went and did some shopping for my grandson. At check out everything was fine until I used my jcp card, for some reason the clerk gave me a mean look after he looked at the monitor screen as if he had seen something terrible. He didn't mention my 20$ worth of rewards and didn't remove the anti theft tag on one item.
I went to my appointment and all was fine. Until the clerk looked at the screen and gave me the same look. She did ask if I was part of the rewards program. I replied that I was. She said I had been removed somehow, I expected her to reenter my information. She just finshed the transaction and I still didn't receive the reward. She gave me my reciept and turned away ignoring me. She didn't tell me when my glasses would be ready. I left and wrote this the next morning 1-25-20. I'm really upset and would like to known what is going on. Thank You for your time and assistance.
